If you need hearing aids this is the place to go. My wife goes to the Conway office as well as the Myrtle Beach office and the front staff at both are simply awesome and helpful. We see dr Thomas and he is the best my wife has had hearing problems for quite some time and seeing lots of audiologist as well as doctors or numerous .dr. Thomas is at the top. They have all of the state-of-the-art testing machines. The offices at both locations are just very clean as well as the bathrooms and parking lot and easily accessible. The Myrtle Beach office parking is a bit challenging but not a big deal. Doctor Thomas and staff have just wonderful personalities which makes it so much easier. People with hearing problems are already embarrassed and they make the process so much better.

I have hearing aides from the VA. Needed domes. Mack and the comp technology was able to connect to my aides and in doings was able to recommend the proper dome. He cleaned them and changed the wax filters. I never knew anything about the filter or need to change them. He educated me and demonstrated how to do the filter and domes. Spend a lot of time with me. Cost was less than expected. Will continue going there and recommend any body with aides to go.

My visit to Hearing Health Care was excellent and Thomas did an excellent job of fitting me with my new hearing aids. My hearing is 100% better than before I received the new hearings aids. It was a positive visit from the receptionist to the audiologist. Thank you

I’m from out of town and was visiting my good friend in Myrtle Beach. During the visit her hearing stopped working. She was able to get an appointment within minutes. She is elderly and lives alone. My 87 year old great aunt was here visiting during the holidays. Her left hearing aid stopped working several times in just a few days. We tried batteries and had no success. My neighbor told me there was a hearing aid place on 17 business across from the Crave restaurant. I called and explained the problem we were having. I was told we could come by and have the technician check it. The receptionist Rebecca greeted me and had the technician Mack take a look at it. He was back within 5 minutes. He said it had wax buildup, he cleaned it and replaced the filter. Mack explained she should change the filters regularly. The office was clean, the staff very friendly and the service great. Highly recommend to anyone looking for hearing aid service. They helped me immediately. The price of the batteries with even cheaper than the pharmacy. Would definitely recommend for all hearing health needs

Hi! My name Bear & Im using my wifes phone since mine just developed an anti-Google phase?I am a Vet & we live in NC! We come to our place in Myrtle Beach quite often!Before leaving NC I was having a few problems with my hearing aids and with the Charlotte VA! My left hearing aid was being replaced with a new one, which would take approximately 4-6 weeks & my right ears hearing aid was having a volume & Bluetooth problem! Which was attached to the same left ear appointment!( 6 weeks)Also, I am almost completely deaf without my hearing aids? Being on vacation, and not hearing, isnt pretty!!My wife called around & Britt from Coastal Hearing recommend Hearing Health Care & Mack Shumway very highly!! He cleaned, adjust ed ny hearing aids and took time to explain alot of information that no one has ever taking time to explain to me .Told me if I have any questions or problems please let him know . Was visiting family in Myrtle Beach over the holidays and drove my uncle to Hearing Health Care to check out his hearing aid. Glad they were able to help us as he was not having success getting an appointment at the VA. Rebecca was very helpful, took his hearing aid and gave it back to us in 10 minutes. She said that the provider cleaned it and replaced the rubber buds and the filters. And she gave him two replacements. The best part of all is she told us there was no charge for the visit. She said they help veterans in thecommunity when they could. Thank goodness they were there for us. I definitely recommend this company.

I have moved to Myrtle about 6 years ago, I was looking for hearing aid to repair my Widex hearing aids. I found Hearing Health Care that would take care of my problems. I was greet with respect, professionalism and caring staff that wanted help. Since then I invested in a new set of hearing aid call ReSound which operate with IPhone which I love. I can listen to a phone conversation in both ears privately. It is better than answering the phone with one ear conversation. They are a great to have a hearing health care you can depend on. It is worth on time to call or make an appointment. You will not be sorry you did. God Bless the staff.

Both Rebecca the office managet and Tom the audiologist are personable and sincere.They truly want your experience visiting them at the Myrtle beach location to be a positive one.While on vacation this February my phonac hearing aid was damaged do to my negligence. Tom found a way to repair it at a very affordable price. I was in and out of there in less than a half hour.5 stars for me.

I was in town visiting my aunt who resides in Myrtle Beach Estates. During my visit she mentioned to me that the battery door of her hearing aid would not stay closed and a nurse mentioned your facility possibly could fix it. I called and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Rebecca who recommended I bring it over to see if it could be fixed in office. I did and she was very helpful. She told me that the technician could check it for repair in office or be sent out if needed. Within 15 minutes, the technician was able to fix it and at no charge. He even cleaned it. I highly recommend this company. Great service!

It was so nice to see Elizabeth back in the Myrtle Beach office. My sister and I missed her! She brought out some new paperwork to be completed and didnt just hand it to us but sat down beside us and reviewed section by section and answered all of our questions. No one take that kind of time with people any more. She makes us feel welcome and even offered us tea

We travel from North Carolina to their Myrtle Beach office. Anytime my dad needs supplies, an adjustment or a repair they can do it. The Drs and staff are courteous as well as professional. They are the best.

I needed a repair and being from out of town I went online to find an Oticon dealer. After checking the reviews for Hearing Health Care I made an appointment. The service was professional and friendly. Everything was completed better than I could have expected. Definitely will use them again if the need should arise.

Was very pleased to see that they were open on Christmas Eve. We are from out of town and had to bring my grandmother in to replace her batteries for her hearing aid. The office staff Rebecca and Elizabeth were very helpful and pleasant. Will visit again if in town .

Thank you Thomas M., Hearing Instrument Specialist because of you my friend in her late 80s can now hear. She was sold Beltone Hearing Aids but she could not hear from them. She went back to original Doctor and she said thats as good as it gets as far as hearing. When my friend told you what they said you said you could help and you did. She can hear now with her $6,000 hearing aids it was very sorry that her original Doctor who sold them to her could not provide that. We trust you and will come to you for our hearing needs. Needed some replacement parts and went in to the building on 3rd Ave in Conway. After finishing up with a customer on the phone she went straight back and got the parts and even installed them right then. Great customer service.

I cant say enough good things about Hearing Health Care in Myrtle Beach, NC. I have worn a hearing aid for 10 years, but the old hearing aid no longer worked. I was tested, and fitted with new hearing aids which was done professionally, and correctly with one visit. There wasnt any pressure to buy something I didnt need. I was able to compare my old hearing tests with the evaluation at Hearing Health Care. The test was accurate. The support after purchase was all that was promised. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs hearing health care.

I moved to the South Carolina area in July of 2017. I have been wearing hearing aids for over 16 yrs and was much in need of founding a Provider because my hearing was getting worse. Not knowing anyone in the area too suggest a Provider I began my search on the internet to come to fine Hearing Health Care which a great place to land. Dr. Pam and her staff were excellent in every way. Front desk was very friendly when making my appointment via phone as well as when I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Pam greeted me with a warm smile then taking me to her very updated hearing equipment room. She was very Professional in every way, always explaining things she was doing, taking her time to give hearing test and then discuss the results in full detail too her findings.Just as expected a decline in my hearing and much needed new aids which was not surprising at all. Dr. Pam was not pushy in trying too sell me the most expensive aids but to advise the ones she thought was best for me. Walked away a very satisfied patient.

Was able to get an appointment very quickly. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Technician fixed the hearing aids up like new! Wouldnt go anywhere else.

My husband went in today to the Myrtle Beach office to see if they could provide a better hearing aid for him. He is a veteran and was on his third hearing aid from the VA - none of which worked well. He knew that the hearing aid that he currently had gotten from the VA was really top quality but never seemed to work well despite several trips back to the VA for adjustments. The specialist and Hearing Health Care, Thomas Malenfant, fitted my husband with another top quality hearing aid which did work considerably better.. But, when he took a second look at my husbands hearing aid and realized that it was actually almost identical to what he had offered and that my husbands hearing aid had come from the VA, he said that my husband didnt really need the new hearing aid. He said that he could refit, readjust several things, and give it a good cleaning so it should work perfectly.. And, he made it clear that he wouldnt be charging us anything because they take care of their veterans. And that is, indeed, exactly what he did. My husband is happy that he now is hearing much better and I am happy that we encountered an honest company which did the right thing. Went in for hearing test. The audiologist was very knowlegeable. The office was very easy to locate. The audiologist said I had hearing loss in both ears, and I would benefit from wearing hearing aids. She explained the cost, etc., but she wasnt high pressure.

On vacation and one of my hearing aids quite working. Called to got an appointment at Health Care Hearing. But when I got to Health Care Hearing they wouldnt or didnt check with Phonaks to see if repair was covered. They said they might not get paid so they wouldnt do anything for me.After I got back to where I am staying I called Connect Hearing where I got my hearing aids. They told me my hearing aids are still covered for two years with Phonaks.
