Took my car there for a detailed troubleshoot for a problem that Im experiencing. I explained to front desk and the Owner about my troubles. I left the car with them, came back the next day when i received a call saying they couldnt find the problem. I described to them that i had my fuel injectors replaced and properly installed and coded, prior before taking/ leaving the car with them. A technician by the name Peter was working on the car and requested for the injector values. To make sure they were correct. However i called back in minutes with the values. No answer. I called back again after no call back. Went to findout whats going on... they said the Owner is refusing to work on my car, saying too much people work on it, he wants nothing to do with it. I ended up paying$152 for nothing to be done. When i got my car back, i had a check engine light on. Theres was never one when dropped the car off.. for a tech to say they cant find the problem and boasting that theyre the only one with the advanced tools in the area is laughable. I may take this to legal claims for my 152. I would never recommend this type of so called professionalism to anyone.

I’m really impressed with the top quality service I have received from Alpina. The top quality service, original BMW parts and detailed description of what was wrong and corrected. True professionals I trust. I normally do repairs myself. This problem was overwhelming. Gabe was amazing. This was the best car service I’ve ever received. To top it off the car was washed and vacuumed.

I rarely write reviews, but this business deserves a good one. My wife and I were visiting Napa from our home near Seattle, driving our well loved, and well used, Audi A6. We were packed up ready to leave and the car would not start. A bit of research showed Alpina was nearby and a European auto repair shop. When I called, Sandy was sympathetic and very helpful. They offered to diagnose the problem right away if we got the car to them. AAA helped immensely and Gabe at Alpina did, indeed, work on the car right away. It turned out 2 of the 3 fuel pumps were shot. We decided to replace all 3 pumps, but were told we may have to wait an extra day for parts. However, Sandy called early and told us the car was finished. Gabe was very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive in our stressful situation. I highly recommend Alpina and it will be my go to shop if I am in trouble in Napa again.
