Loved these carts! Lady that sets appointments can get short with you but she seems very overwhelmed with all she has to do. Ended up being very nice and a pleasure to rent from. Carts are a great way to get around and kids had a blast.

This place is a nightmare. Until approx three years ago you could rent from one outside safe reputible company. They would deliver and pickup. The rates were reasonable and most importantly carts were SAFE. Fast forward to now and they force you to rent from this man who has been a long time homeowner at Kingston. I sense a kickback somewhere.I previously owned a one bedroom condo at Kingston from 1995-2005. Since then I return for one week a year. I need something to get around property. The carts rented from here are not safe. Multiple times ive had them stall in the middle of an intersection. I can tolerate the incompetant rude owner and his one fragile employee if carts didnt break down the last two visits. The owner is a complete nightmare. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! Kington Plantation and Hilton Properties needs to do better!!

Horrible Customer Service. I usually dont waste my time writing negative reviews but there are plenty of places to spend your hard earned money in this world. If you are going to be in the service industry, in a resort town, you at least have to pretend that you want people to come to your business.

The owner(Michael) assaulted my kids while attempting to repo the golf cart, despite the driver holding a legal drivers license and an adult in the cart. Buyer Beware! Do not rent from this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you could give this place a 0 that would be appropriate. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Its nothing but lies. We were forced to turn in our golf carts a day early by threats of being charged more when our contract clearly states a date and time to turn them in by. The lady in the office belongs working in a basement somewhere away from paying customers. She has the worst rude attitude of anyone Ive ever dealt with. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. We will be seeking civil action for violation of contract.

BEWARE!!!I called on a Thursday afternoon to rent a cart. The woman told me there were none available until the next morning. She asked if I wanted to reserve one and took my information. When she then asked me what time would I be there to pick it up, I said by 8am. She said nobody would be there until 10. She said the owner was out of town and she wasnt coming in until then. I said that 10 would not work for me to cancel it. She then insisted that she would come in early and have it ready. I told her that if it wasnt ready that early, that it would just not work for me. After telling me that she lived on the property and would make sure to have it ready, we hung up. She called me the next morning a little after 8:30 to tell me it was ready. I told her I was already gone for the day and it just wasnt possible for me to get it at that time and I did not want it as I had told her the day before if it wasnt available at 8am. She hung up on me. I still received the charge on credit card so I called several days later. I was told they would get back to me. After no call back, I tried calling again multiple times and each time had to leave a message on voicemail. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and I will be calling the resort to complain as well. BEWARE!!!!!

Very disappointed! I’ve rented from them before. I called & requested to rent again….I was told “we only rent to Kingston residents”. Wow!

Tried to rent a golf cart from here and there service was just horrible. The man at the front desk was very rude for no reason. It seemed like he didn’t want out money.

Absolutely awful business. Owner called my personal phone number screaming at me. So disrespectful. No one should rent anything from this awful place.

The people in the office have terrible customer service.They are very rude probably because they are aware that their company is the only company we are allowed to rent a golf cart from to drive on kingston plantation property.

Called to inquire about a golf cart rental.He was very rude and disrespectful.Told me he could not rent to me after asking where i was staying and hung up the phone.I dont recommend someone as nasty and unprofessional as he.

They have golf carts starting at $80 a day. You can also rent for several days of your stay.

Service was nice here and painless
