My husband and I went into this store was never greeted or spoken to the entire time we were in there. I have never been completely ignored at a store. It all worked out though because we went to Kate Spade and Coach and I got handbags from both. I spent more money than I would have at Michael Kors but the associates at Kate Spade and Coach were very helpful and nice.

The women at the front desk definitely use some customer service skills but overall a pretty good store plenty of selection for the wife. If she was able to she would about everything very clean and nice store.

You might be able to get a MK purse at 60-70% off but dont expect anyone to help you! There were 5 employees on the floor, 4 were in front of the store talking to each other in a circle. I asked one of the associates a question and seemed bothered that I interrupted their convo. I was asked if someone helped me when checking out and I pointed to the girls up front and said oh no cant you see they are too busy talking right now? The mgr looked irritated-maybe at them, maybe at my answer. Doesnt matter to me. A bag at 70% off was all I was looking for-would have purchased more but couldnt get any real assistance! The employees here are horrible!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I could get better customer service at Walmart! I walked in around 1pm on a Wednesday with my family, and it was like the workers avoided us on purpose. There were four workers and they all stayed huddled in the middle gossiping, ignoring us while we asked for help. With no one else in the store. Their merchandise was all mixed up on different shelves, making it near impossible to know the price of an item. One rack for hats was $89, the same hat on a shelf 40% off, ended up being $43 somehow? All I’m saying is if you have enough free time to sit and gossip with your coworkers, then that means you had enough time to get your store in order, and provide a basic level of customer service. We would have bought hundreds worth of merchandise, came out with a $40 hat. Extremely disappointed.

Awesome staff that are helpful and courteous. The prices and promotions are awesome as well. Went in there just to but a pocket book and didnt plan on spend more than $300. Came out with a book back, pocket book, crossbody and purse and spent about $390.

We went in and were really surprised at the prices. They had most everything marked way down and slashed deeply. I was going to go back next day to do some damage to the cards but didnt get a chance. Im going to hit them up in 2 weeks to get that MK blue leather backpack I saw for 75% off. Very good buy. 👍

Staff is polite and the store has great prices/Deals!

They just missed a major sale because they didnt speak to us when we walked in, but spoke to the lady behind us. We were ready to spend some cash but their loss.

Went in to exchange a purse I bought at another location, and was helped right when I walked in the door. All the ladies were super nice and very helpful!

The customer service was very poor. Cashier with the black hair was very rude as she rushed my transaction. I wasn’t greeted nor did I get any assistance like the other customers in the store.

Drove 45 minutes just to go to Michael Kors only to find them closed !!! At 7pm and the outlets close at 9pm!! This was a Friday night . Very bad customer service !!!!!!

Poor customer service, super rude, felt unwelcomed so I went over to Kate Spade and bought a wallet there instead. Love MK - but having welcoming workers is actually an important part of any store too!

Idk why there are so many negative reviews. The girls there are super helpful and I’m in and out of there so much they know my family. If I come in by myself they often ask “what no kids” lol. I’ve never had an issue when I wanted to return or exchange anything. They often go above and beyond even looking in the back if I want something or allowing me to look in their back stock drawers beneath. They have a lot of great deals! I’d recommend them. If you treat people nicely you might be surprised that they are super nice in return. Jmo

Very nce place, but I heard that more than 150 stores are going to closed at the end of the year. Unfortunately if that information is true, that will be very sad.

Great Prices, Selection, and Friendly Staff

Very poor customer focus and extremely poor judgment shown by management in dealing with customer disagreements . Management at this location is very opinionated and gets very defensive when asked any questions about M.K. quality (regardless of how generic the questions are); and they are very willing to speak negatively about similar products sold at other outlets at this Tanger Outlet site. Would not recommend this store for your Michael Kors purchases.
