Never met with us wanted to set up business with them and no call back when I did get call back and set day to meet nothing

We had shingles delivered today and the drivers were very nice and understanding when we had to move our vehicles for them to get in our driveway.

If I could give a quarter of a star I would. Absolute worst argumentative customer no service during a phone conversation I have experienced in quiet a while. Was attempting to locate a type of vinyl siding so I could replace some damaged pieces but could not get a word in edge wise due to I suppose I was annoying the person that answered phone. Would not allow me time to complete an explanation or a sentence as they were to busy trying to tell me What I needed and They had no clue as I explained still not able to get a word in edge wise. I finally stated all I wanted was siding and hung up and went and bought it from their customer service friendly competition. Done with Best Distributing!!!!!

Delivered a parcel load of windows to them. And I had to wait 2 hours for their guys to load their trucks and move. After the lady said they started receiving at 7:00 am

Had to go to Best Distributors today for some siding that was damaged on my house. Very nice people ! Treated me great. Even got me the right siding after I thought I needed something else. Color match perfect. The lady at the front desk, JoAnn was very nice an took time to make sure I got what I needed as well as the guys in the warehouse... Thanks again for taking your time with me. Very much appreciated....
