Whats not to like its Harbor freight. You get what you pay for. As long as you know that Then youll feel like youre getting a fair deal. I dont see anyone buying legacy tools that they can pass down through the generations. If you need cheap tools To do a job or 2 or work on your vehicle, Tools from Harbor freight will usually get the job done At least once.

The affordable mans hardware store. Why go to Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, etc. And pay twice the amount for a **Brand** name tool when these affordable tools will suffice.

Had what I needed (sump pump) and when I got the wrong outlet hose they replaced it the next day. No fuss. Even showed me a cheaper one. I got $ back

Great prices on tools, as long as you understand that you get what you pay for.

Store is a good all purpose store. The item I needed was out of stock and the store seems to only purchase one at a time. Second store had what I needed, just a little ride to Nacogdoches. Called the store and the clerk put it aside for me. The clerk in Nacogdoches was friendlier than in Lufkin.

Polite staff, even though sometimes they point to what your looking for or tell you what aisle its on. Prices are great, most every thing Ive purchased has held up very well, if you dont try to push its limits. They have a buyers club and it comes in very handy. Ive not torn anything up yet, but like I said take care and dont push products past its limits. I do recommend this store.

What I wanted for a great price.

It has every tool you need and a bunch that you dont. I love just browsing. The clerks could do a better job at learning the products and helping you find stuff, but hey, Im a stickler for hospitality.

What can I say...they have allot of stuff, what ever one is looking for. There wasnt much floor help, but I found all on my husbands wish list.

Good tools and cheaper than most.

I really like this store because with the coupons they offer it saves me alot of time and money. The manager of the store needs some customer service training though. As for the other employees they are great and very helpful.

Purchased some items & asked if I could use the coupons in the flyer. Clerk said if you have any for the items you bought I asked about the 25% off right on the front and she said that was Memorial Day only. Got home and saw 20% off on the upper right corner good til July, but then she knew that. The clerks used to be more helpful than that. I dont know if that is a new company policy or just this clerk, but it is very disappointing and I will be on my guard if I choose to go there again.

The main reason i drove to Nacadoches and they didnt even have what i wanted. (As advertised in the sale circular and my sale ad) I didnt know that Harbor Freight had a policy of not selling the floor model either. But they guaranteed me 2 more would be there in the A.M. I told them I drove 50 miles there and i wasnt coming back in the morning. Still no floor model. I think I may start frequenting Northern Tools.

Happy greeting, right as I walked through the doors. Fast and friendly help. Their tools range from cheap off-brand to higher priced common brands. I have used them for years. No complaints here!

The store is clean and well organized. The employees are helpful and friendly. I called today to ask availability on an item. They stopped and checked and had 1. At my request they held it for me and it was waiting when I arrived. A++

We frequent this place. Always looking for something they have on special coupon. They have a lot of odd things you wouldnt think they would. We buy enough stuff to make the discount Club card worth it, but you want to do your own figures for that. The staff is mostly nice. The manager is cool and helpful.

I had a Harbor Freight saw break during the warranty period. I took it in for replacement. The exchange was effortless. However, I had to purchase another warrantee for the replacement saw.Be aware that the Harbor Freight aftermarket warrantee is only good once.

Went in for welding wire section was easy to find cashier was very nice greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered help. Was able to locate the area of the store I needed right away and the cashier helped me get it at the best price.

10# roll of Flux cored wire (Vulcan) with inner shield is better than lincolns version and cost less

Even though we walked in the Nacogdoches Texas store at 8pm (closing time) we were greeted politly and not constantly like they were trying to run us out. As we were leaving they unlocked the door for a customer that needed one small item. You dont see this at any others stores these days. Most lock the doors at 10 till closing. Very pleasant shopping experience, we will return and tell all our friends.
