Very friendly workers, I was greeted upon arriving and was asked if I needed any help with anything. Lots of nice fixtures. They also have clothes, accessories, childrens toys & I noticed some home holiday home decor.

I highly recommend coming here if you are searching for lighting. The people who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and honest- they will tell you if they think something will or will not fit in your space. They have a good selection in the store, and literally thousands more online and in catalogs, so you can find that meets your needs. Their prices are good, and they allow exchanges of something doesn’t work.

We replaced all of our builder lights with the vast selections at Galleria Lighting. Everyone we worked with was accommodating and helpful as we narrowed down our choices. A+ on services. Additionally, there is a Super lovely clothing boutique on site.

Came here years ago and was able to choose our lights from a large selection. Decided to shop here again for a bathroom vanity light. Lauren, the associate, was really kind & helpful, working with us to choose a light fixture. Really nice person.Unfortunately what gets me, as an African American man, is the constant observation I get in many establishments. As a retired Police Officer Im very observant, so I quickly noticed, that as I moved throughout the store there was an elderly Caucasian women, w/ short white hair, who was always, Present in proximity with my movements throughout the store, a pretense to arranging an item, while glancing in my direction, not others in the store, unfortunately, just me.People talk about mental illness effecting how they function, I would like to tell them about the stress and anxiety I feel when Im in a store, (or in public, when she cautiously secures her purse when Im nearby) and Im under surveillance and suspicion, b/c of my skin color.When it happens, its such a disappointing feeling.Please try to distinguish, if u can, the difference between a middle aged, middle class man (b/c Im shopping at this store and not Walmart) and between someone who is noticeably in your store, with bad intentions. Maybe that doesnt matter and its only about color. I felt very uncomfortable w this visit and btw, that women, she is a bad theft prevention person!I will be uncomfortable returning here.

Awesome place! Very helpful! Bought lighting at a great price. Selection is incredible. Went in for advice for bulbs and the gentleman was very helpful and took his time with me because it is so confusing with all of the different types of lighting. I didnt want my bathroom vanity area to look yellow with certain bulbs but I was having a problem with it being too bright when I would go on the higher Kelvin scale. He was a great help.

God I hate this place. Have spent well over 500 on multiple occasions and will never go back. Theyre quick to negatively judge and are insanely overpriced.

My wife and I dealt Mr. Dan. The facility was filled with many options of beautiful lighting fixtures. Dan was very professional and very knowledgeable of all the fixtures. Gave us photocopies of all the fixtures we were interested. Pricing was very competitive and thats why we did the entire home.Thank you Dan and team for the help.JM

So if you are tired of all the same types of lighting you see at the big box stores, check out Galleria Lighting. They have HUNDREDS of lights of all varieties on display. The staff we worked with was polite, low pressure and helpful. If you cant find what you are looking for, they can show you even more options from the manufactures catalogs. Just be prepared for a little sticker shock. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

They have a lot of lights and lamps in all price categories. The store feels a bit cramped and if you take your kids, you have to watch them to make sure they wont break anything. The staff was very friendly and patient and even walked is to the restrooms when my daughter need to go.

Fabulous store with lots of amazing light fixtures. Interior exterior or ceiling fans. Extremely helpful employees and some beautiful apparel. If youre lucky the owners cute little bulldog may come to greet you.

This online site doesnt function properly most of the time and is very difficult to maneuver through.

Very nice styles and fixtures of lights. Med to pricey beautiful baby and women clothing. The women sales associates were not welcoming albeit on the pricey side. TheclightsVery nice . I cannot recall the tall gentlemans name, maybe Dave, but he was very kind to us.

Weve worked with them twice and have had extraordinary experiences. Weve worked with different people but all have been really nice. The installer they recommended was absolutely the best--just very professional and made the whole process that much easier.

Great place for ideas. Prices seem reasonable and I can see each light and turn it on to see how bright it is. Some of the coolest lights Ive seen anywhere.

I worked with Michael and he was the best! Wonderful to work with. I really appreciated his consul. We remodeled our kitchen, family room, dinette area and powder room and he was a great help in providing lighting ideas and products. I absolutely love all the lights we bought and received many compliments and provided several referrals. They have the best selection of unique and beautiful lights at all price ranges. When we first used Galleria, we worked with Sue, who was awesome. Since then, weve had nothing but problems. Customer service is lacking, the store keeps getting more and more crowded with merchandise, and the return policy is absurd. We received a broken light fixture and just asked to return it because of our difficulty dealing with store associates, and were told we could only get store credit. I cant believe a store that doesnt allow refunds is still in business. But I could even deal with that if the customer service or website was better.

Purchased several outdoor lights about 4 years ago. One of the lights was in need of replacement but the warranty had expired. Lauren worked with the manufacturer to get it replaced without me asking. What great service!

Ask for David. David spent two hours with us while selecting ceiling fans for three bedrooms and two other rooms. We also selected 5 outdoor lights. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We also found the prices to be very competitive.

This store has the worst customer service, return policies and layout. I have done several home projects and have spent thousands of dollars at this store. With the last project I had to return one of the fixtures that cost $175. They told me I would have to take a store credit. Unfortunately I have not needed any more lighting fixtures, so my credit has just sat there. Recently I went in to buy a lamp on display. It cost more than my credit. It did not work, so I brought it back. They told me that they would just add the additional cost to my store credit. I explained that this credit has been sitting out there for ages, and my goal was not to add more to it. I told them that my house is no where near Galleria, and I do not need any more lighting fixtures. I asked if I could at least have the additional money I just spent back. They said absolutely not. This is ridiculous. I have spent several thousand dollars with this store over a long period, and they treat me like this. In addition, whenever I have gone in there to try and spend my credit no one is interested in waiting on me. Plus, the fact that have now crammed a bunch of baby clothes and girls clothes in between the lighting makes it very difficult to find things. Avoid this store.

Drop off a lamp to have rewired as the socket broke. They called 3 days later to say it was ready. No call to give a estimate or if I wanted to proceed. Arrived at store and they charged 40.00. To say I was very taken back and asked why they didn’t call. Sales lady could have cared less just slid the bill and said 40.00.I paid but wouldn’t recommend too much and too attitude!

Very poor customer service. I called to check on the status of an order, and a week later no one had bothered to call me back. So, I called again the morning and was advised someone would check and call me back. Its now evening, and I still have not heard a word. My credit card was charged a month ago, and the order was supposed to take 3 weeks. They were very prompt in accepting my order and immediately charging my credit card, but now that they have the money, they really have no concern about delivering the merchandise.

Cool but,unusual store. Lot of Nooks & Cranies in the Store with a Wide Variety of Things to pick from. The only bad Thing I would say is they are VERY Expensive!!! If You buy from here bring alot of Cash or have plenty of room on your Credit Card!!
