We have been looking for a golf cart for months. There seems to be a shortage. I called Graham and spoke with James and everything was so easy. I bought the cart over the phone and ended up using their storage services to store the cart for us when we arent at the beach. The whole experience was great and I love our new cart!!! I brought my “broke” EZGo cart with me while vacationing and dropped at a local repair shop. After looking it over and unable to diagnose the problem, this shop recommended I take it to an EZGo dealer, Graham Golf Cars. I called and arranged to drop off the cart. I received a return call midday from Mario with a diagnosis and quote. To my complete surprise, a few hours later, Mario called to say the repair was complete and (even better) it came in under budget! I was pushed for time so I dropped by and paid the repair bill. Mario graciously waited beyond “quitting time” while I went a few blocks away to retrieve my trailer. For service above and beyond as well as making each transaction a priority, go to Graham! Mario is great and he might even tell you a joke (three dogs go to heaven…). 5 STARS

I have used them for 12 years, we have purchased 6 goftcarts from the them and are always pleased with thier service.We were coming from out of state and got there at 515 on a Friday. They stayed over waiting for me. Left my cart to get brakes fixed, they were honest and only charged $10 to adjust them. The cart was ready the next day.

Me and a friend went to purchase golf carts not rent purchase maybe they were understaffed I can understand it but not one person in 15 minutes came up and asked us what we needed. I asked a person who I thought work there to help me but he claimed he was not in sales and couldnt. My whole neighborhood raves about this golf place so thats why I went. Had cash wanted to buy but got no help. Very disappointing I hope it wasnt because I was a woman and not a man and they thought I didnt know what I needed wanted or knew what I was talking about. Maybe if someone had asked me if they could help me my experience would have been better Im still looking for a golf cart and I will continue to go to other places and look.

My son’s EZGO golf cart stopped working the second day of vacation in Ocean Lakes. I dropped it off Monday morning at Graham, and Tuesday morning they called. I expected to hear something bad, however, they told me it was ready and they had replaced the worn out brushes in the motor- total cost $140.00. They even gave us a key, as we had lost ours, and were using my spare key. Their quick, honest, and friendly service made us very happy, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing anything golf cart related.

So when I got ready from a new one, guess where we went. James was our salesman and you could not have asked for a better sales. Best golf car business in the Myrtle Beach area. We purchasedour car here a few years ago. The experience was great, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We also store our car with them as they offer INDOOR storage. I cant recommend Grahams enough to anyone looking to stop renting carts, and get your own.

My self and my husband are local class A truck drivers in the area. Today in our way home from work we witnessed one of the drivers of Grahams today totally having no respect for the safety of the public. He was driving down 501 just passing Buzzbee Bridge weaving in & out of traffic. Then was holding position in the passing lane so no other traffic could pass by. Just to mention its pouring down rain....then when we finally get a chance to pass by him we pointed to get in the other lane he flipped us off. Such disregard and disrespect for the public from this driver.

I was upset with this place when I moved here and I walked in to buy a golf cart nearly ten years ago and couldn’t get any help (I live here and was camping at MB State park at the time). I was livid when they helped people that came in after me look at some carts and I was there with cash and ready to buy. I was 3 days into my camping trip and arrived in flip-flops, bathing shorts and imagine a typical tee-shirt. I had cash and was ready to buy but left discouraged.It must have been an off day or perhaps the couple was scheduled or maybe that day there was a salesperson that missed the mark in profiling me, because I have used them a handful of times recently (their service center) and everything has been amazing.I have had 6 carts since I walked out of their shop in 2012 and regret that I haven’t used their service all along. I usually have two newer golf carts at a time and have been reluctant to use them until recently. I have wasted so much time trying to diagnose and maintain my carts and the crew there is absolutely incredible.My issue becomes their issue. Today for example, I call in and get Scott. Instantly we are collaborating on a solution for my repair or service. I’m not treated like another work-order to be added to the list (and if I was that would be ok, too). But they go that much further.I have used several service shops and parts dealers and I feel like such a fool for going out of my way not to work with Graham’s after my first experience on their sales floor. This is truly the customer experience that everyone looks forward to. Not to forget to mention that their pricing is way less than I expected. They pick up your cart, fix your issues and have it back all within a few days. Living in the large and popular development, I have several neighbors that have used them for the purchased of new and used carts and have only good things to say. We are camping at Myrtle Beach SP, we wanted to rent a golf cart because we have grandkids coming. We called and had a golf cart within 30 minutes. The price for 1 week was $150, thats real reasonable in my book, I would rent again.

Had a great experience at graham with Timmy and we really like our 2020 fuel injection inferno red golf cart. Could not be happier. Found a scratch on passenger side when I was detailing that had been touched up and they told me that they would be more than happy to take care of. Called the shop for a simple tire change. (Had the tire). Said bring it in. Took it in. The sales guy just laughed at the trailer it was in.... Yes. It needed a paint job because it was 24 years old .. But still in great shape. Then the service guy named Dan said leave the cart and he will call me. Then said it will be there about a week because it is a busy time. Left the place with my cart still in the trailer. Went to the locally ownedtire store up the street. In and out 20 minutes later. Total cost was $10. Just because you are the only golf cart shop in town doesnt mean that you should be rude. There are other options.

After shopping around a bit for a cart we talked with Mike at Graham Golf Cars. He was great - down to earth, kind, and patient to all of our questions and not pushy to make a sale. We took the cart for a drive and loved it Our cart was delivered to our home by Josh who made sure all of our questions regarding the batteries and service were answered before departing. I asked dozens of questions and he never once seemed annoyed or impatient. When he did not know the answer, he went to the person that did. That is true professionalism and is much appreciated. Bought my golf cart there, have always stored it there . Purchased radio, speakers and battery for my old golf cart there before I traded it in on this one! This one has been stored there the whole time. Purchased 7 new batteries from them a month ago when I only called for a price, they installed them without my consent! I payed anyway!! Now just called for my vacation delivery in late August and had to pay up front for delivery! I’ve never had to pay up front before and have always paid once billed! It’s a principal issue for me, so they’ll never get another dime from me! I can spend well over 10,000 with them, but can’t be trusted for 25 dollars! There’s too much competition to put up with that!

What an awesome experience! We were at the beach at freezing due to the cold weather and didn’t have a cover for our cart. We drove all around town and no one had anything in stock. We went to Graham’s which sell EZ Go golf carts, we have a Club Car to see if by any stretch they had something that would fit. They had exactly what we needed in the warehouse. Within 20 minutes we had our new cover at a very fair price. Thank you Graham’s for saving our beach trip and the awesome service!!

The most disorganized and clueless company I have ever delt with. My dad bought his golf cart and he was given a delivery day and AM delivery. We Sat around and waited all morning at 11:30 we called. Heath stated we will be the first after lunch. They finally came at 3:30. The delivery man knew nothing about the right after lunch delivery. We were told by our sales man that the service department would go over the cart before delivery. Obviously they didnt because 10 bolts had to be tightened immediately, talk about dangerous! A hand rail for the back was supposed to be installed before delivery. It was not. Oh, someone will be there Friday to install it, didnt happen. Called them, service department stated oh we are too busy. They didnt seem to have time for a customer that already put the cash in their hands. Saturday we went to pick up the hand rail. Who told you we would install it Friday? My answer was You! Well We cant install it if its not in. Meanwhile, a service man comes out from the back and installs one on a golf cart in the showroom. Talk about disorganized! The two salesmen couldnt even remember who we were. We will NEVER go there for anything again.

Please stay away from the shorter salesman with reddish wiry hair in the N. Myrtle beach location. Sorry, but I was not in the store long enough to even get his name. Possibly the worst experience I have had with a customer service person in my 50 years. I have purchased 2 carts from this location in the past. This past Saturday, with cash in pocket, we drove from Pinehurst, NC (5 hours round trip) to purchase a cart. My wife walked right up to a cart near the counter and said immediately she liked this cart. As I started sitting in it and touching a piece of folded paper on the scorecard holder, I was approached by this salesman with him saying in a nasty voice DO NOT TOUCH MY INVOICE, THAT CART IS SOLD, PLEASE GET OFF OF IT he then pointed, like I was a 2 year old to his left and said THE CARTS OVER THERE ARE FOR SALE. Well Mr. salesman, I certainly apologize that I do not know the layout of items in your store. Maybe next time I walk into a showroom I will just stand there until someone give me instructions? NO, I think if there is something sold on your showroom floor you should mark it sold and remove your invoice or maybe move the cart. Needless to say my wife was shocked and ready to leave immediately. We left with no cart of course and a waste of a great Saturday. Oh, with that being said as we were walking out he did said, in a sarcastic voice HAVE A GREAT DAY. Well Sir, you succeed in ruining our day and making my wife feel awful, like she did something wrong. CONGRATULATION! Best of luck to Graham Golf Cars in the future.

Was Rushed Through the Process of buying my Cart. Salesman had to go play Golf or Something. Was a real Dick and thought he knew everything. Love the Cart but the experience was less than Par. Salesmen need to realize sometimes other people know more than they do. Just because u sell an item doesnt mean u know everything about it.

Although there are many golf cart shops closer to me - I live in Surfside area - this is the place I ALWAYS take my golf cart for repairs. They pick it up and deliver it back (there is a charge). They know what theyre doing and they do it right the first time. Plus the repair shop guy is really nice to us old folks.

We came in with a bad charger they diagnosed the problem shortly after we dropped the charger off! We got exceptional service from the service guys and they educated us well on what we needed to do to make our golf cart work. Best golf cart repair service! My wife Vicky and I bought a EZGO golf cart from Ed and Mike at Graham back in 2007. This golf cart was new then. All I have done is regular maintenance. This golf cart is used in Colonial Beach, VA where it is the preferred mode of transportation as the local law allows Golf Carts to be driven day or night on the street. The town does have an annual inspection that is required. This Golf Cart has worn through a set of Sahara off road tires in this time and worked perfectly since. In our seven years we have probably put 15,000 miles on it to be conservative. It has the Robbins motor.Whenever I have needed any accessory all I had to do was call Mike and he took care of getting it for me. These guys are great and more than half of the golf carts in Colonial Beach Va. have come from Graham. They will take care of you and this kind of service is rare.

Great place to get all parts for golf carts and to buy New

Went for a new windshield, wanted a cart painted, and was going to possibly buy another cart. Got the windshield. Wasn’t really given any other attention and a very abrupt and almost we don’t care about painting your cart short comments and demeanor about painting. Tried to ask my salesman more about the painting and nothing. My wife and I just said the hell with it and another new cart from them. Come close to returning the new windshield. My father in law sent us there cause he thought they were always nice, well I’ll probably never return. Sad, customer service has all but gone
