Tony helped us sell our 4Runner and helped get us a rental from the Service counter to use before we fly out! Loved how easy the transition was and how quick we were in and out! Would definitely buy a car from Tony if we are ever back in the area! Also the lady at the service counter was super friendly with getting us our rental!

I have grown up in a Toyota family my entire life! The customer service at Edmark is second to none. Scott helped me clear up some confusion, I had scheduled my oil change a few weeks back because they are always booked out. Come to find out I had past my 25k miles that toyota care covers. I was confused and a little upset considering I scheduled my free oil change 3 weeks prior and had less than 24k miles. Knowing this, Scott was super understanding and helped me get this final free oil change! They always go above and beyond with their customers! Thank you Scott, and thank you Edmark Toyota! You have a life time customer right here! Keep up the good work!

Been doing service here from Day 01 of purchase, and every appointment has resulted in smooth sailing and safe driving.Their customer service reps arent just nice - I get the vibe that they honestly like working here (or are at least very good at pretending to be pleased to see folks when they come in), and its made my day every time.I need mention that calling to schedule your maintenance has a little bit of a nebulous protocol to it. The first time I had the maintenance notification pop up on my console, I called to set up service. But when the second notification rolled around, they called me instead... So Im uncertain if my first call was even necessary, but Im grateful for their accommodations nevertheless!If you have a Toyota, or have purchased from Edmark, I would highly recommend taking advantage of their service options and advice. Theyve been the friendliest Ive encountered in the business, and I will be very sad when my freebies run out! 😂[PS] They have some of the best waiting room coffee in the valley. Dont pass on the opportunity!

Routine Service. Young man met me @ the door before I got out, fast check in. We had prepaid with the 129.99-Synthetic Oil, (regular oil is 99.99) special for three services. Perfect wait time of exactly one hour, car wash was broke down so no wash that day. Great people. Mask or no mask, everyone keeping distance.

Good service, they are always available even though they are sometimes hard to get ahold of. Parts are expensive such as wheels and tires. Dont recommend purchasing here 30-40% higher than other places.

Decent place for oil changes but count on taking a looking time. I get oil changes there and have never been less than an hour. In response: To be clear I wish there was a two and a half star rating, they deserve better than just 2. I am okay with more than an hour if I wasnt quoted an hour.

Service staff friendly and helpful. We were called by Edmark to schedule Toyota recall repair. What was not shared when we scheduled the work is that it would take 2 hrs+. Thankfully I brought a good book to read.

Edmark Toyota Service is awesome, they had definitely gone above and beyond. I didnt have much faith in the car service/repair shops, but this place is first on my list. They care about you and about your vehicle.I live closer to a Steves Hometown Toyota now and my car, right after getting some repairs at Edmark, needed service again. Not wanting to drive an hour to Edmark, I had gone to Steves. All they could say was that Edmark had worked on the car and they cant touch parts of the car that Edmark worked on. Long story short Steves gave me my car back in less then a few hours with the words, there is nothing wrong with your car and still took 130 bucks. Little upset about that I took it back to Edmark, they found the issue and it fixed promptly. Both places got the same information and time necessary to find the issue. What seemed to me was that Steves has too much business and needs a lighter load.

The added safety precautions used by the Service Team (wiping down before & after, use of seat, floor, and steering wheel covers) were greatly appreciated and made me feel safe and valued. My regular oil change and tire rotation were accomplished without fuss while I hung out in the mostly empty waiting area. Someone came out about every 15 minutes to wipe down the counters and coffee area.

I purchased my hybrid Toyota at this dealership before it became Edmark and I my car was generally serviced here during its warranty period. I will probably continue to seek servicing here and in addition come here for checkups before major travel and for checking tires and replacing windshield wipers at change of season.I have not Inquired about the Covid infection-spread prevention measures employed by Service Dept personnel after being inside ones car or using car door handles.The service dept generally will wash off your car after service except in winter.Personnel in the Parts Dept are quite helpful if asked for help.The customer waiting area is comfortable & adequate in size but the sofas and comfortable chairs do not entirely lend themselves to Covid distancing. There are adjacent tables to which waiting customers may spread out. Courtesy coffee is good & cold bottled water as well as Famous Amos chocolate chip cookies are provided in the waiting lounge . (Personally, I much prefer the freshly popped popcorn provided by Edmarks Toyota dealer rival in Boise, since Im not a cookie lover)

My name is Jesus Sosa and I would like to start by saying thanks to Erick Larios. I am going to try my beat to describe my experience with details as much as I can. Erick was amazing and I have been bugging him for a while Erick never ever seemed upset to hear my needs he made me feel like I was shopping with close friend he never never pushed me to a vehicle that I did not want we looked at couple nice family SUV but this vehicle was for my wife she did not want a mini van but wanted something that was sporty but family well Erick after showing me and me being the middle man for my wife to help her find her dream family car. Erick made it clear to explain the great value and great reliability that Toyota has after our experience with a Dodge Charger that we had to put $3000 with a car being brand new and warranty was joke this made Erick sale a bit more challenging as we were still in the stage of not making a mistake like last time Erick was amazing and he knew my wife was working the first vehicle was not the one forMy wife because it was used and it was not not what my wife was looking for. So after me and my wife open to Erick about our fear he said you know what guys would you like to buy new and then it was over we went back to dealer and we found the car a brand new 2020 Toyota hylander XLE we fell in love with the suv Erick laid all my options and it was so smooth I know that God had us meet months before for reason he exceeded our expectations and experience he made it personal and I will buy again from him thank you Erick thank you Toyota edmark . I like the service department here. They have a nice waiting area with water and snacks available complimentary. They washed my car after if was done being serviced, and parked it right by the door for easy access when it was completed. Although we purchased the car at Peterson Toyota, I like Edmarks Service Department much better!

The guy at the service counter was extremely knowledgeable he walked me through the whole system talk to me about a special deal I can get instead of just doing one service for 65 I could get three for a hundred and nine Id it it came out great all I can say is that I moved over from Hometown Toyota who didnt seem to have the time for me at service time and at least I squeeze me right in did exactly what I needed to be done thats the kind of place I want to do business with somebody who tells me theres theyre too busy to deal with me so there you go
