Very disappointed with my last experience in their Myrtle Beach Hwy 22 store. Please keep in mind that I have made many purchases in this store and have never made a return until now. The manager was rude and condescending. I purchased a backpack handbag, used it once did not like it since it is very cumbersome to clasp and unclasp. I was NEVER informed that returns are not accepted. Had I known this, I most likely would not have taken tags off or used it. Sooo buyer beware!! Morr than anything I am disappointed in her attitude and demeanor. I am not one of those who think they are self entitled or expect much. Just a little class and respect go a long way with me!!

I was thrilled when I bought this wallet. I love the look, the ease of use and it opens and closes very easily. I am a bit disappointed that after 5 - 6 months the trim is coming apart. Its black edge trim has pulled away. I have had less expensive wallets that have held up much better.

Even with discounts still pricey.

Ive gone to numerous stores. This on not only didnt greet me but the way they followed you around....made you feel like a theid. I found a great purse but refused to purchased it. Ive been in akate Spade in CA and NY and both with amazing experiences. But this one in Myrtle Beach.....wow...service needs ALOT OF IMPROVEMENTS for the type of sales you want. Your sales team acts like its Walmart

Great discounts. One staff member on the floor was so rude. You ask how much it cost with discount. She yells to another employee . I should just charge her if she keeps asking. What do you think. Laughs. I was ready to let her have it. Well I didnt have to. She was rude to another lady. And she put her in her place. Two people walked out. Blide hair, skinny, and about late forties, looks 50 plus. She will make you lose sales.

This store is always exciting to go in. I always happen to go in while visiting Tanger while they are having the most unbelievable sales. This is my daughter-in-laws favorite brand. The staff is always very helpful.., and they are very friendly.

This outlet store is usually always offering great deals, but certain sales associates are very rude and quite pushy while you shop. Thinking it was just a bad day, I returned a week later to make another purchase and the got the same attitudes. So be prepared to tolerate those personalities if you shop here.

Since one of us in the relationship has a purse fetish (I think it might be me ... ) The Kate Spade Outlet is a must stop every time we venture over the SC border. Always great deals and well .... Its Kate Spade!

Love love love this store. I drive 1.5 hours just to come here.

Came day after Christmas and had to wait in line. People would come out of the store and they still would not let people in. Waited while 5 people went through, they then said another 5 people, because I was with my mom they said only one more person and let the girl behind us go instead. We always shop at Kate Spade and never had a bad experience until today. Seemed as though they wanted the line to get long to draw more attention to the store because there werent many people inside. Very disappointed today .

Every time I go in there the store has the same stuff in it from last time. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I gave the cashier my coupon and the manager wouldnt let me use it. Needs new management, better educated staff, and more inventory.
