They were out of stock on nearly every tile option and the sales associate seems pretty nonplussed. Though this experience is not unique, most flooring and tile shops are like this.

Visied the store to see if I could find a matching tile to some already installed in my home. I arrived at the store at approximately 8:30 in the morning and there was no sales associate in the store to be able to help me. I stayed for approximately 10 minutes looking around saw a couple of tiles that I might be interested in, however, nobody was there to give me pricing and availability. Will not return.

My wife and I went to Daltile in Myrtle Beach and met with Diane to look at granite. We met with Diane three times over a three week or so period. During the last two visits, we expressed interest in a particular slab of granite. On the third visit, Daltile lifted and carried the granite slab we were interested in to the edge of the showroom so we could see the granite in the sunlight. My wife and I asked to have the slab of granite placed on hold during the third visit, and Diane said she would but needed the name of our fabricator. My wife and I had visited a few fabricators, but I had not selected one. Diane said we had to give her a fabricator name to hold the granite. So, we gave her the name of one of the fabricators we had visited, and Diane took down our information and said she would hold the slab and contact the fabricator. My wife and I went immediately over to the fabricator, but the lady we had talked to had a customer, but she would call us the next day. The next day when we talked to the fabricator, the fabricator told us that she already had the slab we selected on hold and we couldnt get that slab of granite. Funny, at no time did Diane from Daltile tell us the slab was on hold for someone else. As I stated above, Daltile even moved the lab of granite for us on the third visit. My wife and I both tried to get ahold of Diane at Daltile, and we had to leave messages. To this day, Diane from Daltile has never called us back. SO MUCH for Customer Service!!!!

I have just purchased tile for large bathroom and shower, Diane was so helpful couldnt have done without her . Diane help me pick and coordinate tile. Thank you Diane Jayne McDonough. I will sure be back
