Wonderful service! I told the employees exactly what I was looking for, dimensions, color, fingerprint resistant, ect. They knew exactly what I was looking for. Check out was super easy and my new fridge will be in within a week!

This store offers great customer service along with a great delivery crew. I ordered a small top bottom refrigerator (Kenmore 60512). The delivery crew was amazing! They were required to remove the doors from the refrigerator in order to make it fit through my doorway. The crew was extremely well trained and knew exactly what to do! The whole process went smooth and was a breeze. I would highly recommend this store to anybody that needs any type home appliance!

Run away as fast as you can!!Might be friendly in store, however do not believe anything you are told about delivery dates OR free delivery!That fridge, dishwasher and stove you bought for delivery within 2 weeks keeps moving out, now months out! A hassle to get refunded.Would be lower than 1 star if possible.

Excellent inventory, prices, staff and customer service.Too bad those things are negated by greedy corporate policies that hinders the #1 Sears hometown store in the nation from making sales to lifelong Nacogdoches residents.I attempted to buy a refrigerator today, only to be told by the salesman that corporate would not let them sell 99% of their appliance inventory w/o a Sears credit card. They only had 2 old refrigerators that they could sell me w/o a Sears credit card. Losing sales to make a tiny bit of money on a credit card, that would have been paid off immediately upon opening. No wonder Sears is a dying company.Genuinely disappointed in this store and their greedy corporate policies. I will NEVER be doing business at any Sears (whats left of them) ever again, and I will not recommend any of my friends or family to them. Very, very disappointed.

Just wanted to update this: My mower has been great! I would definitely recommend buying a mower from here!Owner and manager worked to help me get the best deal on my Craftsman lawn mower I purchased recently. It is a great riding mower! I would definitely go back to see them again.

Paid cash for washer and dryer bought the cord and hoses paid for delivery, and installation and extended warranty Admittedly, I did forget the vent hose. The deliry guy told my daughter to go buy one and he would put it on for her and he would wait for her to get back and when she got back he was gone. the store said they couldnt come back till Friday bc his guy has another job. my complaint is that the worker tells my daughter something then disappears. leaving her with a job unfinished that was paid for.

I am a former customer at this location, but will not be returning due to the rude owner/mgr. When I had a problem with an item he raised his voice to me, so I walked out. There really is nothing in this store that can not be obtained online or at a full-fledged Sears down the road. When all a store has to offer is convenience & service, the store should at least deliver in these areas.

This post is from Mark Smith. I ordered a Refrigerator from This Sears store earlier this month. I purchased the Kenmore 41159 Refrigerator. The on-line price was $799.99 Plus Free delivery. I decided to go to the local Store on North Street and order the Refrigerator in order to give a local Merchant the Business rather than doing Business On-Line. Oh did I make a mistake!! They delivered the Refer and could not hook it up, due to the old Refer having a water supply line they did not know how to deal with. The 2 young men who delivered the new Refer were very nice, however they did not have the knowledge to deal with any complications. They contacted the Owner of the Sears on North Street and he was a real Jerk, wanting to charge me an extra delivery fee if they had to come back, or a re-stocking fee if I did not want the New Refer. He ripped me off in the first place when I ordered the new Refer by charging me a delivery fee, when I was supposed to get free delivery in the first place. This Guy ( the owner of the north street store) is not a Good Guy!!! BUYER BEWARE IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS STORE. You are better off going to Sears in Lufkin or making purchase on-line only. Or go to lowes or Home Depot. 4-27-2017 P.S. I just discovered a large dent at the bottom of the new Refer, I missed it the day of delivery, and I signed off on it, so I am stuck with a damaged Refer. Please do yourself a Favor and Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Sears is on its way out of Business in my Opinion partly because of poor customer service!

Just left the Sears store happier than when I came in. Lowes had messed up my order twice in a row and Id had to wait 2 weeks each time for my refrigerator, so Ive been living out of three coolers, but I went into Sears and Joanna helped me immediately, they are delivering my new three door refrigerator tomorrow and it cost me less than at lowes even though I upgraded my protection plan. Im going to cancel my order at Lowes now!

I purchased a new refrigerator from this store in October of 2012. Six months later is was not working. After 3 failed service attempts (for one service visit we had to wait TWO WEEKS), hours on the phone and 17 days with the fridge not working I finally convinced Sears to replace the unit. The people in the Nacogdoches store acted like they couldnt care less and were no help whatsoever. In fact, the gentleman at Customer Solutions at the main Sears call center said they were giving him lots of push back when he was trying to resolve the issue. I will never set foot in this store again and hope other will heed my warning.

Customer service is dry. Not really helpful. And every time i go in to attempt to find replacement parts for my lawn mower (which is where i purchased it from a few years ago), they NEVER have the part i need and have to usually order it. Very inconvenient.Im not recommending this location for service because it sucks.
