Friendly staff an overall great experience every time I have shopped at the store. The pieces are quality in the selection is always great and prices are always really fair. Definitely would return should I need to buy any other jewelry in the future. Next time you were there, make sure you go and see Diana, she is always very pleasant to deal with and provide excellent customer service for the friendly and positive attitude. Would recommend a store to anybody that I know that needs jewelry. Great for people on any kind of budget as well.

I would go back again just because of her. She was not pushy in any way and really worked to help me find the perfect gift. The gift I bought wasnt crazy expensive but I was treated as though I went to spend 20k. Thats service, ask for Cynthia by name and thank me later.

I was in the store for ten minutes before someone spoke to me. Two associates on duty and two separate parties in the store. I found the perfect ring but I’m not going to buy it when you can’t even exhibit proper customer service

Extremely deceitful. Not helpful. Purchased an engagement ring and was assured it would be able to be sized to my girlfriends finger. Come to find out that in order to do so it would compromise the rings integrity. When I called they said that there is nothing they can do and it’s not their fault. This company says they want to help bring people together but they are completely unwilling to help a customer once they get your card number. Stay away, support smaller businesses instead who will stand by their work and products

I am just so extremely pleased with our experience at the Jared Vault in Myrtle Beach. My wife and I had been to several other jewelry stores that day, in search of a replacement for her stolen engagement ring, before finally making our way there.When we arrived, we were met by smiling and friendly faces. After explaining why we were there and what we were looking for, we were led to a couple of chairs and were shown three rings that closely matched our description. At the other stores, we had spent quite a bit of time being walked around and shown so many rings that werent even close to what we wanted. But at Jared, they listened intently and skillfully picked out a few rings they felt matched our description. They were all beautiful and very close in style to the lost ring. Within 10 minutes of arriving at the store, we had the perfect ring in hand.With no pressure and no gimmicks, I was able to purchase a replacement ring for my wife. One that she is extremely happy with.The one thing that stood out the most to me about our experience was the compassion the jewelers had for my wife. As I understand, losing something so personal as an engagement ring can be a very stressful and emotional thing. For my wife, who is dealing with MS and a social anxiety disorder, losing and trying to replace it was just that much more difficult. All the staff here are amazing, and the prices are great. We bought our wedding bands, my wedding jewelry, and the bridesmaids gifts here, and it is all absolutely perfect! The employees here do a wonderful job making you feel comfortable and not pressured to buy. They do their best to help you with prices; which is very helpful when trying to stay in budget! Used Jared.com online for a birthday ring for my Wife. Ordered it in May and it is now July and no ring. Very disappointed. I had planned another purchase but that will not be happening now. Very disappointed.

I have needed a battery for my watch (luxury) for awhile, no one has been able to help, kept telling me there was a special tool needed, etc. Well last night I stopped in and spoke with Mr, Jamie Wynn. He worked a miracle. He fixed my watch and did not scratch it, he took his time to get the back off and popped in my battery. I now have a working watch that I can wear. Thank you Jamie for everything, your kindness, your blessing and the laughs. I will definitely be back. Very poor customer service. Make sure you watch shipping time if they have to order something for you because they act like that you have it when you do not. Will never buy another piece of jewelry from this company again. Poor Poor Customer Service. Stay away from this company

First of all, I had a nice experience at this particular store, but after purchasing the ring, Ive had two stores refuse to honor the diamond guarantee once a prong came loose. Thankfully, we noticed the prong before anything happened to the diamond, but my wife is too scared to wear it, and two other Jared locations, as well as their customer service team over the phone, refused to help. After I mentioned that I would take it somewhere else, I was told that it would void the warranty (which they refuse to honor anyway). Im just really disappointed in the whole experience.
