They have a lot of fun little knickknacks and a selection of clothing that takes you back on a magic carpet ride into the past. Lots of hippy vibes...and I can dig it! We always love to browse around the store whenever we stop by the mall

I was visiting from PA and I walked upon this store. Never have I seen such a store. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by Allen who is the store manager we talked for a bit he showed me around and answered all my questions. The. I encountered some of the other staff Chris Nick and Diego. What an awesome team they were really busy but took time out to chat with me about any questions I had. Made me feel so welcome and wanted. Thank you for such an awesome store.

Absolutely love this store. There is a hippie/nomadic vibe in there. The employees were super nice and they have a 20% discount when you sign up for their newsletter. They have clothes, home decor, incense, dream catchers, backpack, notebooks and a bunch of other stuff.

I love this store it is so fun and the prices are reasonable usually when you get that stores that have that hippie funky look its highly expensive this is reasonable Im going to go there again and again and again

The manager is horribly rude. I even tried to call the district manager about her horrible attitude, rudeness to me and other customers in the store and such an “I don’t wanna be here” vibe. The district manager basically went off on me. I love the store but their management is horrible and should be fired. Never have I ever dealt with such rudeness by a store manager in a place I love going to so much.

Used to love this store. Now they barely have any selection, it is disorganized and trashy and the old lady that works there, who come to find out is the manager, was super rude and disrespectful to the other employees with her. Specially the blonde girl that was on register. It made me feel super uncomfortable.

My family loves this store, weve decorated our house with a lot of things from here and have bought clothes here too. Very cool vibe here and very friendly atmosphere.

Ok, I was just in the most awkward situation at this store in the mall. I went in to grab some of those incense for my wife. Store just looks bad. I really don’t know any other way to put it other than it looks like this location is going out of business or something. Well I find the incense and had to call my wife because it looked like they were out of a lot of stuff to see what she wanted. I collected some of the options they did have on hand and go to the cashier. Look y’all at this point I was willing to overlook everything seen thus far but here’s where it gets interesting. I pay with a $20 bill. The guy behind the counter with purple hair says “they don’t have enough change on hand” so they give me a bunch of dimes and is $3 short. Then he just says “have a good day” as if I’m supposed to just walk out the door without the rest of my money?? Which is what ended up happening because I think he really didn’t have change?! To say the least I will not be returning to this store again. I’ll just send my wife instead.

Not what it used to be. Almost all new age stuff. I used to spend over 100 a month there years ago. Now, not even worth going in. So sad.

Staff is always friendly, lots of unique finds, including jewelry and clothing. The clothing is a somewhat overpriced, but if you are looking for something that you won’t see on other people, it may be worth it. Loved going through the markdowns too, I’ve found some amazing deals on jewelry!

Horrible customer service. This is the worst location I have ever been to. I honestly love this store and I was so excited to find out one was here. But I will never go again. I didnt get his name, but there was a guy working there that talked to me with such a disrespectful tone and just over all a bad attitude. We had to leave after a few minutes because it was ruining everybodys mood. A stranger even came up and asked if we were okay and what his problem was. We honestly couldnt figure it out.

Let me start by saying this store has nice items and it’s a very pretty store. But I have gotten 3 necklaces three different times and all broke within 2 days. They aren’t cheap either over $15 on something that won’t last more than 1 wear. It’s ridiculous so for that reason I won’t be at this store anymore and I will let others know about this problem because like I said these products aren’t cheap and there is no reason for something that cost so much to break in a day. Unhappy loyal customer.

I am a regular shopper and supporter of earthbound. I love all the items they sell and it’s truly one of my favorite stores. However, my most recent experience was very disheartening. I came in and was browsing like normal; a few things caught my eye but decided not to purchase anything. As I was leaving, a black women with short hair came up to me and accused me of stealing. I was completely and utterly shocked. I was reading other reviews and noticed this was not the first time this has happened. I wonder if this women is a newer employee considering i’ve never seen her before but I was shocked at the way she was treating me. I would let her check my purse if she had asked and there was no way I would ever steal; especially from brand I support so much. I was humiliated. Management of earthbound: please pay attention to the employees you hire.

30% off sale was great! Cute stuff in ALL sizes. Very earthy, cool vibe hope they are not just local....Id love to shop close to home as well. They also have a military discount...not with sale items though🤷🏾‍♀️

I love earthbound and i love browsing at all the cute stuff but today some woman working there short short cut haired black woman chased me down to another store in the mall saying i tried to steal because i accidentally scratched off a sticker while i was holding an item i was looking at. she accused me of stealing and acted like as if because a sticker was off that i was stealing????? i didnt even take the box out of store why would that be even seen as stealing at all it makes no sense. i dont know. im really upset with the new worker there cause ive always had great talks and became friends with workers there and now i get harrassed because a sticker came off of an item i looked at. never coming back to this earthbound
