Very unprofessional overpriced and scandalous I took my car there with no serious problems got an estimate that was way overpriced and when I pick up my car my engine is knocking it never made that sound before ever I pay very close attention to my cars and there was a leak that I never noticed before either and I check my engine every week they sabotaged my car because couldnt afford to have them work on my car theyre very unprofessional when they lie and tell me my car was making sounds it wasnt before I dropped it off now it has some serious issues going on with it and it wasnt that way before I dropped it off I will never go back

Ive been bringing my vehicles to Valley Auto for over 10 years and would not take my vehicle anywhere else. They are truthful and dont try to up sale like many of the other auto shops. I dont live close, and traffic is a pain to get there; but well worth it for the quality and customer service. This family run business has been servicing our entire family. They were well deserving of the best auto shop award for 2019 out of the city of Nampa.

Ive been going to Valley for quite a while and have been happy with them. Until I went to a dealer for a free oil change and inspection, I was quoted that I needed over 4500 dollars in repairs by their service advisor to a vehicle with less than 20k miles on it.The dealer gave me a little color coded sheet of everything wrong. I was mad that a nearly new vehicle was in such terrible shape. I called Valley and asked about the repairs and hoped they would maybe be cheaper, they had me bring in the vehicle and the sheet. A day later they called me to say they were done with the inspection, when I went in they told me they went over all the supposed items needing fixed, none of the items were needing to be done. That is right, NONE! Brian and valley could have easily agreed and just quoted me a little cheaper than the dealer, instead they were honest with me and also put their word on the line (what if the brakes did go out after they said they were fine?) The vehicle is running great and will never be sent to a dealer unless a recall is issued. Please go here and support honest mechanics, and get a second opinion on those color coded sheets the dealers give you.

Excellent service these guys treat you like a human being. They do not rip you off and they are very reasonable with their rates. Power stearing pump is less than $270 here others want $570. Was referred to here by a friends dad and will be taking all of our vehicles there

Family and I have been coming here years no complaints seem honest and satisfied with after results.

I had an four-wheel alignment done, and the car drives fine now. However, it took 2.25 hours and I have never had one take even an hour before at other places.They charged me $25 for a steering reset at a point when I really had no choice but to say yes. They could have told me about this extra fee when they showed me how far out it was and asked me if I wanted them to proceed with the alignment - then I would have had a choice.Whether or not it was above board or not I dont know, but the timing was inconsiderate at the minimum and makes me suspect it was an extra fee to add to a slow day??

High quality repairs from a shop that values their integrity. Good luck finding that elsewhere. Ive been using Valley Auto Alignment for 10 years and wont ever go anywhere else.
