Walked in and found an off size wedding ring for my husband. Staff is very friendly and professional. Also dropped off a ring in need of repair and received it back within a few weeks looking better than new at a reasonable price.

Bought a ring from here for my wedding. Knew it had a lifetime warranty on it. The ring broke 2 years later. When I took it back to them with a proof of purchase they denied me service said I would have to buy a new one $350. Went to Reeds. Took care of me that day! Shame on Zales for being so greedy. I will not be back this is something they could of handled but refused!

Showed no support for hardship customers during covid pandemic! They offer assistance, so they say, on the bill they send to me every month but how can someone pay a bill if they lost a job during something that’s uncontrollable. Thanks for screwing up my engagement and future!

The best people!!! I have had multiple wonderful experiences with this store. Anyone there is more than capable than being upfront, honest and helpful. If you have a budget no matter what it is they make you feel welcome and important. My husband and I usually deal with a lovely lady named Nichole. My husband and I have been coming to this location for years. My husband (then boyfriend) came to Zales in 2012 to look at promise rings. Megan was the associate who assisted him and was nothing less than wonderful. Megan also helped me pick a watch out for him for Christmas one year. We also looked many times for an engagement ring that I loved and was in his price range. We were unfortunately not able to find something at their store, but found my ring at a Zales Outlet in Pennsylvania while visiting his family. Even still, for all of the biannual inspections and numerous cleanings, everyone has been great. My ring has many diamonds and intricate detail, and had to be sent away quite a few times because of loose diamonds. Megan always took such wonderful care of us. We’re moving out of state and we are going to miss this location! Thank you for helping us through everything, Megan! You’re the best- we’ll miss you.

Has not returned my money in two months. Nov. 7 I returned a piece of Jewelry. I was told it woul;d take 2-3 days for the money to show up in my bank. Most places its the same day. I was then told business days. Then I would get a check in the mail at 21 business days. Now we are at over 2 months still no return. CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called 3 times. THEY ARE A JOKE! Soo inept! No company has ever taken this long for a return of money. EVER! NEVERshop with this company.

Zales customer service representatives on the phone are absolutely horrible, they do not help solve any issues at all. The only reason why I’m giving this company is 5 stars is because of Nicole the Assistant Manager at this location, I have had so many problems with my engagement ring with not fault to anyone but the manufacturer. She has gone above & beyond time and time again to make sure that I am satisfied. I am so thankful she has always been the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. My ring issues will be fixed by the end of next week and I can NOT thank her enough!! If you’re going to go to Zales ask for Nicole, she goes above & beyond every time!!

Megan is amazing!! To make a long story short, a Zales in Florida ruined my engagement ring and wedding band, both of which had belonged to my grandmother. These rings are extremely important to me, and some of the last things I have left of my grandparents. I was heartbroken after I got my rings back from the FL store. My rings were in horrible shape, and one of the diamonds fell out. It was a terrible experience. We brought it to this location, and Megan (and her jeweler) fixed it all. My ring was completely rebuilt, and it is so, so beautiful. I highly recommend this store and their work!

Go to Kay across the way ask for Jill this place is a joke. Ordered something online earrings, they openings were for baby ear lobes took them in there with intention of exchanging and getting something else. They said they cant and it has to be put back as a refund only. Thats the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. Wont be going back the quality is crap anyways.

I had a great experience with the sales clerks at Zales. They were very helpful and friendly. My only problem with Zales is the amount of time it takes to get something fixed. I had to send of my purchase out to get fitted and it took a month. I think if the clerks had told me it would take a month i wouldnt have been so anxious. Plus I financed them and Ive made two payments with nothing to show.

I love going to zales, I have a store card. The problem is the pay by phone, a real hassle. No way to pay online anymore. This month I was late due to a hold on funds at my bank. I had to pay double yet was not informed if it was to payments or the late fee was the amount of monthly payment.. I was only late by three days. If the late fee was the same as the payment, I’ll never be back to zales as that is a total ripoff. Payment history has been perfect. The payment goes through genesis fs card services and you can’t use your debit or credit card. Otherwise I would have given a five star rating.

I probably will never go back again I spent many thousands of dollars over the years with Zales Including $8000 engagement ring a few months ago. I have been looking at the Citizen watch for months and found a cheaper on several online websites when I went to the local stores to see what the price was I found it to be quite a bit higher. I noticed a price match sign on the counter that stated we would price match online and in-store prices will this happens not to be the case I was given excuse after excuse. I did contact the sales online customer support Only to be told that they would reach out to the store get back with me this has not happening so so much for customer service I guess I will buy online .

Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased my finances engagement ring there and had to get it sent to get resized. A month later we get the ring back with 2 diamonds missing! After accusing my fiancé of giving them the ring like that, they sent it back to get the diamonds put back in. Another month goes by and we got the ring back but it didnt look right. We had a private jeweler check the ring and the 2 diamonds they replaced the missing ones with were smaller than all of the rest. Very disappointed, wouldnt go back there again for anything.

If I could give NEGATIVE five stars, I would! My little sister made a huge mistake by getting her wedding ring from this location of Zales. The folks here do not have their heads on straight. A brief recap: When my little sister got her wedding ring resized, the employee admittedly wrote down the wrong size. Jump to the pick up, where my sisters finger is the same size and she is unable to wear the ring she and her husband chose for the wedding. Now, its been a month later, and she finally has received the ring. There was no offer of consolation or remedy otherwise for the outrageously terrible service they received. My recommendation that you NEVER purchase anything from this location of Zales is a serious warning to anyone who wants their special day and lifetime ring not ruined by the carelessness of this locations employees.

Purchased a Tanzanite bracelet for my wife in January 2021. The first time that she wore it, the clasp disengaged and the bracelet fell off of her wrist. Took the bracelet to the local Zales store where they did a very quick fix on the clasp. The second time that my wife wore the bracelet, it broke between the clasp and one of the stones. Took the bracelet back to the local Zales store and they advised that since it was purchased in January, they could do nothing about it, including providing me with a store credit that I could use to purchase another item for my wife. They could only suggest purchasing a Protection Plan for $75 to get it fixed. Since I ordered the item online, I contacted Zales via Chat and again was told that there is nothing that they can do. Needless to say, I will never make another purchase from Zales as it is apparent that their merchandise is cheap and they have poor customer support. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is my first ever bad review, I am not someone who typically leaves reviews but I had to share my experience. This was by far the worst and most disappoint experience I have had with a jewelry place let alone any business in customer service. This evening I went Christmas shopping for my fiancé, I spent over an hour in Zales looking for just the right gift. After consulting with his closest family on what he would like the best I came to a final decision of two items I decided to purchase, gold diamond earrings and a gold diamond cross necklace. As displayed in the picture I have attached the necklace was $699.98. I spoke to three different reps in the store during this hour and confirmed this price before purchasing. As I was checking out the rep noticed the necklace was ringing up wrong of $899.98 a ($200 difference.) She called another woman over (someone who I had spoken to previously who also confirmed the price $699.98.) She apologies and said sorry it’s human error and there’s nothing they can do. After going back and forth for a few minutes asking if there was anyway I could back in the morning since the store was about to close and speak to the store Manager to honor the price that was not only agreed but also displayed. The reps didn’t seem to care other than that they were ready to go home. Not to mention an hour before store closing they were all talking to each other saying how they were ready to go home in front of customers as we were shopping, very unprofessional. Again I wanted to share my experience I encountered and hope this doesn’t happen to someone else. This truly was a disappointment, I was so exited to purchase these items and left with out either of them because of how they treated the situation. No one seemed to care, I am a manger in hotel management and this is not how someone should ever feel and something should have been done or at least offered.
