These folks are always friendly and fun. They know their stuff and are honest in buying and selling used games. Several of them have gone above and beyond for me and my family, and I appreciate that. When the newest game or something for the display shelf, the choices are abundant.

Great selection... They only had one figure in stock that was on display that me and another guy wanted. Thankfully he was incredibly nice about it and let me get it to finish my collection!

She was awesome even though I am from a whole different state she was very kind over the phone, and I felt as if she went above and beyond to help me it made my day, I called other stores for the game and some of them were very unfriendly. Thanks for making my birthday shopping a breeze.

Gabby is awesome! Super friendly and willing to help me correct an online order. Other GameStops told me good luck, but she helped me right away! Definitely my preferred GameStop!

Great Gamestop.This and the other locations along the Lake shore are awesome.I always experience superior customer service. They OFFER to check stock at other store and call a hold without being asked. Fantastic.One point of criticism is that they do not pay well for used games. But that is how the used game market works with brick and mortor stores so expect it or use other methods.I will continue buying games here.

Too expensive for used games! I cant believe a wii remote cost $34 when you can get a wii on craigslist with 2 controllers for $30. What a rip off!

I would have to say there game selection and customer service is great... but ive bought a ps3 and it wouldnt load right... i returned it and that one wont connect to my tv... it wont download stuff... i plan on returning it tomorrow.
