Me and my husband came in to the store to find out why we were having issues. Megan explained to us about the new network and explained that our current phones were not compatible and got us into 2 new phones! One of the best experiences Ive had in a while inside the store!!

I have received a test message from t-mobile and I clearly have boost. I am so glad I came in because they said I needed to trade my phone or I would lose service. Rosie helped me and was able to upgrade my phone with boost. Thank you boost

Rosie is beyond amazing and very good at what she does. I came back very upset my iCloud wasn’t working. She got it working and then she got all my pictures back along with my Facebook and cash app. I wasn’t able to sleep I was so stressed but Rosie helped me and was very professional at handling every issue I threw at her.

I was here April 27th. We went in for a routine phone bill question and ended up leaving with three new lines! The girl, Theresa I think (pretty girl with an accent) was so helpful. She informed us about the different plan options available, porting my phone number to my significant other’s current plan, and answered all of our questions! I am not typically a people person, but this girl made me feel comfortable and educated me about not only the things I asked about but other things that I didn’t EC know I wanted to ask about! Way to go hiring managers at that boost store! This girl is great!

Horrible experience! Don’t sign your receipt until you have checked it. The guy Sebastian added a phone case, phone clip and 3ft usb card to my purchase. He lied about the price of phone to offset the accessories he added for his commission. Then I ask for a refund. Guess what no refund on accessories. Had to talk to his manager over the phone. She was very rude would not give her name and told me this was her day off! I got my refund after having to scream. don’t go there and if you do check your receipt

Customer service was horrible and they sold me defective accessories for my cell phones. I had to go back on 3 different occasions to fight for a refund. I finally got it from manager who admitted knowing of the defects. Selling bad product. Go to a different Boost store. I highly recommend Boost just not at that location.

The staff here is very rude. First off the location is in a ghetto shopping mall. I bought a Moto g7 play here. The phone itself was okay. I bought a screen protector at the nmb location and it was defective. No problem. I called and talked to a manager and they told me to go to this 3rd Ave store for an exchange. Well the 15 year old employee had no knowledge of this and got a nasty attitude and refused to call the manager even after I provided her Information. All in front of my young child. I did not get my replacement screen protector after driving a hour out of my way wasting gas and not only my time but my daughters. Needless to say I was upset. The next day I called corporate. They took care of me and noted my complaint against this store

The boy with pimples either from dirty skin or from him picking because he is on drugs,not sure which one but he also wears glasses, has the worst customer service possible. He has no real work ethic. We had to go to another boost and i hope boost takes a look inside at their employees.i believe his name is Sebastian. But he made it seem like the phone was messed up because it was dirty. Well no it popped off prior to it getting dirty. My husband works construction,of course it gets dirty. But he couldnt help us and he was incompetent.

They were having a staff meeting and didnt open doors until 920 (open time is 900). Then they only had 1 person helping customers but 15+ employees. Waited for 30 minutes before leaving. So disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Terrible and thieving staff. I purchased a iphone 6s and i asked if it came with headphones and the salesmen said no. 3 months later i look inside the box for stickers because my daughter likes stickers and i looked at the back of the box and it clearly stated headphones are included. So i go to the 3rd south location and the salesmen there told me to be realistic and its been 3 months... Mind you when i bought it a guy told me headphones were not included. Last year i bought a moto g6 play that comes with a gel case, the saleswomen called her manager and asked if they were charging extra cuz of the case. Im switching to metro.

Ok so I was switching from AT&T to boost mobile to save some money. I go into boost mobile as they had a pretty good deal to bring my number and service over to boost mobile! I was quite excited at getting a new device and cheaper service. Well 2.5 hours later in store finally got service and my new phone. I went with the Moto E5 Plus. The wait didnt seem to bother me at the time because well things happen, and at the end of the day Id have a phone and service. Well two weeks in and I have already purchased another phone and went to Straight Talk for my provider. I still have my Moto E5 Plus and my boost mobile service, but will not be renewing my service through them. Call quality sucked everyone sounded muffled, texts seem to work fine. Data is a another issue in itself. I was to get 4G speeds, and I couldnt even load google website up at all, nor access facebook, receive emails, etc... Internet was non existent at 4G. I am very experienced and educated in phones. I have worked with AT&T and Verizion in previous work experiences. I took 4G off and turned the phone to stay on 3G. Once I was able to do this, I was able to at least load a webpage up and check facebook but very very slow. Load up times were anywhere from 1 minute to 5 minutes just to load a webpage up or update facebook. I would of returned my device but was outside the return policy, which by the way is ridiculous because they charge you a restocking fee anyways regardless of why you are returning the product they are selling. I read one review here about the accessories, and I can say she is correct. Make sure you check your receipt because I came in to purchase a phone and service. Not a case, screen protector, and charging cord. I didnt authorize those purchases, and the agent didnt advise me I was purchasing them. The price would of been nearly 50 dollars cheaper without those. The case itself sucks, fell apart within two weeks. I suggest staying away from boost mobile and going with straight talk or a more reliable carrier.

Went there to buy a prepaid flip phone. Not only were they rude but they said multiple lies after refusing to sell me the phone without activating it right that second in their store. The reason they wanted to do that was to get commission then had the nerve to lie about it. STAY AWAY!

Went to Conway about 2 to 3 weeks ago. Had to wait. Had a sign on door saying he back in 30 min and was more then a hour. Lady there did not know what she was doing. Asked questions and she didnt know not a thing. Decide to come to this location. There were 3 young ladys. They gave us options and broken it down to lets us know what the heck was going on with the 3g which is crazy we needed new phones. Just wanted to let you know if you need help. Just make the drive to the beach location. It worth it.

The truth is, that store has poor service last month I went to buy a phone when I got home for the person who was the phone, he did not like it, I returned to return it like 10 minutes I get that they cannot return the money to me and they did not return the phone to me. Nor the money and something else that that same day I still paid the plan for each month as I did not have and I did not buy another phone because they were using the phone credit I realized how after 15 days the truth is that if they spend now, it is They want to fix things, no sir, I think I have dignity, I dont want to be begging people, maybe they were more in need of that money, I dont recommend that store on the 3rd Avenue.
