I mean theyre nice and stuff, but some I guess false advertising? The label that EXACTLY matched the monitor I chose said $179. When I checked out it rang up as $199. I pointed that out and the guy was like Well, it was $179 last week so your label didnt get changed? Guess not and he was completely unwilling to honor the LABELED PRICE or even look into it for me. Which is really frustrating. I still got it cause my husband really needs it, but yeah. Paid more than it was listed for. I just feel like they should have honored their labels, cause thats some trickery going on.EDIT: I ended up emailing the store about it and they were super freaking nice and even refunded the difference in price. Im actually really impressed by that!! So up to 5 stars I put it!

Helpful. Had a good selection of PC gaming stuff, but even on sale their smaller TVs/monitors arent as low as Fred Meyer. Difference is, Best Buy employees helped me figure out which TV would work best for my situation.

Not a great experience at this Best Buy. A lot of the shelves were empty and they didnt have even common things like USB chargers. Only one open register even though 5-6 people were waiting, and god forbid someone wasnt in the computer... takes them 5-10min to get added. Lots of useless employees walking the floor asking you if they could help you find something they didnt have in stock.

The employee I asked for help to locate a specific small item had no interest in helping me. He just pointed off in a general area which Id already scoured & continued his friendly (non work related) chat with whomever he was talking to. Eventually found it myself after some time but I was in a bit of a hurry & it was irritating that he couldnt just at least give me a more detailed idea on the location of the item.

Everything is great low stock on things but figured COVID don’t help .. only down side I noticed I would give a tip to you is Best Buy train your sales employees on the Best Buy cards that asking you if you want a my Best Buy credit card but when you start asking questions he had to call for help multiple time just a thing if your going to preech about something have the right people tell you not sales reps only worried about numbers training classes on them for your floor staff but overall great service and place just credit card thing is pretty seriously not a 19 your old kids shhould be telling you about it when they don’t know nothing about it 😂

We purchased an item that needed to be installed. The sale to the appointment to install to the installation were so easy. The training to use the item was really, superb. The installer took the time to make sure everything worked throughout our home and that we understood how to operate the item. I was very impressed. Great customer service is becoming rare these days, but the Nampa Idaho store has it down pat.

I ordered $4,000 worth of home security and home theater products to be installed. Firstly, the sales person who sold me all the equipment was excellent and told me that all of the equipment would be delivered and installed early in the morning since there was so much to install. Not only was he wrong couple of days before I got the install I received an email instructing me that the installers would be there between 7 a.m. and 1 pm. I woke up at 7 a.m. so that I would not miss a knock on the door instead the installer called me around noon and said that they were going to be there at 1:30. In addition the installer told me that they had every piece of equipment but one of the main subwoofers was delayed. I asked them how long they knew about that. They said they knew for a few days. Why would they not call me to reschedule the installation so that everything could be installed at once as opposed to having to come an inconvenience me again after taking a full day off of work? Lastly, and the thing that set me off the most was the installer called me about 20 minutes out from my home and said that the Geek Squad mandates that I need to wear a mask. I blew my lid. I told them to take the truck and turn it around and give me a full refund. I have no issue if attack wants to come into my home with a mask gone. If they have a mask, then they should not be concerned with what Im doing. That is a terrible policy and a policy that makes no sense and people just do what theyre told because theyre told to do it even if it doesnt make sense. Im not doing that. No ones coming into my home and telling me I need to wear them. If there was a risk I would consider it. There is no risk. They just do things that are stupid just to do them. Now I know somewhere theres a village without an idiot.

I placed an online order for a Ring security system. I went to pick up the order (on 4/23) and they told me they did not have the order in the system. I contacted customer service three days later and they stated the item was ready for pickup as of 4/21. Martin David (supervisor) was unable to explain why they were unable to pull up my order. He refused to rectify the issue and stated that the issue was essentially my fault. I canceled the order and found a better package at Costco for $50 less than what I paid through Best Buy.

I purchased a HP envy x360 and within 2 and a half months the hinge broke!! I went into the store after talking to a representative over the phone I spoke with a lady named Gem. She had promised me in store credit for a new product because I didn’t want to pay to repair a laptop that had broken that fast. I take very good care of my electronics especially if I’m spending upwards to $850. And when I went into the store they didn’t do anything for me and told me that they can send it in for a repair that costed $90 dollars down and could’ve costed upwards to $600 to do the repair, that’s almost the cost of a brand new one! I asked if I could’ve gotten my money back that I put down if it costed too much and they told me I would only get %20 percent back. I took my laptop and left the store very frustrated that they would tell me one thing over the phone and a completely different story when I came into the store. I am never shopping here again I have bought several items from them and this is the first issue I’ve had and this is the last time they will see me for how poorly they took the situation. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends or family. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!

Upon entering, I was beckoned forward by a blue shirt. He then ignored me for ten minutes in favor of another customer with a full cart. The other blue shirt at the entrance just sat there while I waited. I decided to try my luck with the Geek Squad. The young guy with brown hair and glasses was the only employee to pay me any courtesy - he earned you a second star. He tried to help, but had an appointment; thats totally fine. The woman at the customer service desk takes one look at my phones packaging and says, we dont do those ones. despite my having purchased this Google Pixel 4a from Bestbuy. Anyone who refers to Google phones as those ones really shouldnt be working customer service. I bought a very expensive product from your store, and it failed without any outside damages. You have an obligation to stand by the products you sell when they fail due to poor manufacturing.

I mean its Best Buy, kinda speaks for itself. Quality items, with the price to match. The only problem with this specific store and trip was the wait to have an employee assist me with acquiring an item. I had 3 separate employees walk right by me while I was waiting to look at some headphones. The store was not busy and said employees were not helping other customers. They literally ducked their heads and slipped right by without saying anything.

Neurotic girl in the cell phone section. CDC lifted the mask guidance if you are vaccinated. Was in Best Buy in Nampa and at least 75 percent of the customers, 20-30, in the store had no masks. I was one of them as Ive been vaccinated. The girl in the cell phone area refused to grab a phone for me. Mind you most people were un masked. Im fine if a business wants to require masks forever if thats what they choose. Dont have 75 percent of the customers in your store as normal, no masks, yet react like someone has the plague if asked to grab a phone. That is your job, if you are so scared of Covid working at BB with the public is not for you. Actually saved me 30 bucks though as I bought the same phone I was after on Amazon for 30 dollars cheaper the Best Buy.

I went there for a converter box for a tv I bought that would not bring the digital signal into tune. I roamed around until at last I found what I was looking for sort of. Unfortunately the entire time I was in store nobody bothered to ask if I was finding what I needed or if they could help me find something. I know with my rugged looks I probably can scare or intimidate people not even trying and nobody can see me smile when I sport a full beard. I have since shaved it off in hopes that people will be more friendly towards me LOL! Tradition beard in winter 5 oclock shadow spring summer fall.

Im a little confused by the comments of outstanding customer service. I got in line to purchase one item. There was one customer in line in front of me and one customer at each register. A third person got in line behind me shortly after. After the first register finished with the customer that employee left the register and walked to the other side of the store. The other register then spent the next ten minutes with the customer they were helping. Several other employees walked by and saw the line was up to four people now and kept going. No, I dont believe they have that good of customer service here, at least when it comes to assisting at checkout.

Had a problem with a new laptop and didnt call ahead. Found out you are supposed to make an appointment with the geeks and I saw that they were booked solid until late afternoon. But they saw me right away anyway. Great service! They would get 5 stars if they kept an inventory of parts and accessories for older electronics AND had a salesperson who knew what it was.

Worst experience ever!! Will never order from Best Buy online again for our business. Ordered a dryer for a rental property in January and the site showed it was in stock and available. The day of delivery after email confirmation of our appointment, it never shows. I call Lynn to be told it will be delivered on the seventh. It was supposed to be here between 7 AM and 1 PM. At 11:40 AM I get a call that they won’t be delivering it. At this point the residents that live at this rental have taken two different days off to be home for this delivery. And now no dryer. On calling in after a very long amount of time on the phone I was told that they contacted the warehouse and assured me that it would be in town on February 11 and would be delivered for sure on Friday, February 12. Guess what. I got an email today, the 11th, that my item was no longer in stock. I called and was given multiple different excuses hung up on after what was supposedly a bad connection though they confirmed my number and never called me back, and was told that they could get me the dryer I ordered March 18. A dryer that showed online it was available when I ordered it, and then promised delivery three different times and never showed. Absolutely unacceptable business practices.The resolution, next time I order something from Best Buy they will compensate me for my troubles. Are you kidding me. Why would I ever order from you again? Thank you Lowe’s. I called they had one in stock as their website showed and they are delivering it for me tomorrow

I dont know why I ever went back. Overcharge and under-deliver. Bought a stereo and speakers for my sons truck for Christmas. Hes at college so I scheduled the install for the store nearest him. Got the confirmation email. He drove 40 minutes to the store with his roommate following him (4 hour install). Got to the store and they had no record of his appointment. I sent them the email I received and they still couldnt find it. Had to reschedule for 2 weeks later. I tried to call the store to talk to someone about it and waited on hold for over an hour and still wasnt able to speak with a human. Ill never go back.

Horrible experience- went in had a question and the parking lot was pretty empty- store wasnt to busy and I asked a rep for help and she said I needed to go to the front and put my name on a list and it would be at least an hour. I had my kids with with and left and drove 15 minutes away to Walmart and got instant help with a super friendly associate that was very knowledgeable. Very poor customer service at the nampa Best Buy- was my 2nd time there. 1st time wasnt great either :-/ I liked going to the Boise Best Buy when I lived there... but dread going to Nampa once since Ive moved to Nampa-its pulling teeth to get help there!

Best Buy is cautiously one of my favorite stores. I love their inventory, but you really have to compare prices. Sometimes Best Buy has really great deals that just cant believe beat, and I love it. BUT a lot of the time their every-day shelf price is a bit higher than you can find elsewhere. Its a cool store to visit and check out the merchandise, but price check before you buy. I highly recommend signing up for their e-mails and getting daily deals in your inbox.

So, I can browse inside your store for hours and hours but I cannot purchase anything until I cover up my nose and mouth. To me, this is about compliance, not about actual science. You do not honor medical exemptions, which is a form of discrimination. By the Civil Rights Act, you must supply public accommodation to parties including those that are protected by ADA LAW (Americans with Disabilities Act). Sam was excellent at the Nampa, Idaho location! He answered all of mine and my husbands questions about GoPro and all of the accessories. He spent a lot of time with us too. If he didnt know the answer, he didnt make it up just to make the product more desirable. He wasnt just trying to make a sell, he wanted us to get the right GoPro for our familys activities. His location didnt have the product in stock, but he made sure another location had it ready for pickup when we arrived. Sam was so knowledgeable about the GoPro and he had practical experience with it which helped answer our questions. We could only research certain things online, but Sam was tremendously helpful. He was incredibly professionally as well. He looked you in the eye, he knew what questions to ask us, he knew when he needed to just let us look things over by ourselves, and then he didnt just leave us hanging. He checked back in on us to make sure we were taken care of. This guy was hands down, the best electronics employee that has ever helped me by far. I can also tell that Sam was raised right by someone who wanted him to be successful. Thank you so much Sam. Keep up the great work.

Apparently discrimination is the policy now. I was just informed by an employee that the person in charge of appliances refused to come help me because I cannot wear a mask. The employee said I could call (I got tired of holding after an hour and a half) or go online (I need a price match, so online isnt an option). I have never been more embarrassed in my entire life. Your employees seem to think I chose to have severe anxiety and can just turn it off.
