Dr Rosner was amazing! He helped out son went above and beyond. His staff did great helping us. Out son is better thanks to them. They didnt settle for any assumptions and checked thoroughly and prevented an unnecessary surgery for our son. Ill forever speak highly of them and that Dr. Thank you sir!

Dr. Putman was excellent! My wife and I would highly recommend that any person see her for their care! Our son had an injury that required immediate attention and Dr. Putman showed such amazing care for our son. She put our minds at ease as she took the time to both explain and answer questions with a compassionate demeanor. In the end we had amazing results and I am so thankful that we found her!

I have chronic sinus issues and have been here a few times over the last few years for various reasons. I have seen Erin Finley almost every time. She is hands-down one of the best providers I have ever seen. She takes her time to ask questions to get to the root cause of my issues, and is so patient with me. She is also very thorough and will explain everything she is doing during your visit. I ask a lot of questions so I really appreciate that she is patient and kind when I have questions, especially when I know that they are slammed and have other patients waiting. You will never feel rushed here.Recently, I had a reaction to an antibiotic and called and left a message for Ms. Finley on the assistant service voicemail. I was expecting to receive a call back from a nurse, and instead Ms Finley personally called me back to follow-up on the voicemail I had left and to ask some questions.Living with chronic sinus issues in this area is difficult, but I am thankful I have Ms. Finley as a provider to help get me back on track. I am so impressed with her patient care and expertise. She is the best!

I had an appointment with Dr. Putman and she was the best doctor I’ve had appointment in couple months. She listened to me about all my questions and helped me through those. She was so helpful and also so polite. All stuff, her resident doctor were so nice and ready to help there. Thank you so much.

I have many Health problems and have seen many Drs in 43 years of my life I have NEVER EVER experienced such incompetence. Before, I filled out my paper work I was took back No exam handed some NeilMed sinus rinse and a horrible Nose spray Azelastine.... Which has caused me to Not be able to breath and Horrible Nose Bleeding 😡 After getting this Horrible Horrible Horrible Service I was sent to finish my paper work in the lobby where everyone was Complaining about the same.....I 1 Billion percent am going to Sue this Very Very incompetent Dr. He needs to LOOSE HIS LISINCE!!!!!!!

My fourth time here but will not return. Like the normal PA I see but she was on vac. Had a 930 appt with Dr Osmond today. Got to the office and after having my temp taken I walked up to the rec. Stood there for about 3 to 4 minutes and the rec would not even look at me. The other person by here just gave me a blank stare. Sat down right across from the recAfter 15 minutes I tried to check in again and was ignored for the 2nd time. Waited another 15 minutes and was finally recognized. I told her I didnt like bieng ignored and suddenly she was friendly however made me update all my info even though nothing had changed. Was called back at 1020. Didnt see the Dr until 1040. He walked in, did not introduce himself. Just asked why I was there for. He then cleaned out my ear. Very efficient but no other questions about my ear health. When leaving I handed the clipboard to another rec and told her I didnt need another appt as I would not be coming back. She replied with a loud exaggerated...have a nice day. This is my entire experience. Took the emotion out of it and just stated the facts. This practice would do well to examine thier front desk effeincey and the lack of common respect they showed me today. Sorry Erin Finley...thanks for your care the last 18 months.

Erin is the person you want for your ear, nose and throat. She is super helpful, smart and friendly. Dr. Osman is a nice guy as well. He did a lil surgery on me. Great place 😁

My daughter went today to see them. The front office personnel were very nice. The lady who took her back was very nice and then the doctor came in very quickly checked her ears and sent her to have a hearing test. The lady in there was very rude. My daughter passed the test and the lady and the doctor acted mad because she could hear. The doctor handed me the hearing results and handed my daughter, who is 11, the clipboard with her paperwork and said, have a good day. Very bad experience.

Had my first visit here today. The location is in an easy to access area and the building is very well kept up. The nurses, doctors, and entire staff were very friendly. I highly recommend Doctor Erin if you plan a visit. If I have future needs to see an ENT I will definitely be going back here.

Made an appt two e to see Dr Zimmerman, saw La the first time made an apt for a recheck with Dr Z, it got rescheduled for an additional 2 weeks.arrived at the desk to be told I could see PA again. Or wait at least 30 minutes. Poor s heckling, and Im out. Do use this practice

Needing an ENT while in Myrtle Beach and finding one who could see me, I called several. It seems the MB area has a shortage of specialist due to the fast growing population. Happily, I was lucky to find that Dr. Putnam was available! I couldnt be happier. She is wonderful. We spend 6 months of the year in SC and 6 in NJ. Ive now made her my primary ENT and try to schedule appts around being in SC. As it turns out I need surgery which she will do on our next trip to SC and Im glad she is doing it. Im most impressed with how she listens before rushing to judgment like many doctors do. Even my PCP in NJ missed this one but he never did any inspection with a scope. He just went by what I thought it might but I was guessing and he knew that as I have never had this problem before nor any in the area involved. Thank goodness for Dr. Putnam and might I mention even her assistant has a voice mail to connect to if you have any follow up questions you need answers to. Her assistant is Keili and is incredibly responsive. You cant miss here!! Its rare I recommend a doctor but this is one of those rare times. Tell her Tom from NJ sent you!!!

I had an appt. this morning and couldn’t have been more pleased. All staff members were very courteous and professional. Dr. Rosner was very thorough in his explanation for the condition as well as all the options. I would highly recommend this practice/doctor.

Food was good. Svc was exceptional. Beer (Miller Lite bottle) was skunky.

I cannot say enough good about this practice. I went to see Dr. Rosner (see review under his name) yesterday and was treated and CURED of a 9 month nightmare of nosebleeds in about 45 minutes. These physicians are the best of the best. If you need an ear, nose and throat doctor, dont hesitate to see these talented and wonderful doctors.

The physicians really listen to what you have to say to come up with the best treatment plan for you as their patient.

I was having sudden hearing problems.. Visited 2xs & after taking 2nd hearing test, w/ audiologist which reflected a severe hearing decline, Dr. Putnam who is the Otolaryngologist, prepped my ear for a in-office procedure which called for my ear to be drilled into to relieve the pressure...Thank God for Jesus Christ & Dr. Putnams medical knowledge...I NOW CAN HEAR!!🏃‍♀️🤸‍♀️🏃‍♀️🤸‍♀️🏃‍♀️🤸‍♀️🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Osman is the best!! I highly recommend him. He is wonderful, kind, and very caring.

Doctor said my husband didnt have a sinus infection. Took him for scan in Houston and he had such a bad infection he had to have sinus surgery. Wasnt happy with experience here.

I never had to write a poor review, as a new Patient REFERRED BY Dr Bestic in Surfside to see DR Rosner, I called this office was on hold for 30 mins, I have a emergency a oozing infection so being scared & stressed to begin with, I was told simple to come in 2:45 So I did I WAS ON TIME then told I was in the wrong office, the girl did not tell me there was 2 offices, I CALLED the correct office and told them I would be late is that ok ? She said OK no problem, I get there sat in traffic and TOLD TO LEAVE, she said they are seeing the next patient now come tomorrow your too late 40 mins late. No-one was there empty office. The receptionist said the Dr Assistant said she will not see me.(BUT I CALLED they told me its ok) I was there at 3:20 I would have waited but thought that was so unfair and cruel. I left in tears. Just take a look at my issue (5 Mins) instead of being spiteful would have been the right thing since its your incompetent receptionists staff error, Assuming a new client knows since referred by BESTIC in surfside I was to be in Myrtle Beach, not Surfside? I am treated like I do not matter. When Clients have a issue due to staff errors I have to do what naturally in my heart to do make the client happy. Not here. Sad ! Spiteful Doctors ASSistant here . Wasnt even able to see a REAL doctor in what I consider a emergency.

I am a grandparent and went to see the doctor with my granddaughter. Doctor did not like to answer questions. Doctor yelled at us that we wasted his time because we were still thinking if we wanted to have a surgery. We have been trying to reach office for days to ask a few questions about when surgery is scheduled at the hospital. No one from the office has bothered to return our calls.

“Doctor” Putnam is an awful excuse for a physician and needs more schooling. Her heart pumps ice water. She told me I wouldn’t be admitted to a hospital when I was struggling to walk. I was admitted the next day with a hemoglobin of 3...ended up with Stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR.
