Hubby and I (and Piper), are on a quest to explore and assess different West Michigan coffee shops on Saturdays October through April. Drip Drop Drink is a quaint coffee shop near a beautiful historic park and downtown area. They offer original drinks and they make their own syrups. Husband is a house, black coffee drinker while I’m a Chai or Mocha gal. Both were delicious! Enjoyed the coffee while we strolled the now gentrified downtown Muskegon, MI

Got a chai latte, mocha coffee, baked egg with toast, and a waffle with fruit compote. Coffee was excellent and served in very fun mugs. The food was well made and the fruit compote was especially delicious. The shop is adorable and everyone was friendly. 11/10.

They brew a solid cup of pour over coffee. Fresh ground. Decent beans. Appropriate bloom times. If you like actual coffee, this is your spot in Muskegon.

Its fine. Its a fairly high end place, and the prices arent outrageous. But they are not adventurous in any way. There is no fancy flavors, no mixing of any botanicals or other natural flavors. It is simply coffee, hot or iced. They have different roasts to choose from, but that is all.They arent bad, they just arent good enough to warrant me coming back. There is nothing unique or compelling they offer. Ill probably just keep going to aldea.

Nice place. Very engaging baristas. Warm and inviting. I had the affogato, it was spot on. My wife had the lemon ginger mate, she loved it. I would definitely recommended and go back the next time I am in Muskegon.

GREAT coffee, even just drip!

Used to be 5-stars about 5 years ago. It was over-the-top and then seemed to change about 4 years ago. Now it seems that certain baristas make my latte really awesome again, but others make it terribly.

Their coffee is freaking delicious mellow and smooth, but strong. Freindly and smiley staff with a great atmosphere too.

Drip Drop has an amazingly cozy atmosphere with outstanding coffee. Their coffee drinks arent overly sweet and dont leave me feeling jittery after one cup. The baristas are very pleasant to chat with and are very knowledgeable about different styles of coffee. I highly recommend visiting here when you need a midday pick-me-up.

Only have tried it once. I didnt care for the drink I had or my girlfriend had. Others there were happy though.

Got made fun of by the batista for it being my first time. Way to welcome a new customer. Then given attitude for not knowing what any of their coffees were or how to order them. I just wanted a simple black coffee and had to pay $5 and wait 10 min for one.

I drive all around Michigan. I go out of my way to find local cafes. Some are good, some are terrible, some are good sometimes and not so much other times depending on the barista. Drip Drop is always good. The coffee is more traditionally made, which is what I like. You arent gonna get a 64 oz cappuccino here. The baristas know what they are doing across the board so you dont have to memorize individual work schedules to know you will always get a well made drink.

Im used to my pick of coffee shops in the greater Grand Rapids area, so I was surprised when DDD became my favorite over anything in the whole tri-city area. Coffee is a work of art here more than just coffee. Make sure you leave a good tip every time. They deserve it!

While on vacation, my husband and I make it a point when possible to locate good, local coffee spots. I have had great coffee in little shops all over the country and must say this was, by far the best cup of coffee I have ever experienced. I think we may need to plan another get away to Muskegon, the resturants were great and this coffee was amazing!

Cant say Ive visited Todds new location, and yet, be assured Drip Drop Drink Cafe has all of the classic DDD features. Expect real music from vintage vinyl. Enjoy quick and friendly service although a line might make you wait a bit. Strike up a chat with an interesting person in the line because DDD attracts interesting people. Count on Intelligentsia Coffee shipped in fresh from the Carolinas. Check out the vintage couches, benches, tables because when Todd isnt brewing, Todds out picking, outpicking the American Pickers. Please realize that life has blessed you if you are reading this and can go to DDD one or DDD two right now.Speaking about blessing, Todds friend who helps the house book awesome talent has an ordination as a minister, so maybe hes there, booking more talent for Todds bigger digs.Guessing you can expect some succulents in the sun facing window. Look for art locally made, some by the elusive, mysterious V and a street artist known as D.

An amazing coffee shop, cool name, better coffee and the fellow(Brooke I believe) that is always behind the counter really knows the works. Great service as well, I wish I had a coffee place like this back home in Pittsburgh.

Got a dirty chai tea latte and was unimpressed. Extremely watery and not very flavorful. Hopefully next time the chai will taste like chai and not hot water.

Throughout the week I tried 2 different pour overs (the winter blend and a lighter roast) and a regular latte. The latte was my favorite of those.
