I had a Fedex driver deliver a Costco order, driving over my front lawn. That is unacceptable. My main driveway is a circle driveway. I have a septic tank and the septic field is under my front lawn. I never received any tracking email and Im frustrated because Ive placed two calls to Fedex and have placed on hold indeterminately.8/20/21Update. The driver is no longer driving over my lawn but using the actually driveway. Thank you.However, today made a delivery and left it on the ground outside. There is a possibility of thunderstorms today. Not to mention, we are in SC, so I expect ants to invade the package. Theres a perfectly good covered area for the driver to leave packages. Please use this area. Thank you

Wish I could give a NEGATIVE STARS. Apperently drivers are incapable of using Google Maps. Luckily the gentleman across the street at 510 28th Ave N is a HONEST person and brought it over. This is not the first time this has happened.NOT GOOD FEDEX...NOT GOOD.

The customer service there is remarkable. There is a lady that works the counter daily and I must I have never seen anyone as patient and personable as her. I’m there every Monday even through the holidays she was the eye of the storm.

They dont close until 6:45. I was glad to make my drop by 4 so it would go out on the same day. Nice lady at the counter.

This is the third time the FedEx driver threw a package at my glass storm door. The package contains medication meant for an old man up the road from me, its not even my package, yet its the third time the same package has been thrown at my door. When I called customer support for fedex to address the matter and attempt to get this man his medication. I recieved no apology for the driver carelessly THROWING this package at my door (caught on camera). I gave the representative my first name and my address to schedule a pick up, but they would not schedule it because I refused to give them my other personal information (last name, phone number). I then told the representative that I would be taking the footage to the police department for vandalizing property, he laughed and said please do so. I guess thats where Im going next. I definitely would not trust this company with my shipping needs after this.
Went here to ship cold products and when asked if they had cold packing material that I saw I could get online she said that she would call the pack and ship site. I explained that they said I would need the main hub and that is who they are. She had no idea what I was talking about. 2 days prior going there i tried to call to get this information but the first day i was on hold 30 min and the 2nd day 1hr to speak with a representative but never got anyone to pick up. UPS was able to help me a little better.
Arrived exactly at closing time 6:45pm during the holidays and I wasnt sure if they would even wait on me. To my surprise everyone was still friendly and helpful in getting a last minute gift shipped out.

Delivery window of anytime before and up to 8pm. Missed the driver. Immediately called to see if there was a pick up site. Phone attendees very difficult for me to understand. Insisted delivery same day was no issue. It will be there by 8pm today. Language and comprehension seemed to be quite a barrier. I didnt think anything about it until I called long after 8pm. Once again language and comprehension seemed a barrier. Now Im going out of town, I could have gone and picked it up. I understand overseas sweatshop labor is cheap. So, it wont cost much to train them better. Some of us rarely get packages,so we are not savvy as to what is possible. I dont care who you have answering your phone calls. Train them better or let them make Nikes for 12 cents day.
Very professional and gentle with packages. Ive gotten live animals shipped to that location before, and the package was unscathed. I fully trust them to take care of any and all of my future shipments, especially when Im anxious about the packages being handled gently.

Had to wait a while while they found my package on a Saturday that was set to be delivered the following Monday. Was mothers day weekend and I couldnt wait til Monday. Cant blame them for the wait. They did an awesome job getting me my package in one piece and in a timely manner. They were very polite about me showing up and picking up something that was to be delivered at a later date.

First time going here and I didnt know exactly what I was looking for. Workplace sent me to pick up some packages that were being held. Our secretary unfortunately didnt have many details on the packages(long story) but the lady at the FedEx desk was very patient and helpful. I appreciate her help greatly and wish I had gotten here name. Not sure if it helps identify but I visited 4-18-19 around 2pm.

Missed my shipments by just a few minutes to meet the fed ex guy outside of my complex while coming in. I asked the gentleman about my package and recieved a no. Just to get to my door to see a sticker showed he had been there. Reached out to my nearby fed ex office just to be told he couldnt come back and drop of my package it would be in 1 to 2 days. Without the option of picking it up at my local office. Very displeased with the customer service given and my spectrum equipment not being in my possession.

Good luck, fedex is the worst service that I have ever experienced. When calling to find way you havent received your order, they will never help, this company is a no helping company. Beware if you have a product to be sent to you, you may never get it.

Moved to Myrtle Beach about 3 weeks ago and had never been so disappointed and frustrated with Fedex as I have been here.The assigned driver for my apartment complex Patriots Way is lazy and very irresponsible, left one of my package at the apartment old office which is been closed and is despised the fact the fact that the maintenance guy told him he was not supposed to do that. He didn’t cared and left the package anyway so, the maintenance guy told my husband about it and he would had to go get it.In top of that, I been waiting on a package since Tuesday 18th that never came and when I went to check the tracking at 4:35 pm it said there was an attempt to delivered but, there was nobody home to sign for it, which it was a lie because, I was at my apartment all day waiting for this guy and also was at my porch when showed and parked at a different building and never came to mine at all. I called Fedex and informed then about the issue then, was told the delivery was going to be made on the 19th and once again the guy showed at the new apartment complex that is in front of mine by 10 am which I saw pulling in and whom never made the attempt to cross the street to my apartment complex and then left. I was waiting all day for my shipment when about 5:00pm I check the tracking and once again it said there was a second attempt to deliver at 4:35 so, once again I contacted Fedex and asked to speak with a supervisor then, after they contacted the driver the excused he came out with was that the gate was closed and he couldn’t got in. Once again another lie from this driver, theres was not other Fedex truck coming to the apartment at 4:35 pm ever to this apartment complex. And also the gate of the new building was closed and he got in it no problem cause, he have a code to open the door.So, I don’t know why this driver is working at Fedex if he doesn’t want to do his job as he supposed to? Talking to other tenants I was told that do that all the time, whenever he have a big package and have to go up the stairs he just doesn’t delivered them and report no one is at the apartments to received and leave a door tag at the door (which he never did at mine cause, he never came). I was told he would deliver the package at the apartment complex office so, today September 20th, 2019 I’m at my porch waiting to this driver to show up once again but, today it would be two packages instead of one so, I wonder what would be his next excuse cause, I’m ready to go to the delivery main office here in Myrtle Beach to complain again.This should be happening due to the fact that the drivers that helped him after hurricane Dorrian delivered two other packages with no problem at all. This guy is just lazy and very irresponsible.

Timothy Blue stole over $15,000 from our Company. Then when he got caught and was asked to refund us, he figured the best way is to stop all packages from coming or leaving our location.Avoid him at all costs !!Use UPS if you have a choice

Poor delivery service! Do not show up as scheduled. Attitude is could care less and where is my next paycheck.
There is a huge problem here. For weeks I have had shipments that never arrive despite receiving notifications that the items have been delivered. The senders reship, and sometimes delivery again does not occur here. Someone is getting my orders, at the wrong address(es) and it has to STOP.
FEDEX IS TERRIBLE!!! Use ups if you have a choice. Delivery woman was listening to headphones/music and didn’t acknowledge me telling her to stop as she jumped back in the truck and drove off with my important package. This service is terrible!!!

Fedex facility itself was good the fact i had to go there bc they wouldnt bring me my package wasnt.
I ordered some car parts from CO but instead of delivery to home I chose to just pick it up from one of the fed ex office close to my house since Im working the whole week and I want to be there when my package arrive. Ive been tracking it all week and I signed up to get msg or notification from fed ex. All week long, it says on the msgs that it will ready on Sept 30 which is today, but this morning got a msg again from them saying that it will now be available for pick up on oct 2. So i called them that morning and talked to one guy assuring that its still on its way and ill be able to get it today, which made me happy. About midday, called them again and I girl told me that it is not going to be available for pick up until Oct 2. I told them that all week, they were saying that Ill get it today, and just like that...last minute theyre saying its not going to happen. Well thanks Fed ex, since Im working all week again, you delayed me from working on my car. Next time, if theres an option to choose UPS for shipping Ill just pick them since they are more realiable.

Very friendly and helpful. However, the boxes they provide were not all out we had to purchase a box, but they were much more affordable than Fedex.

Will never ever ship with fed ex again!Learned the hard way for business owners that drop off a package and to be billed later. Charges will be higher and will auto draft 3 weeks later at a higher rate then told at store. Extremely unfair.

CHECK YOUR WEIGHT! Scales are off look at the photos I proved I weighed and measured at home as I usually do on this day I was out of ink. Took package to fedex and package costs almost $8 more. Agent Tom kept changing the dimensions three times each time subtracting 50 cent when i complained He had a bad attitude by the time he came up because the women kept yelling at him to come up and help over and over. NOT MY FAULT! Called Fedex spoke to someone named Sharon who wanted PROOF THEN hung on me Well heres your proof SHARON AND EVERYONE Fedex in Myrtle Beach has problems Did I mention I waited 5 minutes even to be ... um helped.. until I stopped complaining agent had attitude anyway because women kept yelling at him
Awful handling of my product. I order this package 2 days ago paid extra for overnight arrival and still have not gotten my order.
Quoted us $120 more to ship a package than the FedEx down the street and this is the only FedEx locally where you can ship a package with a lithium battery
FedEx, in most of my dealings, has been well below the industry average. The customer service at the corporate level is poor and at the local level, practically unresponsive.
