Such a blessing to have a combined USPS, FedEx, and UPS in one store. How convenient and such a great idea! Nothing like this in Charlotte, from where we just moved. For our Charlotte house sale this week, we needed a Notary Public and found Timothy at Coastal Postal. Timothy notarized our many signatures, made us a copy, and FedExed our legal papers back to the buyer’s law firm. And what a sweet guy!!! Thanks again Timothy!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love this place. They help with every need and are always so patient plus a family owned business. I wouldnt go anywhere else...and if I have a last minute gift need or need a book I stop in.
I always choose Coastal Postal. Matt, the owner, is very professional. My packages are well packed and shipped at a great price. It saves me so much time vs going to the post office. I highly recommend this place!
Not a big fan. We use drop off locations for UPS packages at CVS, UPS store and now tried this location. The box was properly labeled, taped and wrapped. However, based on reviews it seems this store looks to get over on you with every opportunity. He would not take the properly brown paper wrapped package for drop off, instead, sold my 84 yo father in law an additional $3 for a new box before accepting it. Then I get an upcharge from UPS as the package was now larger. If he has to keep upcharging for every drop off maybe he should just stop accepting packages for drop off instead of complaining he makes no money for UPS or FedEx drop-offs. Maybe not the business for him. I suggest using some other drop off location for packages such as CVS, Walgreens, Plantation Storage, UPS store, etc...

The guys at Coastal Postal are really helpful. I ship using UPS and I like to avoid going over the bridge from Carolina Forest. Its convenient, clean and they provide lots of services. I wouldnt lend much credibility to any poor ratings. I recently made an an error in labeling a package and they worked diligently to make sure my package was scanned and in route. Again, disregard any negative comments because they care about their customers and providing quality service.
Great place to mail / send your package. They are UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL drop off plus they will pack item if needed.
I dropped off two Fedex packages today. One package wasnt taped at the top, so they taped for me and charged me $1. I was not informed of the charge before he taped the package but assumed theyd charge me for the service. After paying the fee, I asked for a fedex drop off receipt at which time he told me it would be an additional $1 for a receipt. I know its only a dollar, but I find it completely unacceptable to ask your customer to pay for a receipt. Id love to support the local small businesses but this is a bit much.
Had a friend drop off an Amazon return that was already boxed and labeled. They charged her $2.00 for a receipt to show they scanned it. Pretty good racket they have. Ah, receipts should be free and are at other CF ups shipping locations. I am filling a complaint with UPS too. They need to know what they are pulling on people.
Not honest here. They will tell you that Amazon doesnt send you the right QR code and you have to print out a label yourself, but really they are not a UPS Store. Happened to me and the customer in front of me. Also they charge $1 for a receipt if you return with amazon. Go to the real UPS Store on 38th for better service!

I started this part time job right after graduating undergraduate studies at CCU. This is the best job I have ever had, my coworkers and boss are all great people, fun to be around and very quick to help me whenever I need it. Matt is the most laid back and down to earth boss Ive ever had and really makes it enjoyable to work here! My whole family ships out from here and they couldnt make it any easier!
They go above and beyond with customer service. I always come here if I need items shipped or paperwork printed out. Today the owner stayed after closing to take time to print some items for me. I appreciated it so much. Also, It surprises me on how affordable it is. I will definitely being spreading the word on how great this place is! Thanks again!
My wife and I have been using this store for all mail services since before the new owner took over. The services he provides are even better than what the previous owners had to offer. This place is so convenient, much closer than the post office and a lot quicker to get what you need and get out. They are all about saving you time!
The staff at this place is absolutely excellent, friendly, courteous, and very professional. Im currently supporting a construction project right down the road, since they were close by I have been using them for every postal needs. Never had an issue with anything and the process has always been super fast and smooth. Had to mail off a large cooler one day filled with soil samples and the management at the drop of a dime knew what was needed to be done and what forms need to be completed. I was in and out around five minutes. Management is also very friendly and they will take the time to sit and chat to just to get to know you, its the little things like this that I notice and it makes the world a brighter place.
Matt, the owner, took the time to give me options and explain what to expect with them all. I HIGHLY recommend Coastal Postal for All of your Shipping needs. Fair prices and MUCH more convenient than going to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx!!!
I have used this company many times in the past few years. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. The location is convenient for people like me who dont want to get caught up in traffic on the busy roads. Always had a great experience using this company. I would use them a few times a month. Not big business or anything but I would consider myself a semi regular. I went in about 2 months ago since I missed my mail pickup and wanted to be confident a check and a small mailer envelope went out and they wouldnt simply take it for me. it was measure, prepared and prepaid postage. I found this strange since I have been a consistent customer for several years since it was the previous owner and company name. It is within their business model and (at the time, but no longer) I would often buy packaging materials from them.I dont mind paying more because having them pack and ship was often worth me not having to deal with it. But this strange behavior was too much for me. I dedicated the short time I had to going there instead of the Post Office since they have a cart for prepaid pickup and I had about 20 minutes before I had to meet with a client.I have replaced them with just going to the post office and if I need any services, printshop or otherwise, I now go to elsewhere to one of the companies that they take shipments for. I was thinking perhaps its just an employee looking forward to some quiet time, but it was all prepaid AND I recognized him as the primary owner/main employee.I havent gone back since. I did witness some other red flags and I did hear of other horror stories but this interaction was the one that stopped me from going there permanently.Edit: Although your reply is an attempt to discredit my review, you solidify my position on two things. First, taking a mail pickup doesn’t cost you anything, should you get compensated for a free value added service? Up to you I guess.Also any recent transactions would have been under the owners or the companies name. So, try again. Also on top of that I have purchased several packing supplies and and shipping materials at the first 3 months of this year, so you may want to get more comfortable with you point of sale system. Or be sure that who ever is ringing the transactions is appropriately assigning them.I get that your method is to attempt to punish a reviewer and it is effective in some cases.I work for a company that values their customers privacy, so you giving out account specifics Based on a review (and yes, that includes history and dates) is a MAJOR violation. Love these guys! They make everything as quick and painless as possible. They do just about everything they can to make sure youre taken care of before you leave the store and few business really care about individuals anymore. Its nice seeming a small business with a friendly staff!
Coastal postal is an awesome place if you need to ship anything. Kyle who works there personally helped me out when i needed it and was friendly through the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone if you dont wanna go to a big shipping company.

Wow the owner would be served much better by omitting his comments. I came here to ship a package for the first time. I had my daughter who was wearing her cheerleader outfit after practice. He was nice at first asking about cheerleading And if she could do flips, but the more he talked the worse the comments became. Saying he always wanted to date a cheerleader when he was in high school and asking if all the boys were asking her out. Like seriously just very awkward comments and made my daughter uncomfortable and myself borderline angry. I paid quick and left quick to avoid an even further incident. Then I read how he responds to some of his reviews. This guy is either a creep, has foot In mouth disease, or completely unaware how inappropriate some of his comments are. My suggestions do t comment to people’s kids especially high school girls.

Came here to make copies for my missing dog, theyre more than happy to provide service to me, they offered to keep one of the flyers to ask people who came in if they found him. Couple days later I finally got my puppers back, Im so grateful to this place and I highly recommend.
It’s a big No go on this place. I shipped three items from this location on three separate occasions. 2 never arrived and were lost and 1 was 4 days late. 1 that never arrived was and lost was worth over $100. I don’t know what this guy’s drop pick up policy is for packages that leaves here but something is way off. Never had a problem with the old owner smh. Just gone past coincidence at this point. Plus the guy Matt ask invasive questions and makes unnecessary comments. I just wanna ship stuff not be asked a million personal info questions to be databased and have a conversation or hear comments about politics. I just wanna a reliable shipping service and this place is not it! All these middle men shipping services are always more of a hassle and def more expensive way of shipping. Just go to the post office, ups or fedex store and save the headache.
The owner was very rude and talked down to me in a very condescending way. He was so pushy and was dtrying to get me to spend unnecessary money on packaging. The first shipping quote was the most expensive. He didnt even tell me any options and became even more rude when I asked if there were cheaper options. The previous owner was so much more accommodating. Such a shame Ill be happy to take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. Support the local post office and dont pay or deal with this owner!
My older brother works here and he is always coming home and telling me the crazy stories about the people he has to deal with and weird stuff that happens. His boss came over to us and started talking to our family why we were eating at Tavern in the Forest, he is really nice.

Can’t drop off packages with prepaid shipping label anymore. He said there were issues with the post office and when I asked what issues he said a lot of issues but wouldn’t tell me what issue was. This place was super convienient, but I won’t do business there again. Wish the old owners never left as I’ve heard from many customers that there was never an issue with the previous owners.

My grandmother was here on vacation and wanted to ship something home instead of taking it on her flight. Well this guy convinced my 82 year old grand mother that the only way the 30 lb package would be truly safe is if she shipped it overnight UPS. So instead of ground usps or UPS costing about $40-50 to ship. He shameless convinced her to ship it overnight and got her to pay $400 + SMH. What kind of person takes advantage of an 82 year old lady? This Guy Does! After all of that when I looked at the receipt I saw he charged her an extra $1 to add some extra tape. Are you serious you had to squeeze another $1 SMH this guy is well you can input your own words SMH

Had 22 prepaid fedex boxes one UPS to drop off. Asked for a Receipt they would not give me a Printed receipt without paying them a 1.00 per Box. will never use them.
