Very friendly knowledgeable staff they dont pressure you into a purchase but make sure you are completely well informed of you options. They set up a profile for future purchases. The brother sister duo is great both are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Staff was so helpful and attentive. I got to work with Victoria and she was great. Helped me resize my ring and recommended what size would fit me best. Told me about my wedding band and how I could purchase it and ship it towards the store. Best Kay customer service in the area.

Today I went into the Coastal Grand location to send a ring out for repair. I was greeted by Justyna right away. Justyna then helped me with my fiancé’s ring and suggested that I could always trade it in toward a new ring in the store if we didn’t wanna wait for the repair to be done as it was new. Justyna went above and beyond during my visit and didn’t pressure us in anyway but provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond for us. We ended up leaving with the perfect upgraded ring and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Justyna because of you we will be going back again.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Went in for a watch, and Joey made sure I had a great experience. I told him the price range I was comfortable with, and he went to work. He was patient as I looked at many different ones, and explained different features to me. I could tell he genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase when he never tried to redirect me to other watches when the one I chose was $100 below the starting point I gave him. He was too busy making sure the fit was perfect, that everything was set correctly, and that there wasnt a smudge or speck of dust on it. Just one more reason Ive been a Kay Jewelers customer for over 25 years.

I went to Kay Jewelers today to get a newly purchased ring resized. The original jeweler told me he would resize it for me but when I returned he said he forgot to do it. Nicole from Kay Jewelers looked at the ring suggesting it would not be a good idea to do so. It would have weakened the setting, so that eventually I would lose the diamonds and would need to replace the prongs as well. Nicole was very kind and not pushy and eventually I decided to keep the new ring at the size I bought it and she helped me to buy a new setting for my original diamond that my husband gave me. Nicole gave me suggestions but let me chose the setting I loved. Kay Jewelers was great to deal with and Nicole was wonderful!

My 1st trip to this Kays location. I needed to have engagement and wedding bands inspected and cleaned. Work with Jill the store Manager. She was great. Very nice and very helpful. Took care of quickly and did a great job of cleaning my rings. They are nice and sparkly and look brand new!! This will be my go to Kays location!

Every time I go into this location I am never greeted and they are rude. I can never get service and they treat me not as a customer but as some kind of kid it is inexcusable. Their attitude and actions are a good way to continuously lose customers.

Jill is amazing to say the least! She helped out after a somewhat lackluster situation with a ring we had bought through Jareds. She helped us create a custom wedding band and then replace the horrible center stone the original ring had. Also fixed a little snag we had super quickly which helped because I was stressing getting ready for the wedding. Shes the only person Ill go to when it comes to my jewelry. Will definitely suggest going to this Kays.

My wifes engagement ring was repaired under warranty through the Kay Jewelers at Tanger Outlets in Carolina Forest in July. The work was supposed to be covered under a 6 month repair warranty. My wife wasnt satisfied with the quality of work and the diamond that was replaced had a hole in it. A hole in the diamond!11/22/13-My wife and I took her ring to this Kay Jeweler to send her ring back for repair. We met Julian who was very friendly to us, however she wasnt professional. Julian noticed that our ring purchase warranty expired in September, but we werent aware of that. The shoddy repair work was suppose to be covered by their 6 month repair warranty. Julian called and said it wasnt covered and that she could write us up a repair quote! I called her Saturday and Sunday she was never available. I called back Monday 11/25/13. Nicole (Manager) said Julian wasnt in yet and that she could take a message. Nicole asked what it was about and I explained this story again to her.Nicole stated that they were having to look into it and that gave me the same line about a repair quote. We have a 6 month warranty on the ring repair work. So my wife was highly upset and spoke to Nicole (Manager) who lied to her that she remembered us when we brought the ring in June. We didnt bring the ring in June, it was a different store! How is she going to remember us???We called the corporate Kay help number and they verified the work was covered under warranty. We are now waiting another call back from the corporate office.What a hassle this has been trying to get their bad repair work fixed. Check your diamonds from them for holes! Better have your warranties or they will rip you off.

I was told in person that I could get my 10% off my purchase with a new account so we went down to get the ring I wanted only to be told that that now it would not be honored. So I was a little upset I did call Kay customer support and was told it would not be a problem and I did place my order online please dont tell me that you will do something and not ending up doing it.

I ordered a Mothers ring....I have one child that has passed away at 20! This ring was a way of keeping my sons memory close to me...Ive had it repaired three times...one time they charged me $35 when I went to pick up after repair...even though we paid for warranty on this item...(May I also add I have many pieces that weve purchased over 10...mostly diamonds with white Gold) so weve spent 1,000s in that store...I picked it up 4 weeks ago & again prong fell off & my sons stone gone! I call & they tell me they cant repair it again...they refuse to! And the manufacturer doesnt make that ring anymore! So guess what? Im out of luck! Well everyone I know from Maine to Floida from Hawaii, California, Myrtle Beach, Tennessee & everyone I know is going to hear this story! DO NOT BUY FROM KAY JEWLERS! NOT RECOMMENDED IN ANY WAY! GO TO A REPUBITICLE JEWLERS...BECAUSE THAT THEY ARE NOT!NO IN STORE CREDIT..NO MONEY BACK! THEY ARE A POOR EXCUSE FOR A JEWLER ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU BIY LIFE TIME WARRANTY 😥
