2 vehicles repaired in last few months. Owners are awesome and the work is great. I recommend them to everyone I know that needs repairs or custom paint. Keep up the great work guys!!!

My husband had just started working for them and without any notice the owner left for spring break. They left the employees high and dry and my husband never recieved payment he also never went back after going for 4 days straight all the while the owner was gone and was told someone would come to pay the guys. Everyone is entitled to take a vacation but be responsible with your business and the people who work for you. Sadly my husband was very excited to work for this place he loves cars and is an exceptional employee, you guys lost probably the best employee to ever walk through those doors due to your lack of professionalism with your employees. Thanks for the excitement of opportunity for a moment ...thats the only reason im giving them 2 stars.

I had to give one star, but in truth it is: NO STARS!! No stars at all!! I have never in all my years had such a horrible experience. They have had my daughter’s car for a month and it is still not finished. I finally just took it. I dont know how these people are in business.My daughter came to visit me and was in a minor car accident on April 10th. I had her car towed to my mechanic. He looked it over and told me the only damage was to the body. I asked him to recommend someone and to my DISADVANTAGE he told me about this place. Turner went over, checked it out, and said the same; minor body damage and he could have it done in a few days. I told him my daughter was going back to Texas the next week and if we needed to we could haul the car there and she could have it fixed in Texas. But he said he could do it. NO Problem”, he said. HA!! Stupidly, I payed up front. Big mistake! After that day I could not get in touch with anyone! All calls went to voicemail and no one ever called back. And then the voicemail box was full and I couldn’t even leave a message.A week went by. I was really getting worried so my husband and I drove to his shop. We saw my daughter’s car in pieces out back. There was only an older gentleman there and when we asked him what was going on he said that the owner went to Vegas!!! After he saw my reaction he backtracked and said there was a death in the family. I still do not know what the truth was. I guess wherever they were; they finally came back. A lady called finally and said the car would be ready, “tomorrow” But, my husband and I went up there a total of 5 times to get the car. (Mind you we drove from Litchfield every time.) Every time we were told differing stories and it would be ready tomorrow No explanation, No Im sorry this has happened or that has happened, just a quick brush off and tomorrow. We didn’t know what to do.Today, after a month, I went up with my youngest daughter, the daughter that drives the car had to go back home. We saw the car out of the fence. It wasn’t put together and was still taped up. An employee came out and told us they weren’t finished with it. But I saw the keys on the counter and TOOK my daughters car back.The employee tried to get me to wait and let them put the lights on at least and he called and got Turner on the phone but there was no way I was leaving there without that car! NO way! I told Turner there was nothing to talk about. He had, had the car for a month. The time to talk had come and went. No one answers the phone there, no one calls you back, and no one tells you what is going on. I had plans to get the police on Monday to get my car back if I didnt get it today. Thankfully the opportunity presented itself and I got the car back, not fixed as it should be after a month’s time, but I got it back. But, you better believe I am speaking with an attorney.I will have to find someone to repair the car but I don’t know who. Right now the hood will not pop, underneath there are parts loose near the tire, and the flood lights and grill are not installed.I have no idea what is going on at this place, but they get zero stars from me.I am including pictures of the original damage and the way I got it back.

Great custom paint and audio!!! James has done repairs on several of my cars and customized my truck with lights lowering and subwoofers!! Also color coded rims and grill for my wifes Caddy!! Turners also customized my golf cart, put music on my motorcycle and repaired it from several scrapes! Great prices and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
