I had a outstanding experience with Ivan Smith Furniture. I had a difficult time deciding between three different furniture sets and the sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. They did a great job helping me decide on the set I went with and I didnt feel pressured by them. Also the sales person was very courteous and diligent in putting together my purchase they got everything right and it was delivered at my convenience. Ivan Smith had the best deals to offer on labor day then anyone else in Nacogdoches. Im very happy with the set I went with. Also the delivery guys were polite, fast and thorough. I would recommend Ivan Smith to anyone thinking about getting a new Furniture set that they want to hold on too for a long period of time.

LOVE this store! Pam was so helpful. I wasnt attacked by four other sales people during my shopping experience as often happens at other stores. Here at Ivan Smiths I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular, which I was, and Pam placed the order for me! I was able to then freely browse unhindered and get some ideas for other items Ill be needing in other rooms. Pam was able to answer all my questions. When my order arrived they texted me as requested! I noticed their prices are much lower than...other places, so Ill be shopping here in the future as well!

My sales person was Pamela Patton. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved working with her. I appreciate the time she took to make sure I knew exactly how my order and delivery would go. I cannot thank her enough. I love the two recliners I bought.

Update: so Im a little upset with this company. I couldve received the recliner on a Thursday but not the dinette set until the following Saturday, but I chose to wait til the Saturday to get both at the same time so they didnt have to make 2 trips. I get a call yesterday and am told that I now have to wait til Tuesday! Im a little heated about this!Went to Ivans after the original store didnt have the table that I wanted from their website and Ivans helped me settle on a different table that sits 8 instead of 6. We also found the recliner with all the bells & whistles. The gentleman that helped us was pretty awesome trying to help me match a recliner to the furniture I already have. Right down to the threads. I am so glad we went to check out this place. I came out cheaper with better quality. I also got a free gift 😁

When ready, he was available and answered all of our questions. We picked a set on a Tuesday and picked it up on that Friday. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Definitely will purchase again.

Shes very well informed and easily answered our questions.The store itself had a wonderful variety of couches to look at. So many places have one specific style that they stick to stock their stores. That was not the case here.

We were very pleased with our sofa purchase from Ivan Smith. We went to two other furniture stores and not only did they not have what we wanted, their prices were higher. Also, delivery wasnt even close to the time frame Ivan Smith gave us. Our sofa is now in our living room, looks great & is super comfortable!!

I had just moved from out of state and the house I bought didnt have a stove. No other store in town had an affordable stove that could be delivered within a week. The delivery guys were friendly and accomodating, as well.

The sales staff was very helpful during the ordering process. When the chair was delivered, a flaw in the leather was discovered. They took the chair back without question and delivered a new one.I would recommend Ivan Smith to anybody who is looking solid furniture.

We were helped when we went in, but the sales person did not follow us around which was great. He showed us what we were looking for and the prices were exceptional. We wanted to pick our furniture up and they called when it came in, no problems what soever. We will return when we need new furniture in the future.

Having looked at several furniture stores in Nacogdoches & Lufkin, Ivan Smith in Nacogdoches was the only one that actually had the furniture I wanted in stock! Best place in Nac to get furniture!

I recently ordered a headboard and rail. It has taken a month to get it and then when it came in; it was delivered to wrong store in another city. I asked for free delivery when it is received and was told no blaming delay on Pandemic which is understandable but delivering to wrong store is not Pandemic fault. I really was disappointed with this transaction.

Nice furniture selections, good service with the exception of allowing them to tie any of the furniture up in your own vehicles. Its best to do the tying down yourself. Other than that usually its just a day or two before your furniture arrives.

Great customer service was provided during my visit. My wife and I went to location to purchase a bed set for my youngest son. The salesperson helped with that and was able to have it delivered in a timely manner. We hope to business with them again in the future. The only hiccup was a piece of furniture was broken and repaired. We didnt take it and had to order another piece.
