We originally wanted to do a 3hr moped rental that they advertise for only $70. When we got there, they said it was too late and that we could only do the 5p-11a rental or 24hrs. We chose to do the 5-11 which they said would be $120 plus tax. I go to pay and the total comes out to $189 EACH! Turns out they add on a $32 non-refundable damage fee, a convenience fee, a gas fee, and taxes! Then, I was told I could park around the back of the building for free. We decided to grab something out of my car a little while later, and there is a note on my windshield that said, “See security, we have your plate number”. Thankfully the worker just charged me the $10 parking and didn’t give me a ticket! He said that they are always telling people it’s free when it’s not. I would have had no issue paying the parking in the first place, but don’t lie to me and say it’s free, risking getting my vehicle towed. They’re are many other rental companies in Myrtle beach! Don’t come here!

I mean, there’s bad service and then there’s the owner of this store. I don’t think he fully grasps that being in the service industry necessitates you speak to your customers politely. Obnoxious is how I’d describe him. His staccato answers complimented with short bursts of mild enthusiasm to passably help us out were below average at best. We just wanted to know how the prices added up, and for some reason that gave him the authority to bark prices at us without any rhyme or reason.The lady at the front desk though, was chipper and helpful. I can foresee her changing the corporate culture at this rental. If the owner sees this, maybe consider have a mid day coffee or an upper, your mood is probably affecting the majority of your colleagues and staff.

Manager / owner had an awful attitude. He offered us 1.5 hrs on the moped for $55 instead of the regular $70 price. Then he said the total price was $113. We asked how that was the case and he mentioned it includes the insurance waiver ($35) and taxes. That would amount to $90 and $23 of taxes, which made no sense. When we tried to ask him how the numbers added up, he raised his voice and said that this is his final price, or out the door, and then he walked out. We too, then, walked out.

Prices are NOT what the it says on the phone.There are cheaper rentals nearby save your money and go elsewhere.

I love this place. I live on 2nd Ave in Myrtle, and these guys are the go to on 3rd S. The staff is attentive, helpful, and very efficient. When I dropped off my scooter, I had broken the key a bit and a very pretty young lady smoothed it all out for me. I will keep coming back!

Great weekend prices on scooters! Very nice staff. Well informed about the laws around here for riding mopeds.I will definitely use this place again when we come back to Myrtle Beach

Superior customer service... 10/10!! I was a bit nervous about renting a golf cart to just drive around on the streets because I had never done it before, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain the whole shebang to me and were patient when I had questions even though they were crazy busy with the Labor Day weekend crowd. Prices were fair and the experience was definitely worth it… we practically kept the roads hot with that thing! I fully intend to rent a moped/golf cart again on my next vacation to MB and this is the ONLY place I intend to do business with!!!

False advertising trike rentals. Wasted time was told trikes are sold and none available for rental. Meanwhile they are being advertised.

Awful service awful mopeds awful everything. Worst money spent in Myrtle. Road side assistant will take hours and you’ll go through at least a moped a day,at least, Highly recommend going somewhere else this place sucks!

First time ever renting Golf Carts & Scooters here at Myrtle.Didnt know all the fees & laws in South Carolina.Asked a few questions and the Lady I cannot remember her name but I believer she may be (Russian) is totally unprofessional. Giving us attitude and isnt willing to explain anything. I understand they had a few customers in line but she wouldnt take the time to explain anything at all.When I ask her why she was giving us an attitude she became a total you know what!!!Had a 10% off code which was on their phone when I called and she refuse to take the promo code!We asked for a 8 passenger Cart and she said they are out. But there was one sitting out front to the side. We went outside and ask the Guy who was working outside and he said it is available. Went back into and talked to her again and she finally confirm it! (lazy)Also she refuse to explain why our rental till 7pm that day is the same cost as the 24 hrs rental on our 8 passenger Golf Carts!Found out it had the damage fee build into the cost when I done the calculation!Will never go by this place again. She shouldnt be working here if she cannot control her anger and her mouth!This place need some better customer service.Now on the other hand the guy that showed us the scooters/golf carts took the time to show us where the gas tank was and how to operate the equipment!

Great place, prices and friendly staff. They were extremely busy and took time to make sure we were satisfied. I will see you next summer.

Excellent customer service but our moped kept stopping....oh yea dont park at the store next door or you will be towed. Since the scooter place has no parking the employees should warn tourists not to park at pacific beachwear. 160 bucks in the hole with a damaged fender

Was standing there waiting for around 3 minutes while attendant smoked and looked at his phone. That isn’t what bothered me though. The guys attitude when I was asking a question and his reaction when I didn’t know what I was talking about at first. He was just downright rude. Ended up just walking away.

We souvenir shopped here and the service was great they even gave us a 10% discount. We initially went here to rent a scooter for my daughter and ended up shopping.
