Always Speedy Appliance Service was recommended to me by a Handyman we use in our building. From the cheerful greeting by Pam,to Cameron who was so pleasant to work with I gota quick appointment with Brandon to come and check out my JennAirstove. In this day & age of Covid, they were all a pleasure to do businesswith. Cameron kept me posted on updates on where and when the parts were arriving, and scheduled the installations the very next day. Brandon always came with mask and booties. This job ended up taking several orders and visits as a power surge took out the over and the control panel. Cameron was so honest he actually refunded me money when Ioverpaid. I would definitely recommend using Always Speedy to one and all. The pricing was very fair and service excellent, staff very pleasant. Cant ask for better than that.

Two polite service technicians showed up to fix our malfunctioning Samsung dishwasher. After a lengthy period of time trying to figure out the problem (as well as time consulting with someone else over the phone), they gave up! One of the techs told me that he thinks it’s the computer board. He also told me that the resistance registered on his Ohmmeter was high but wasn’t sure why. Since they didn’t have that computer board on the truck he said the office will call me tomorrow with a price. I then paid them $119 for the “service call”.

Awesome people. Had a problem with a 12 year old stacked washer door locking mechanism. They came to evaluate the problem and reported parts were no longer available. However, they did some research and found a part they thought would work in Dallas. Authorized them to order the part. When the part arrived, and they attempted to install it, it did not work. Took the door off, took it to their shop and felt they had found the problem. Returned to reinstall, unfortunately did not work. Brandon, the technician, was determined to make it work. After a phone call and a little additional work, he was able to make it work. Through all of this he maintained a positive attitude. Finally, after all of this, there was no additional charges other than those that had been agreed upon. Now that is great customer service!

When I first called I talked to Pam who was very friendly, and professional. And I want to add very knowledgeable about the products that were available now (no waiting for weeks or more like other companies) Within minutes she had answered all my questions regarding the purchase of a new washer and dryer and even contacted the homeowner who lives in Austria to give them the information she had given me over the phone. We set up a delivery day, they even bumped it up in time for some renters who were coming soon to the condo. The delivery men Mike and Cameron were amazing, they had a challenge of getting both washer and dryer up a flight of stairs and removing and hauling away the old ones! Kudos to you guys, your the best, no scratches no dents, and they both were so friendly! You could tell they love their job! And they were very good at it!I give this company and their staff a 5 star review because of their professionalism, and the care they took from the first phone call to the end of the delivery. This is a great group; fairly priced, responsive, quick to get here to help us out, and when we had to special order a whole new freezer door for our french-door refrigerator, it was installed perfectly and beautifully, all the boxes taken away and the whole thing cleaned/polished/leveled so we feel like we have a whole new appliance. I price checked their parts price when we had to special order this thing and they were actually under what the discount warehouse parts pricing was online, and didnt gouge at all on the installation whatsoever. Its hard to find an honest appliance repair firm anywhere but weve found ours and its a relief to know you can count on them and their staff to be fair and to be efficient and to do a good job!!

My dryer broke and I called another company. They wanted to charge me over $700 to fix my 2 year old dryer. I was so upset I started looking for another company. Better than expected and far better than response from place of purchase.We do not buy our appliances from Big Box stores as we try to frequent local business owners. We needed to replace filter on our refrigerator and went to the dealer for a replacement part. nope, we dont have any, havent had them in a while. Well, we bought our refrigerator from you and would like you to order one for us nope, youd be better off to try to get it on line. Fortunately. we found Speedy Appliance, read the reviews and thought we would give them a try. Everything perfect from the time of the call til Matt left after our refrigerator was repaired. He also took the time to explain things about the refrigerator about which we were not aware. And when he noticed our other appliances were Bosch, he told us they are the factory authorized repair shop for Bosch as well. We couldnt be happier! Thank you

My Bosch washing machine was leaking water. I called Always Speedy Appliance Service to order a repair service call. The operator was knowledgeable, asking me if mine was a stacked washer, dryer, which it was. I was given a time between 1-4. Fabian arrived at 1:30 and easily assessed that the problem was caused my my insertion of washing pods incorrectly. He cleaned out the machine which was totally clogged and cleaned out parts of the machine that may have been affected. He also helped me with my drier. I highly recommend this service.

Very happy w this companys level of service. First off, great technician Brandon... thoroughly explained the problem and the solution. He did exactly what he said he would do as far as follow up ....could not be more pleased. We now have a functioning ice maker thanks to Brandon. Hope the company know what a great employee he is!!

WOW, Customer service outstanding. Our Tenant let the ice maker go broken for days and only told us last night at 7:30Pm and it was then leaking.Called Speedy this morning @ 8am, explained the issue. THey got a Tech, Matt, there at 9:15!!!Diagnosed the problem in minutes, and best of all-- HAD THE PARTS ON THE TRUCK!! Always Speedy Appliance Service Inc. fixed my Bosch dishwasher to perfection. I called around and this is where I was referred to. They did an excellent job, and they were clean. They wore booties in my home and I can tell you (Im form Michigan), you do not see that often. Great job and I will definitely recommend to my friends who stay here during season.

Repairman showed up within the designated window time frame. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable about the type of washer I had and the problem I was having with it. After a quick diagnostics of my washer, he even had all the parts he needed in his truck already! Problem was fixed in no time and I have not had the issue with my washer since. I ordered Samsung refrigerator water filters and installed one. The filter leaks water inside the refrigerator, but one ordered from Samsung works fine. I contacted Speedy to request a return, refund, or credit but just got the run around. They told me to contact Samsung for a part number. If they cant get it, how do they expect me to?

Professional, fixed my dryer and did not stop until it was totally checked out. Found the problem fixed it and what caused it so I dont have to worry about it happening again. Above and beyond service. I will never call anyone else for appliance repair.

Tried to order a rubber seal for a dishwasher and they told me that i need a part number for the seal!There is no part number for this seal and told the representative that you can find it from the dishwasher model number and i was told if i cant give a part number,they cant order the seal!Terrible service!!I called another appliance company and they just needed the dishwasher model number and i ordered the seal.

They said my items were shipped. They do not ship them for another week.

Michael was great. I have been having lot of problem with the dryer and it is only 2 years old. He took the time to check everything out and we realized that it was a vent problem. He was able to vent it out temporarily for me.
