I would not recommend ordering a vehicle from this dealership; I can not speak on visiting the dealership in person. I was sold a vehicle that was claimed as brand new condition, but when I received the vehicle at my house it was not in brand new condition. The vehicle came with multiple scratches on the body and wheels. The driver who picked up my vehicle documented all of the damage and had it signed by the sales manager before loading the vehicle on his enclosed trailer. When I contacted the sales manager who signed off on the car with damages, he told me that the car was in perfect condition before it left the lot. He also told me that I would need to deal directly with the transport company regarding any vehicle damage. Once I told him that the document had his signature on it and that I had my attorney on standby, he immediately changed his attitude and asked me to send photos of the damage. I sent him photos of the damage, and the following day he told me that his body shop could take care of everything for $450. I told my body shop what he stated, and they laughed at me; they told me just from looking at the vehicle in person that it would cost well over $3,000 to repair the vehicle, I now have the estimate, and it is at $6,900. I live five and a half hours away from the dealership, and the sales manager suggested I bring the vehicle back so that he could fix it for $450. The sales manager is conveniently on a 10-day vacation now, so I do not have a point of contact; I contacted the CEO and have not heard back from him. I will give them some time to respond to me; if I do not hear back from anyone, I will allow my attorney to handle it.

First, ignore any generic responses under this review. I have called, emailed and texted with zero response. Plus shouldnt they call me? I already lost my money, dont loose your hard earned dollars at Napa Ford. As a large family of Ford stockholders this seems counterproductive. During service Napa Ford has ruined my interior, my door doesnt shut, struggled to replace the torsion bar, left the tags on replacement hoses resting on the exhaust pipe to start a fire, left screws and my cup holder spring on my floor mat, greasy hand prints all over my dashboard and interior had my truck for a month and sent me home in a possibly unsafe truck. Me and my family are not confident we are safe after Napa Ford service department and inept mechanics ruined my truck. This was quite a surprise! For 10 years Napa Ford has serviced my F150 and except for the transmission has replaced everything including a new motor with no problems, even during covid. Now, not so much. They could have fixed there mistakes in a few hours but chose to loose tens of thousands of dollars in sales and service instead, plus the business they loose from this review. As generations of Ford stockholders this is very concerning. Our family and friends that we used to always send to Napa Ford will find another dealership who cares about our safety, because Ford is the best. Jesus did a great job of keeping communication open and frequent through the process. When Jesus wasnt available, Sean A. stepped in to help so we were never left wondering what was going on or any questions unanswered. Everything happened as they said it would and I didnt feel there was any dishonesty at anytime. In fact, when I went to pick up the vehicle and sign papers, the APR and down payment were both less than what I had agreed to over the phone! Amazing. 20yrs and 15 vehicles purchased, and this was the first dealership to find me a lower rate and lower down payment after already finding a good deal for me.

My first interaction with Napa Ford /Lincoln started with getting my new purchase (F250 bought from a private party) checked out. Initially, I was baffled by the multiple service options available and wanted to get a complete health check of the vehicle. The cost to run all the required services was over $3.5k, so I opted for approx. $2k worth of maintenance service and then found out there was an urgent need to repair the turbo (another $1.8k).(Ford also installed an electric brake controller at my request, which I was very pleased with)However I wrote a harsh review and was asked to meet with service dept. to review my situation. I did and was pleased with the result!.Yes, more check engines lights came on and more repairs had to be done... but now Ford understood my needs regarding the truck and came through with not only resolving some of the later problems but giving me clear future advice on potential future repairs and ways to resolve it.Finally!!... I now felt that I had a better, more complete understanding of the trucks condition and able to make GOOD decisions about its future.I would like to thank Tim Arlen / Service Mgr. & Steve / Service Advisor for their help in resolving my initial frustration with Napa Ford / Lincoln.

Dealer refused to honor x-plan pricing for a mach-e. Wanted 10k+ markup. The estimate they offered was literally insulting and demonstrated they had no intention of working with us. They also way underbid on the used car to be traded in. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Even if it takes a bit longer to get the vehicle we want, it is better than getting price gouged.

Very limited inventory due to chip shortage. Only 1 New F150 4X4. Sales associate (Francisco) no pressure sales...as it should be. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Test drive by yourself is a plus. Would have been nice to see more inventory.

Terrible service and inflated prices.I scheduled a appointment for a specific repair only to arrive and be told they didnt have the necessary part so they needed to reschedule.I inquired about the potential cost of another repair. The price they quoted me was over double that of the next lowest repair quote I received.

Not this time though. Unprofessional is an understatement. Now our Ford family will go to another dealership for service. Napa Ford has chosen not to guarantee there work and destruction of my interior and door, which barely scratches the surface of our disappointment about Napa Ford. For a few hundred dollars they could have taken care of it. Instead Napa Ford would rather have our Ford family of stockholders go elsewhere and loose thousands of dollars from our business. This concerns our family of Ford stockholders and is why I was forced to give a bad review. We will always be a Ford family and will pass along this information to all Ford executives. I had the pleasure of working with the service advisor, Steve Archer. My Lincoln MKX windshield wiper fluid wasn’t working. Within a few hours of my vehicle being worked on, Steve called to let me know that my vehicle was fixed and covered under warranty. Also, the exterior of my vehicle received a bath. During COVID times, this dealership utilizes all health and safety protocols. Totally reliable and honest service was had.

I wanted to take a moment and send praise the sale person that I had this past week Sean Atkinson. I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my vehicle and want to highly recommend a car sales person who treats his customers respectably and professionally. Sean communicated promptly when I reached out to inquire about the vehicle I was interested in. He answered all my questions. Sean made himself available by appointment the following day, ready with the vehicle. Allowed me to test drive the car and time to look it over without any pressure, basically without breathing down my neck. Sean negotiated a fair price on my trade in and the new purchase without any of the usual car salesman pressure that people always complain about. When we reached an agreement, Sean delivered my new car to my home that afternoon, all cleaned and fueled up. Frankly, Seans professional attitude is exceptional. Service is only ok when you buy the car, after that it is downhill, no one answers the phone, nobody calls you back, voicemails are useless, transfers to managers or whoever is there for the call always gets hang up and no help at all ! Thanks* updatingKevin the Owner called my husband to see what was happening, apologized, gave us some store credit, ordered our plate that arrived today ! I hope that he really talked to the employees .

For what its worth, I have only owned Ford Motor Company products. 1999 Mustang, 2012 Mustang, 2010 Mercury Mariner, and 2014 F150. After wandering the lot for 10 minutes and being passed by multiple employees, we started back towards the front of the lot where we met a salesman. We inquired on the differences between a 2020 and 2021 model of a vehicle and he didnt know but asked someone that did. We looked into the vehicle we wanted prior to going to the lot so we had our minds already made up. We went inside to talk about pricing and it didnt seem they wanted to meet in the middle, or anywhere under the given price. We asked to see the invoice at least 3 times and were given excuses, printer is down, no printers were connected to the computer,, it wont print, before being shown on the computer screen. When we were shown interest rates, we were shown an incorrect rate which was rescinded due to it being the managers first day. We had a planned 1500 mile trip in two days and were in a pinch, so we decided to pay a little more to get what we wanted. On the plus side, the finance lady was our only breath of fresh air. After bringing the vehicle home, the next day we noticed the engine bay was smoking and chalked it up as oils burning off from the factory. After letting it sit, we noticed radiator fluid leaking on the ground and the reservoir was empty. We immediately contacted Napa Ford and they told us not to drive it. First they were going to send a technician up to work on it, then decided to send a tow truck due to living two hours away from the dealership. While the tow was responding, they asked my wife if she hit anything on the way home and this accusation did not sit well with either of us. The vehicle had 120 miles on it; mostly from the drive home. Had she hit anything, we would have contacted our insurance and not put them blame on the dealership/Ford. The vehicle was getting going to be sent to them and it would have been evident with supporting damage, at which time they could have asked about damage. Not when our brand new car broke down in our driveway with no fault of our own. They did not inquire if we wanted a rental given that we did not know how long we would be out of our brand new vehicle and my wife was stranded with two kids at home while I worked on a weekend. The vehicle was fixed and driven back. My wife simply asked the gas tank be refilled for inconvenience. A small price to pay due to watching our under 24 hour old vehicle be loaded up and taken to the shop right off the bat. They have since declined and brought the vehicle back with under 2/3 of a tank. Napa Ford did not provide any kind of service and did not make it a pleasant experience. I will not bring any of my vehicles there, nor would I recommend friends or family.

We had lost our key on a road trip and she went the extra mile to find out how to help us get back into our vehicle, get to the location and have the Fobs redone. She said she would call me back with the pricing, and low and behold, we found the key while she was working diligently on our behalf! I was so sorry for taking her valuable time and she was so gracious and helpful with a great attitude and serving spirit even though we didnt end up needing ALL the information she provided! This is a great place to buy a car! We were searching on cargurus for a luxury midsized SUV and happened upon an add from napa. We are located in Roseville, about an hour and a half away, so i kept searching.After a few days of searching, we couldnt find a car equipped the way we wanted and the price to beat Napa. We then made an appointment for 1pm and arrived a little early. Erma met us as we walked up and basically threw us the keys and said take it for a spin. Loved that btwWe loved the car and decided to buy it. Now this is where things usually go wrong with buying a car right? Not for us. They had us in and out in less time than we had planned. We are very happy with our new car and very happy with the dealership we purchased it from!Next time we search for a car we are going to check Napas inventory first. Thats how good we were treated!! The service department was amazing. I was having an issue with my car and explained to them what was happening. I had an idea what it was but needed confirmation and a repair. I was given an appointment the next morning (Saturday). They were prompt, thorough, and fixed the problem. It was completed in a very reasonable length of time with great communication in between.

I am 65 years old. Ive purchased six Ford vehicles over my lifetime. The last two F-150 trucks I purchased was from a dealership in my hometown of Fairfield California. I routinely received oil changes and services from the Fairfield dealership for several years. However, my last visit with them turned out to be a nightmare when I was told that my oil change would cost me $450. I responded that I have never paid that much for an oil change, usually not more than $65. The young lady was adamant that my service would be that much. (I had been told that they didnt treat anybody nicely there anymore. They were right)! In my mind I was thinking honey youve got to be out of your f@#%ing mind. That was the day that I took my truck to Napa Ford for an oil change. I found the price to be reasonable. The staff are respectful pleasant people who are honest and forthright. I decided to purchase my 2020 Shelby gt350 from Napa Ford because of the great relations that I established over the years with Napa Fords staff. I received the same helpful respectful service from theirSalesman. When I decided to purchase my Shelby I got in and out in minutes (less than an hour). No pressure! No problems! No bulls#@t! Let me start by saying, this year was hard on so many people and myself and my husband were no exception. We re a military family, new to the area where we know very few people and have no family around to help us or refer us to trustworthy quality people when issues arise like they did with our cars this year.We had issues with our other car earlier in the year and came out of pocket $5000 to fix that one and then in August, had my husbands truck stolen from in front of our house.Due to the fact that the Insurance company gives you a certain amount of time to purchase a new vehicle and the fact that we needed to get to work and back, we had about 10 days to find a vehicle so little time to do a ton of research on cars and reputable car dealerships. My thought was we would be best going to a dealership where they check out the cars mechanically before selling them.We purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from Napa Ford for 35,000 and not even 1 month after, the AC when out. Now, about 4 months after purchase, the transmission goes bad. Turns out there are tons metal shavings circulating through the fluid and it’s completely shot. This is a 6000 job not even 6 months after purchasing it. We contacted the dealership and spoke with multiple managers including the GM who told us there is no warranty on it and that they only made 1000 on the actual purchase so they aren’t going to spend anymore money on it to fix it or do anything at all to make it right at this point. Correction: you all made over 7000 on this vehicle because this is a vehicle that either your mechanics team failed to inspect, doesn’t know how to Inspect OR you knew it had these issues and chose to sell it as it is, purely to benefit yourselves and put another family into an extremely terrible situation.My family owns two dealerships in Colorado, so I’m very aware how this process works and what could have been done to make this situation right. Our dealerships go out of their way, warranty or not, to make wrong situations right not only to protect their reputation, but because it’s the right thing to do. Now I know Napa Ford cares nothing about their reputation and nothing about the people they sell cars to.My judgement was completely wrong and I believe I would have been better off buying a car off Craigslist from somebody I didnt know who knows nothing about cars. Would have gotten the same quality vehicle or probably a better one.For anybody who chooses to buy a car from this dealership, I recommend taking it to a mechanic other than the one at the dealership to see what you are ACTUALLY purchasing.

Alls well that ends well. The part that was needed came late, but thanks to Steve I was able to get my truck back in time for a necessary trip. When I picked it up the mechanic had not done a final test on the computer reset, so I had to bring it right back. Again, Steve saved the day and had it made right immediately.

Looking to purchase a vehicle for my family I can mean with the some extra time on my lunch looking for a nice truck looked around open one of their display took pictures and I was Hoping somebody would come by so I can ask a few questions and Prices in brochures but everybody seemed to be really busy talking to each other So high looked across the street theres a Chevy dealer I walked across look at their new traverse got some information and to they went to look at it with my family looks like a good choice possibly could up looked into a ford but nobody had time for it

She went the extra mile to answer all my questions, had the car put up on a lift so I could look underneath. Fast processing, good pricing. I had a Fusion lease to turn in. After a terrible experience at the Ford dealership in Santa Rosa, I went to Napa Ford. I was on my way back from working in the city all day and they were able to fit my car in for maintenance. I was impressed with everyone who worked there. I was greeted right away and had a good feeling about this dealership overall. I decided to go back for Memorial Day and turn in my lease. I made an online request because I knew exactly what I was looking for and within an hour I received a call and an appointment was made. They found exactly what I was looking for, answered my questions, and we were on a test drive quickly. Everyone was really approachable and they worked together to ensure that everything went smoothly and all my questions were answered. The Santa Rosa dealership is more convenient for me but the employees were rude and didnt listen to me. I would rather go all the way to Napa Ford because of the helpful employees and welcoming atmosphere. Ive been to many dealerships and Napa Ford is top notch and leaves a positive impression. I highly recommend them.

Bought a Ford back in 16. No surprises, and they matched the best price I could find in the Bay Area. No add-ons in the contract-- other dealers have tried this and made us wary. Napa Ford has been different. They treated us with respect and didnt play games. Since then, I have brought my car in every time to them for oil changes and services. Same thing-- no drama, no upcharges, no surprises (and the car has been flawless). We are buying another Ford vehicle in the Spring of 2021 and will be buying from Napa Ford. As long as they keep their no games / no surprises policies and good pricing, we will keep coming back.

This dealer was a nightmare from the beginning. They didnt smog an out of state vehicle which caused us to have to smog it and get reimbursed. That delayed our plates for three months. Engine light comes on, they state it sat for a while and it will go away. It did, on and off for a few months. Then it came back and stayed on. They wouldnt fix it. Called repeatedly, they ignored return calls, then claim they were busy.... Horrible customer service. Just for clarification, Nickolas was the one I dealt with. To busy to return a promised call after three days.

If you need a car you have no other choice than Napa Ford Lincoln. I am a professional in the hospitality industry and having worked in high-end, luxury hotels and wineries I know good service when I see it. The team at Napa Ford Lincoln takes good service and brings it to another level...The story of my car buying experience is FAR too long to write out but it was a total mess (AT NO FAULT of the dealerships). UPS lost a bunch of paperwork that had to go to China for my Dad to sign which was a serious curve ball. Peter Haynes, in the Finance and Leasing Department and his asst. Deena, took pitch after pitch and kept swinging, rewriting all of the papers and getting them sent out again, calling me multiple times a day to keep me updated, keeping in contact with my father, dealing with UPS even keeping in touch while on vacation! Do you know how good it feels to have people that are willing to go to battle for you even though you have never worked with them?Aside from Peter and Deena, MANY other people at NFL were involved in my sale and were always honest, willing, and explained everything so clearly down to the smallest of details. These people know what they are doing.Napa Ford Lincoln will forever be a dealership I can trust, rely on and recommend. I cant thank you all enough!

Overall the experience was good the car required some transmission work under the warranty and I asked they to also change the oil. The car was ready when promised and seems to be working OK. The only issue is more an annoyance. while the invoice states they put a reminder sticker on the widow with the date mileage for the next oil change, it was not on the window, now leaving me to guess when to next get the oil changed. Its a little thing, but perhaps its an indication of other problems.

I went in early last week to look at a 2018 Roush F-150. Dina Chavez met me in the parking lot with a smile and was not at all pushy regarding the vehicle. She brought keys to two of the trucks to look at and offered me a test drive. There was no push to sell or force me to meet anyone. I asked for numbers to be run on the truck and an appraisal of a trade in truck, but indicated I would not be buying the truck today. Dina stated it would not a problem and they started the process. Along with the sales manager, Ricky, I got numbers on everything and they just asked that I give them a date I would get back to them. Sales manager, KC, also came over to introduce himself, without any pushy nature, but just so I knew the team on the floor. Over the rest of the week I send emails with questions and numbers and always got a return phone call within the day. After working together for about a week, I called on Friday, 10/05/2018, and said we had a deal. I told them I did not have a ride and Dina came to my house to bring me to the dealership. The deal was completed Friday, even staying past closing hours. Great professional staff that arent overly pushy or salesperson stereotype. I would gladly work with the Napa Ford sales team again!

Out of 6 other dealerships and two ford dealership that were closer to us we decided to drive and hour over to Napa and the first visit there was great even at 6:30 to just after 7pm on a Thursday. Ricky Page was very friendly and helpful when he was talking to us. The following Sunday we stopped by and purchased a truck from Brandon Schnars and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and nice the entire visit.We felt relaxed and at home the entire time we were there. I have no problem driving an hour to go over there because the two visits we had were so great. I do plan on getting serviced done there.

After using several dealers to find my unique, specific F-150, the sales team at Napa Ford went out of their way to get me the best rock bottom price, but also my exact wish list on the truck I wanted. At first my truck was really hard to find, but they secured one, exactly as I hoped, and the experience was excellent. Im traveling a lot for my job, and its hard to come down to the dealership, they made it easy to handle much of the experience remotely. The individual handling the parts department was not friendly I need it to get the floor manager involved in order to get the information that I needed. The parks department person may need some training on customer service skills. I would have on only given them one star if it wasnt for the floor floor manager getting what I needed.

I only gave 2 stars because when they deliver the car, they drive it from Napa dealership to my home ( 67 miles ). I thought car delivery is car will be delivered via trailer so no miles. I guess I have some fault for not clearing it up. Other than that, people in dealership are all okay.
