Autoworks and Mufflerworks is second to none when it comes to professionalism and customer service. I took my truck there to fix the muffler over a year ago and they were great!This week, I brought my car in to fix the rims, check the alignment, and get some new tires. They explained to me every detail and even went out of their way to have the rims fixed in the same day.Courteous, honest, and fair...this is the best repair shop Ive ever been to. Not to mention they are a family business.

Brought in a downpipe for a GS300 that i am adding a turbo onto. They used a torch/welder for adding 4 02 bungs to spots i wanted. Awesome job. Will 100% recommend. Cookies wouldnt touch it. These guys killed it

I am a returning customer. The service, John and his crew offer is a breath of fresh air here in Naples. I have used others in the past but it seems the general attitude is to try and sell you something you didn’t ask for or don’t really need. I explained what I wanted and John offered suggestions to fill my needs. My Exhaust work was completed quickly and at a fair price.

I was told the car hardly needed the alignment so the correction was minimal. I had a quote for $ 129.95You can not see the itemized bill until you pay, so there is no room for discussion. I requested to see the billand stated the estimated price. I was told there was an added item that reads “ Some times is needed to reset steering angle sensor” I think this was one of those times in spite that the alignment was hardly needed! that addend $ 59.40 . On the second page there was a shop supplies charge of $ 25.00 There. Is not much to use or dispose doing a wheel alignment, like disposing old tires, oil etc. May be disposal of an old rag. I did not ask what supples were used for fear of been charged for the answer. Quote $ 129.95... Bill $ 224.00I found a similar situation reported here from a gentleman having his wife vehicle in for wheel alignment andhad the same story, I doubted that will happen again. Surprise! Business wise probably will be better to stay close to the estimations, explain the charges before they are paid and have the customers back ratherthan hitting them hard the first time. I hope this will help someone. Thanks.

If it depends to me I would give them 6 stars. I explain why...Unfortunately they had an accident with my car where the paint was damaged (accidents happen every day) in this my car is special because it is my weekend coupe car.Well, those guys took care of just 1 week to repaint my entire car and deliver it with the exhaust job finished as well. The paint job was very good and the exhaust super good too.My car luck better to it was before and and Im happy how John (I think is the manager guy) resolve all the problem and always was on contact with me.This is a real auto repair shop, no a junkyard with a car lift. You will love how clean and organize is this place.150% I recommend them.

A little frustrating when you bring a truck in for specific repairs and get a quote for cosmetics, fog lights need replacement but work, kind of started on the wrong foot and creates mistrust, I’m aware of the cosmetics on my vehicle, don’t need them pointed out. Oversold the repairs in my opinion, took to another shop and got it fixed for less without the drama.

This shop is awesome! Went in for an aftermarket exhaust fix for my wife and they installed an aftermarket intake for me as well same day no questions asked for a Christmas surprise. The shop was so clean and welcoming. I am in the car business and was so happy with the service. Seriously go here you won’t be disappointed.

I had my car towed to Autoworks with a no-start condition. After a couple hours of tracing, they notified me that a rodent chewed through the wiring harness. John, the manager. is awesome. He recommended that I I call my insurance company. They approved the charges, and I only had to pay the deductible. A day later the car is normal again.. My entire family uses them.. I highly recommend their trustworthy services.

I was referred to Muffler Works by my friends at Naples Premium Collision as I wanted to convert my C-Class from a single to a quad tip exhaust. The manager and his team were so professional, friendly and incredibly pleasant to work with! The pricing was reasonable and they were not pushy at all. It has been 4years since then, I never had any issues and am so happy with their high quality work that I am going to be taking my BMW X3 there for the same conversion. Wow !!! What an exceptional, friendly, thorough, and courteous staff. They went above and beyond to help! They offered to order me an uber when I told them I had a busy schedule. They also told me they would do their very best to get car back to me same day, even though I brought them an all day project. I ended up just using an affordable rental car company that they referred. Not only did they refer me, they gave me a ride (free of charge) in company car to the rental car company. From the front desk listening to my concerns for a repair to selecting a recommended oil type for my 07 Lincoln Towncar. They also returned my car clean and washed, very professional.Additionally, I received an email with details of my repair which included pictures of the work and a link to set up my account to earn reward points!FYI: I waited for my car and the customer waiting area was clean and comfortable.

I have gotten work done twice at muffler works and both times they were done right and right. They have great workers and Joe is an awesome guy when helping with an estimate and working out a schedule to get my work done.

Let me start this with I know zero about cars. I went here for a second opinion after I was told I would have to spend several hundred dollars to fix my car. They took the time while very busy to sit me down and explain what was going on and it turned out to be a super simple fix. They even filled my tires up without charging me anything extra. I dont know much about cars, so trusted the good reviews for this place. I went in to get a wheel alignment. They charged me $270 for the service and said it came with a 3 mo warranty. Thats more expensive than advertised online quotes for the same service, so you may want to shop around before committing. But the folks were very friendly, talked through things to make me feel comfortable, the space was clean, and my car is driving straighter now.
