Today Tim and Seth came to our house to deliver our refrigerator from Nampa appliances they were very respectful and worked fast and efficiently I would highly recommend Nampa appliances the owner of the company it’s a very sweet woman and Rebecca was very helpful overall we will definitely be going back for the rest of our appliances because we love the experience we received from beginning to end

These guys saved my bacon. I had placed an order for appliances for our new house with Jims Appliance in Boise, but they completely messed up and either never ordered my dryer, or sold it to someone else. Either way I was in a new house without the ability to do laundry.I called these guys and they worked with another client who had ordered my dryer but didnt need it right now, to give me her unit and order another one. I was able to get my dryer same day.5 stars all day, thanks!

We purchased a new Maytag washer & dryer last month and have had nothing but problems. The washer had to be serviced the first week which didnt fix the problems so now we are waiting 6 weeks for parts. We were told that they handle all service orders and will be with us from beginning to end. Not exactly true. When we complained about the issues, they just gave us Maytags 800#. We paid $175.00 for delivery and installation and according to the repairman the washer was improperly installed which caused part of the problem. Now we are in the market for a full set of kitchen appliances and decided to buy from a big box store with free delivery. Sad.

Great customer service!! Their prices compare with Lowes and I prefer to shop local anyway! Rebecca was great to work with and they were very knowledgeable. They were also delivered quicker than anticipated.

So as some of you may know there are no upright freezers around, and I mean no where, not one big box store has any since march they told me. So I decided to call Nampa Appliance and was told the same thing but was also told there may be 4, 13cu ft uprights coming in later and would I like to put a hold on one. Um, heck yeah I do, now I have never been to this store and I am sure as friendly and family feeling all of the employees are Im sure they had regular customers they could have sold these freezers to. They didnt, they treated me as if I came in every week to buy something, I will refer to all my friends for sure, and Im coming back for all my other appliance needs. Thank you team Nampa Appliance!!!

We needed a new dishwasher and decided to shop local instead of a big box chain. This store provides quality brands, extremely knowledgeable employees (thanks Lewis), very fast delivery and set up, and very competitive pricing! These folks have my future business and I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Just went in Friday because my washer was leaking and my stove has been on the fritz. I went to HD first and all they stock was cheap rental home appliances everything was special order. I walked in, got great service. The man that helped me made sure I was buying what my wife wanted, even thought she wasnt there. He gave me the rundown of good better and best. I was bummed that they didnt deliver on Saturday, but it didnt matter because they loaded up the stove, dishwasher and microwave in there truck and had it delivered on time 1:30pm Friday, 2 hours after I bought them, and my wife was so happy . They quickly installed the stove and I came home to fresh baked rolls and cookies. Dont waste your time going to big box stores and waiting, the local care and service was worth any price difference, which i didnt notice. To buy the right product and have it delivered when promised is important. And, I realized later that I bought my washer and dryer from them 3 years ago. Great place to do business with!

Not only did we find our refrierator on sale but they could deliver it the next day! Since our compressor died we needed a new frig right away. The big box stores couldnt deliver for two weeks. Nampa appliance even plugged it in before they delivered it so it was chilled when it arrived at our house. They also too our old broken frig away. You might find a cheaper frig somewhere else but Nampa Appliance has way better customer service and they know their stuff...really knowledgeable about appliances.

Best place in the valley for service, product knowledge and prices are very good. What I like best is if I have a problem with an appliance they know how to fix the problem or send me to the proper repairman. This is not the experiences I have had from the chains.

They had the only refrigerator in town that I needed for a specific cabinet space. Staff was happy to help us and help load.
