This happened a couple months ago. My car had gotten into an accident and I took it here. It took over 2 months to get done. In the end I test drove it and wasn’t producing the power it was capable of. I went back and explained the issue, the mechanic said he would take the car back and look at it. After sitting around for 30 mins, he came back and said I should file another claim with my insurance. I didn’t and ended up taking it to the shop I got the car modified at. They lifted it and found that a few pipes weren’t connected, and they looked at the ECU and found more issues. (KEEP IN MIND EVANS HAS A LIFTER). I find it so funny how they couldn’t even lift the car and find this. It was the most simple fix, but they just wanted to make an extra buck. Don’t go to this place cause they just want your money. I made sure I told everyone I know in this city not to go to this place.

I been driving past for years and noticed the vehicles outside during the day time. I stopped in to schedule my car for paint and nobody payed me any attention. Almost like I was bothering them After 15-20 minutes I left. I found a place not to far that was more than happy to have my business and half of what I was expecting. I was so surprised that I tried to pay them on the spot and offered more money but he wouldnt take it.. Nice people too

I had them do a change over on my Challenger standard hood to a SHAKER HOOD system. 5 stars for that. Now they are doing paint work on my Ram 1500 with a windshield change because of a chip in it. They are working with the Insurance company to get that done. If you dont want quality paint work with people you trust, go somewhere else. Me, I will stay with Evans. Had another paint and body shop tell me that if I wanted alower price to fix it, I should go to MAACO. That other shop wanted 2 times what I am paying to get this work done. I am telling you, start with Evans and stay with Evans..

Very bad experience, vehicle sat 3 and a 1/2 months, they said I couldnt get a part until July and that was in May we had to find the part, wolves in sheeps clothing dont let the scripture on the building fool you! The mechanic said that I needed an alignment mmm⁉️that the vehicle shouldnt have left the battery is very weak and he had 2 bad tires on one that blew up from.sittung rot, and was never told he says was fine on our way to vacation during the holiday . The worst part about it is that Evans said that they did alignment I think that they just jacked the bill up and saw an open season very unprofessional care about is the money not the customer its obvious!Wwjd????

First and Foremost, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP TO ANYONE IN ANY SITUATION !! This body shop has worked on two of my personal vehicles. Jamie, took care of my wifes car when she wrecked it (he did a great job with the repair and handle all the paperwork with State Farm in the process) and he also completed, or what I would say did a STILLEN touch on a Maxima I owned :) with all STILLEN bolt on parts that I ordered and he took the time to take care of me on putting the car together as a big favor, for example, he helped install, a custom front splitter, a custom rear diffuser, custom Big Brake Kit including racing cross drilled and slotted rotors with new ceramic metallic brake pads all the way around, he painted the calipers a striking candy apple red to give a nice accent, he installed a complete cat back stainless steel exhaust, front tower brace, cold air intake, lower rear sway bar. He handled the job, as if it was his car. AWESOME JOB !!From the beginning, of receiving a quote, by Jamie, to the end of picking up your vehicle. The customer service that you receive from the front desk, including the body shop technicians. Jamie Evans, he is who I communicated with, he is a professional and also is very personable, an amazing gentleman and also has an excellent communication level with his customers like myself and I truly believe he strives to make you happy. On a heart felt note, the feeling you get when you walk into there main office, is warm and inviting. Also there is a peaceful feeling that I received, when I realized I found a great and honest body shop. There quality of work is incredible, I have used other body shops over the years and never seemed to get this. But by far, Evans Family Collision is by far THE BEST Body Shop in the Grand Strand Area and as far as Im concern within hundreds of miles. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVANS !!! Made an appointment for a minor body work repair last week in June - told me that earliest they had an opening was 30 August - was hesitant but since my damage was on top of my truck and not noticeable I made the appointment- Evans calls me on 23 August wanting to move my appointment I’ve waited on for over 2 months to now 13 September- told them politely to cancel my appointment as obviously I wasn’t a valued customer-

I purchased my Jeep 2 weeks ago in Philadelphia and came to Myrtle Beach for vacation. I parked my Jeep under a pool parking garage because of a hurricane and in the morning I woke up to find stains all over my brand new car. I called Myrtle Beach Jeep and they referred me to Evans Auto Body. I went there and explained what had happened and to my surprise they fixed my Jeep to brand new condition again for free. I cant tell you how much that meant to me. If everyone practiced a page out of your book this world would be a better place to live. Had a fender bender and they did a great job repairing it. Did have to wait 6 weeks to get the work done.

Two days before we were leaving to go back to Cleveland, the drivers door on our minivan was damaged to the point we didnt feel it was safe to drive that distance without having it fixed. Called the Chrysler dealer and he referred us to Evans Body shop. They are incredible. Great work. Great value. Understood our issue and fixed it as soon as they could. Would recommend Evans Family Paint & Body to anyone.

Brought my 2019 RAM truck in for an estimate on some damage to the hood... brought the truck in on a Monday and had it back by Thursday as promised. The quality of the work was top notch. My daughter is in school in Conway, her father and I are 500+ miles away. So when she had a MAJOR debacle with her car, insurance towed the car to Evans. Evans made the process easy. They kept us as informed as possible each step of the way and our daughter was able to get her car back within a day of when they said it would be ready. We’re very appreciative they were so helpful in repairing our daughters car.

As usual Jamie and the whole Evans Family Collision crew such wonderful people.And theyre very reasonable on their repair quotes.And I give them 5 stars because they have quality customer service.I highly recommend them if you need body repair work even if you have insurance that will cover it they will work with your insurance company to cover it where you have no out-of-pocket expense unless you have some sort of a deductible with your insurance.

This is the best shop in the area. They fixed my car and made it look brand new until the door knob they installed fell off and the tire pressure light came on. They put back on my door knob for free and made it seem like it was a nice gesture... they said that the tire pressure light would turn off on its own after repairing my car, but I actually had a nail in my tire that if I didnt act accordingly. Could have resulted in a accident. Other then that I would say they are pretty great and trustworthy.

We were visiting the area and had a little run in or run over with a stump/post which left our front passenger bumper hanging. Feeling like fools and not knowing how much or how long (days) the repair would take, we came to Evans. Jamie was so friendly and said they would take it right back and it wasnt a big deal. Then after the quick repair he wouldnt charge us because it hadnt taken long and we just like to help folks out sometimes!Where can you find that kind if service and attitude? Right here!!

Thanks so much to Jamie and his crew. They did an excellent job repairing my SUV. They went over and above, touching up a couple of paint chips that were not part of the damage to the back panel. The inside was spotless and beautifully detailed. Pride in ones work is hard to find, but this business understands that going the extra mile will bring customers back. A simple hood respray. No damage. $385. ?? It takes 3 hours labor and about $10. in paint. Now where do they get off charging so much ? Beware Christian bussinesss. They are not always honest.

Not a priority among all the other busy work they are doing. Was told all was done, now left with a $500 bill on top of the duductable already paid due to incompetence. Took over 3 weeks to fix a small front end repair and now still dealing with what was not fixed correctly 6 weeks later and no response from them.

Absolutely Amazing work and their dedication to customer satisfaction is second to none. I have had several repairs completed and sent many people to them and never had any worries about how they were treated or handled. My car was damaged. I took it to Evans. They had it for a week and gave it back on Friday at 5pm knowing I was moving out of state the next day. The fender wasnt repaired correctly, and 2 other broken parts were not replaced. They gave the car back hoping I wouldnt notice before I moved. They got lucky. I called and was hung up on, and no one returned my calls. Do not let the Bibles and scripture verses fool you. If these were honest people, they wouldnt have been so dishonest with me. Theyre crooks, GO ELSEWHERE
