From start to finish the miracle movers were great!!!- John and Alice set up the move and Berry and Shawn the guys who packed and unpacked our belongings were just outstanding. They treated our possessions as though they were there own. These two guys were just great!!!

I had a 25 minute local move. I was to have 3 men and all furniture was to be wrapped which it was not. I had 17 pieces of furniture damaged. My sofa was drug off the truck tearing the fabric and was unrepairable. I have several pieces that cannot be repaired. The company wants to pay me $500. My furniture was like new and in excellent condition. I would never use this company again.

Miracle Movers is the perfect name for this company. As an advertising executive Ive moved cross country three times for jobs, and have moved locally another seven times. I could write a novel about the negative experiences Ive had but Id rather write this review to say that this companys management and employees are out of this world. Their customer service, attention to detail, and value for your dollar are impossible to beat. I am never moving anywhere without them, ever again.

I could not be more pleased with Miracle Movers. I just wanted to thank Alice in the office for helping me and having patience with us!! The guys were absolutely AMAZING. Miracle movers did hook me up with a kinda last minute move and for that I was/am appreciative. It’s been some time since then. I moved in April. The guys were polite and respectful. Now that I am done unpacking I realized I am missing some things that I can replace. Totaled like $35. Some minor damage was done but not enough for me to make a stink about it immediately. Again didn’t bother me BUT…I had just upgraded my iPhone to the 12 pro max and had the 11 in my nightstand drawer. T-Mobile was gonna give me $560 for it. It was stolen. I am not writing this review months later for anything in return. Just want you guys to choose your employees better so this doesn’t happen to future customers. It’s not easy to judge new hires but I do hope in addition to ur own judgement a background check is done. What bothers me though is I probably gave them items worth $400 ez plus a very nice tip. If I move again with any company I will definitely make sure I have everything done and 100% prepped for moving so no mover has access to anything and just has to load and unload. And I will account for everything before they leave. Maybe double check the truck also.

The company I hired cancelled the day of my move. I called John at Miracle Movers and he had a truck for me the next day! Keron and Shawn moved my things with great care and respect. They were the nicest guys ever and without them, I’d be sleeping on the floor. I would use them again in a New York minute!

Such a great experience. Moving is stressful and Kyle and his crew were energetic and efficient. I was so pleased how they packed the truck. I drove the rental truck and was ecstatic nothing broke in our 4 hour trip. Would highly recommend.

We drove in yesterday from Pittsburgh and realized that it was going to be a struggle to move everything to the 3rd floor of our apartment. I called about 30 minutes of our arrival to see if they were available the same day. The response from John was let me check with my crew. He called them while I was on the phone and told me yes! They were here after finishing their other job and showed up within and 1.5 hours. Absolutely great service!!! Very kind crew as well!!!

During loading, everything seemed fine. Miracle Movers showed up on time, got right to work, and were friendly guys. But once they unloaded, we find out that Miracle Movers lost or damaged roughly $1200 worth of our belongings. After filling out their insurance claim form and being told the process usually takes a week or two, there was a MONTH of radio silence. Ultimately, they thought that a measly $600 check would be fair compensation.Miracle Movers broke our tv, damaged our tv stand, shattered a family heirloom snowglobe, and curiously managed to only lose physically small high value items, like our new tablet and Dremel rotary tool set, and for some reason took down our security camera (which is now nowhere to be found. I wonder why that might be?) despite clear instructions to not touch anything that wasnt already in a box.Miracle Movers will make you sign a form that absolves them of any financial liability for certain types of furniture, and naturally that was exactly what they destroyed due to sheer negligence. We hired them to move us just 10 minutes down the road and they managed to break things that I personally moved in a u-haul over 200 miles with no damage only a year prior.I was convinced that Miracle Movers was the best option by their existing reviews, but unfortunately I did not share their experiences. I would not trust them to move a pile of dirt. I hope you take my Miracle Movers review as a word of warning. Look elsewhere for your moving needs.

Miracle Movers is a fantastic company that I can highly recommend. First and foremost, they were extremely professional. Everything was set up before hand and reminders were sent as it got closer to the move date.On the day of the move, our movers arrived on time, introduced themselves and reviewed all the information in my contract. This local company really gets the job done and fast. They dont take breaks unless it is between moving. They are funny, courteous and caring of your belongings. Would highly recommend if your move is local

Broken items never covered by them. After having me get the replacement value from Tripp Harrisons Gallery in Florida on a framed picture and them offering only $100 which was not even 10% of the value, they never sent a penny. My son called and spoke with Chris about my receiving nothing, even the $100, and he said it was sent 2 weeks prior to the call BUT he would send another $100 check out, which verified it wasnt sent and of course, the 2nd was never received either. Total disappointment in this company since Jim, a super nice front man who came and quoted the move, tried numerous times to get me reimbursed from his employer, but to no avail. Plus I spent over $50 buying the workers lunches when they came to load the truck. I am a realtor and hate to give 1 star reviews and have waited since the 1st of November, 2020 to rate them, giving them more than enough time to rectify the situation.....at this point, I know nothing is coming.

Worst experience ever 6 hours and total of 834.00 to 2 minutes around the corner. they had to move 2 beds a couch and 2 dressers . and they took 6 hours low ball estimate over the phone . damaged stuff . this Company lies to customers . Punctuality and professionalism are two qualities that I most value. Those qualities were on display from the moment Chris knocked on my door to perform my estimate. He was very thorough and was very detailed in his explanation of potential costs and what to expect on moving day. Come moving day, the crew that arrived at my home was absolutely stellar. On time, friendly, hard working and all around fun guys. I am more than satisfied with the service I received and will definitely use Miracle Movers again should the need arise. They scratched 6 pieces of our 2 year old lazy boy furniture.Also we have 5 or 6 tubs of decorative items missing, they broke a lamp into tiny pieces.And they put a tear in my 5000.00 temperpidic mattress. The best movers I had ever had! I was doing a simple move from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom in the same complex. Wes and Damark were so absolutely wonderful!! Miracle Movers assisted us in a recent local move after purchasing a new home. The staff was wonderful in assisting us in this process! They provided a free in home estimate. On moving out day, the movers arrived in a timely manner, loaded the truck, and took great care of our belongings. On our move in day, the movers were once again on time and finished unloading our belongings in a very timely manner. The movers made sure that everything was placed accordingly in our home. Hi, my husband and I used miracle movers on September 1st, and had a terrible experience. They damage some our furniture and damage the walls in our house.Also one of the movers had an open cut in his hand and we found blood on our furniture. Final cost was much more than the estimate and the movers were very slow.We call Alice and she said to submit a claim form, so we did that, after not hearing back for more than a week, we call again and the manager Chris said he will back to us in a day or two, another week and still no response.We moved many times and we never had service like this.Chris called us when he saw our review in Facebook two weeks ago, he apologized and he said he would put a check for compensation of the damage in the mail that day, a week went by and no check, so I called and spoke to Alice in the office, she said she would send another check right away, one week later still no check, these movers are unbelievable, please don’t let it happen to you!

Miracle Movers we’re wonderful! They were very careful and respectful with my belongings. They worked fast and hard. They worked 12 hours taking only a couple 5 min breaks. I had to make them stop and eat the food I got for them. Even after 12 hours they were still asking where do you want this. Their names were Tony, Tee, and TJ. If you want good movers ask for them. I was very pleased!!!

Mike and Rob appeared tired when they got here, but their eyes were clear and had smiles on their faces! Had to move/swap two bedrooms between the two houses and totally re-arrange 2 other bedrooms, all with large, heavy furniture. They were the absolute most caring and professional movers we have experienced in our 13 moves! With the HEAVY furniture they moved, they were unbelievably considerate of not only the furniture, but of our home and wood flooring!! They are great! They work together and communicate as a team while moving heavy items, paying attention to the small details. (Without being asked they tightened up the legs on two pieces.) It’s the small things that make a difference in a review like this, right! You can teach skills, but you can’t teach attitude! Our “attitude” comes out when we are tired, again they were, and they DEMONSTRATED that their attitude is above and beyond that of their peers! Thank you Brian, Mike and Rob!!! If there are more stars I would give them! Dang, now I feel I didn’t tip them enough!

The movers were great. Hardworking, quick, nice and professional. I would hire them anytime to move for me. They were not playing around trying to extend time longer. They came in and did any and everything that needed to be done. I initially gave this company a two star review because there was one issue. It was not from the movers by any means. There was a charge added that we were not informed of and I was very unhappy about that. I would like to think that it was just a miscommunication and not done intentionally because overall I feel like everything else was great. Anyway the manager, I think, Im pretty sure her name was Meghan, personally came to our house to make things right. That says a lot to me. So I moved the rating up to a four. All that being said, I would definitely recommend them. The movers are just so great!!! I think this is a great company. They really are five star but because of that issue I could really only give a four but hopefully this will just help them to not let this happen again in the future so they can always get their five star rating. Use them. Even though it was a problem, they made it right in the end.

Little mixup on the time but the guys were great!! Cheerful, funny and helpful and got everything done right on time. Even helped put a bunk bed together and get it in a tight spot without touching the new paint. A+!

Absolutely the best moving service I have ever used. From the start, Hannah and Megan were great to work with! Had a couple hiccups with my moving dates and they were very understanding and accommodating. When it got time to move, all the movers were very professional and polite. They were very careful with my items and treated them as if it was their own stuff. They didn’t scuff the walls or floors and nothing was dropped or broken. When it was time for a break, they notified us, rested and rehydrated and were back to work in 10 minutes. They worked diligently and got the job done quickly!! I would highly recommend this company! They are awesome. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

These are the guys! We were worried when our original last minute moving plans from Myrtle Beach to Aynor didn’t work out. We called Miricle Movers and Megan was able to work with our spur of the moment scheduling, and the moving process could not have been smoother with her crew.
