Ordered cabinets August 7, its Nov 3 & still no cabinets . Twice in last month told me they would be in & nothing . The owner is not good on returning calls & they told me when I ordered them if it went over 8 weeks I could get similar in stock cabinets at no extra charge . Listing my house to go on the market but cant do to til I install new kitchen cabinets . They didnt own up to their part of the deal

Took a bit longer then I hoped but given the circumstances of the ports being backed up and the lack of workers all over the states. Over all, I am pleased with my purchase and the quality of the items. The ladies in the office did let me know that it would be about 8 weeks a head of time so I just had to adjust my plans. Everyone was easy to talk to and helped answer most of my questions. They have my recommendation, just plan accordingly and have some patients.

Could’ve have asked for a better experience. I was a little worried after reading the reviews but I’m glad I decided to give them a chance. Price was more than half of what Lowes quoted me and they got it here in half the time. Thank you Gary and Cindy for all your wonderful help!!

Well, I should have read the reviews 1st, bought and paid for Cabinets on September 23, I was told 3 weeks, it is now November 11, no cabinets, no returned calls no nothing. I guess I will have to drive down there to get a refund. Unless its cash and carry STAY AWAY. OK Cabinets finally arrived and were delivered by the installer. I was even notified when the cabinets arrived, so I guess things are improving. I changed the 1 Star to 4. Just be prepared for a 8 to 9 week wait. And yes I will return for additional cabinets, but will plan accordingly.

I have used MB Cabinet Auctions for over 6 years. There prices cant be beat. Great quality. When you order cabinets they have to come from the manufacturer. They cant carry every size and model. If you want great cabinets and a prices that cant be beat use MB Cabinet Auctions. If you need them today use a local box store where they have so so cabinets in stock.

We had the same delay problem.... however with time they got it right... dont think they are trying to rip people off... just un organized... its a shame as me and my friends by hundreads of cabinets a years

I was thinking this place wouldve been perfect for my new endeavors as far as flipping homes, remodeling and my store. I really had high Hopes of doing alot of business with them and I spent alot of money on the online auction and never received not one of the cabinets I won in August and its now December. I even asked could I pick out other products they have to cover the $3200 I spent and i stop getting a answered call and when I leave a message I never get a return. The times I did go there only one employee will help while the rest just smoke cigarettes for the 2 hrs you search for the item I won online. I had it was such bad business. Couldve been a great thing for me. If you read this review DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CABINETS. IT IS A RIP OFF

Went to one of these auctions more than 5 years ago. They are texting my phone on about a weekly basis for upcoming auctions. I have tried everything possible to get the texts to stop.. Nothing has worked, so if you want them to blow up your phone for the foreseeable future, sure, give them your phone number when you get your bidder number.

This is the worst place I’ve ever used. If you value your time and money go elsewhere. They are rude and even went to far as to tell me I don’t have time to deal with you we close in 10 mins and they call back tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. They are clueless about their products. They are also very over priced. They do not communicate within the company so no one knows anything which cause orders to get lost.

Very pleased with the luxury vinyl plank flooring I bought. I felt like they had some really good deals. Everything seemed to run just like they said it would. I will definitely be back!!

They have good quality merchandise, but the customer service especially in the cabinet department is horrible. No one ever answers their telephone and they never return phone calls. Worst customer service I have ever received anywhere.

This place has real plywood high end cabinets with press board prices.There flooring is the best in the business. I love coming here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HEREWe’ve been waiting 5 months for 2 cabinets we had to order through them. We bought a full set of cabinets at their auction and needed to order 2 more pieces. We ordered and paid the second week in January. After multiple unanswered calls each week, we were told in February that they would be delivered in 2 days. It’s April and still no word on our cabinets. We’ve heard from this company 3 times. 3 times in 5 months. This company is a scam that is taking money and running with it.Avoid this company at all costs. I have a house with no kitchen because of this company. They only want to take your money. I can’t say it enough- avoid, avoid, avoid this company! If I could give zero stars, I would.

Been to many of the auctions. I look forward to them. Being in the flip business this has saved me a lot of money. With anything you are getting at a discount, you need to make sure you have enough and no damaged items. Definitely is worth spending a day and a drive. I have gone and bought nothing, and I have spent in the 10s of thousands.

Customer service has got to get better. No one answer phone calls and when you leave a message, Phone calls dose not get return.

Cabinet prices were fair however customer service is. Nightmare. We have been trying to order 1 cabinet from them for 4 weeks now (not including holidays). They do not answer phone and rarely answer emails. We paid for the cabinet and then we’re told they did not know when it would ship or how long it would take. Have called and left messages multiple times but to no avail. They do not call back. They do not answer. Prices are fair but I will never shop again due to the customer service....or lack there of.

I wish I had looked up this company before I purchased. I seem to have the same problem as everyone else. You have to pay up front, but then you wont get your product. over 2 months later and I have absolutely nothing. I have called over 10 times and sent multiple emails with very little (2 to be exact) responses. I have left messages on every single extension they have with not 1 single call back. I am going to be seeking legal action to get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you like giving your money away for nothing.

My husband is a contractor and we purchased cabinets weeks and weeks ago. No one ever called him with a pick up date and so we have tried calling and emailing and leaving messages over and over and over. Cabinets were supposed to be installed two weeks ago and we have no clue if were even going to get them. We have left repeated voicemails for Jennifer and whisper in cabinets. We have even spoken with the manager only To get broken promises that someone would call us back. Now they are blocking my message on Facebook. I guess we will have to take legal action. What a waste of time.

This business misrepresented written descriptions of items at auction. I even questioned their written quantities because it was such a great cost and they confirmed saying we win some, we lose some. Once items were paid for and received, the discrepancy was immediately noticed. They were informed of the large error they made via phone messages and emails, but have been unresponsive. Auction materials were shorted to the tune of $6,000+.

Great place to shop if you want to remodel your house.

Nice cabinets but they have lost our order and still not heard from them its been 4 weeks now they wont call us back to explain my granite man is ready to install mb is holding us up!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a kitchen cabinet set at an auction and also purchased additional cabinets to complete our kitchen. The product and price were great but customer service is terrible. I had to call every week to check the status of my order. When it finally came in they did not have all of the pieces. When we finally got the missing piece the drawer was broken. A year later and I am still calling to get a replacement drawer and they do not answer the phone or return my calls. It would have been worth it to pay more somewhere else than deal with the hassle. And I still don’t have my drawer.

*b/c they had a double listing* By far the worst waste of time Ive ever spent. Very HIGH PRESSURE tactics used, I felt more comfortable sitting through a time-share presentation. If you dont spend, theyll make you feel as though youre wasting their time. I made one bid, then had an un-showered redneck sales-pusher with his arm around me awkwardly barking in my ear. Mostly everything there was junk. Of all the auctions Ive attended, this was an utter waste of time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Warning about attending their auctions!!! In order to get a bidders card, they take your phone number. What they dont tell you is that you will then be signed up for an automated robocall that will call you for YEARS with no way off of it. If you go, DO NOT give them your cell number!!!
