They always make my drinks better then any other store. I always love there staff when I go in or drive thru. Always friendly an willing to work!!! Keep up the amazing work team!!!

Hours of operation is different on then what is posted on the door. Drove 15min for a delicious coffee and could not get one. However you had two team members in the building that were not being productive on their closing duties.

I always love the service at this location! The employees are friendly and make sure to get your order exactly right. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained and the dining area was clean as well.

First time i had a drink from there is was delicious.

Stopped today after my morning work out to get a venti water with strawberries. The person at the drive up window was beyond rude. Told me she would have to charge me for a specialized tea? I wasn’t expecting anything free I have ordered this same drink multiple times and been charged about.99cents. But today was charged $3.98 I am on the first phase of the ideal you program and cannot have sugar. Very disappointed with my service or lack of it. Usually their employees are so kind and respectful. I should’ve been charged for tea, I didn’t have any tea!

They make you wait 30 minutes for a drink and when you ask where it is they say we forgot and very rude...didn’t offer anything or to even make it? Just a refund..bunch of unorganized chaos

Went inside to order in torrential downpour, never acknowledged. We finally asked about ordering and told mobile or drive thru. Went outside to go through the drive thru. Spent almost $20 and when be pulled up to window told to turn off wipers rather than asked nicely then the attendant at window just handed out order, said “there” and closed the window. No hello on our arrival or thank you for your business

This is the slowest drive thru Ive ever been through and its every time I come here...nice people, good drinks and food, but it shouldnt take me 25 minutes to get through the drive thru on a regular basis. That is not an exaggeration, unfortunately. When I get up to the window I still have to wait for my items. That just isnt acceptable and I worked at Starbucks for 3 years.A few trips ago, I got to the window and my warmed cheese danish was cold again so they had to reheat it....thats how long it took to get through the drive thru.

Starbucks has really gone down hill. This location constantly turns off its mobile ordering and ignores walk in counter customers in favor of drive thru.

This place was of course wonderful and they had small free test drinks! Okay sign me up! Clean, friendly and organized!

They do good, but some people need to not rush here, I understand when busy but I placed an online order, they werent busy at all when I got there and they still got it wrong. I love starbucks I come here very often.

As always the lines are long. I was missing an item from my order, I didnt realize it until I already pulled away and was not sitting back in that line for another 30 minutes. Its hard on everyone lately as it seems everyone is short staffed.

The staff at this location (Norton Shores) is always really nice. I prefer this location over others.

Disappointing that it still drive-thru or app order only!!! There are no longer any state mandated restrictions. Drive-thru line too long so I mobile app order and when I picked up the order there was no greeting friendly or not. This was 6/27/21 around 1:30 pm.

First let me start by saying that I go to this Starbucks a minimum of two times per day (not exaggerating) and most of the employees there are some of my FAVORITE PEOPLE...buuuut ... I dont know whats up with this location but everyday its something different... cant order online, theyre out of large cups, theyre out of cold cups, theyre out of large cold cups, the lobby is open to MOBILE ORDERS ONLY, theyre out of mocha, caramel, cinnamon or whatever it is that day. Its just always SOMETHING. Thank God theres another location in the Target down the road!

I love Starbucks ... I like the iced white Mocha with sweet cream foam with extra carmel drizzle .. must try its amazing .highly recommended this drink and sb. I also love that they have different milks,soy,, almond and they can even make some drinks surger free so if you dont like a lot of surgar ask if they can make it sugar free and if you dont like cows milk ask for soy or almlond or whatever else kinda milk they have or something that you do like..

Not a die hard Starbucks fan, might need to work on my taste buds -But honestly this location is TOP NOTCH. The service alone, is enough to keep me coming back. The drinks are always made well and the line which is always long-another indicator of a fantastic location- usually moves quick.

Having them make their favorite drink is pretty fun, Ive gotten to experience some great things like when they liquefied the spirit of Christmas into a hot beverage. 🔥

Double tall vanilla latte had double the sugar as well? I order them double to dilute the sweetness. It is what it is 😒

My friends and I went inside and I had ordered and then my friend pulled up her phone to look at it and the lady taking our order told us to “hurry up I have a huge line” and I kid you not it had been not even a whole minute. Then after we order she waves to the friends behind me ordering separately and says “come on let’s go”. If you’re short staffed I understand that but there is NO excuse to treat a customer like that. I’ve worked in customers service for years, that was so incredibly rude and would never be tolerated. If I knew her name I would write it down but she conveniently had no name tag on. Not happy with my experience at all.

Service was good, though I really didn’t require the barista to explain the difference between caramel syrup and caramel drizzle.

Drive thru line is always a 30-45 min wait which isnt there fault really. Most likely due to the other stores in the area closing at random days and times with no explanation. Regardless, staff at this store are extremely friendly and professional and my order is always 100% correct the first time.

Ordered through Starbucks app so I could pick up in store and I got to the store and a sign on door says go through drive up. The reason I preordered on the app was because I did not have time to wait in drive up. The app says they have in store pick up but they do not have.

Crazy long line, but Im sure why because the baristas here move quick. Worth the wait, theyre very good at their jobs!

The prices are too high and the staff here is very slow. That said, the product is usually very good and they are conveniently located. The prices wouldnt even be that much of a hit if the staff was quicker and more knowledgeable. The staff was friendly so there is that. The right staff can make or break an establishment. With better training this crew could make visiting this place a truly enriching experience.

Best and only actual Starbucks for miles. Always fast service, drinks have never missed a beat, and if I didnt like something, they always tried to make up for it.

I have been going to this Starbucks for over 10 years. I am lactose intolerant and love their multiple options. However, I miss how the S or A was over the type of milk for extra comfort for what I am drinking! It makes me feel much more secure in drinking 😊

Waited 45 mins in line, they claimed something on the new menu was out of season, so I picked something else and they still made it wrong. And then handed me my drink with coffee and cookie crumbs all over the bottom of the cup.

Very nice location. Staff was great with high spirits. Speed of service was great. I got a bagel and a Frappuccino and the bagel was nice and warm and the Frappuccino delicious. Only 4 stars because, while they were steady (not terribly busy) the tables in the lobby were left dirty almost the whole time I was here. Great location overall!

I ordered my drinks inside as the line in drive through was very long and takes a long time. I ordered inside at 12:02:22 it took over 10 minutes to receive my drinks as they were taking drive through and online orders first. Horrible service! And this is not the first time. Other customers should not take priority over others. 2 stars as the drinks still taste good. Change your strategy!

I am really sad to leave such a low review but I must say that out of all the Starbucks we have been to from S. FL to here and all the way to Vegas, This one is never consistent with being able to get drinks correct. And I am not sure why? We have brought it to the attention of workers before but unfortunately, it just never seems to help. Dont get me wrong, people are nice but for some reason, the drinks are never how they should be. I would say maybe 2 out of 10 are right. Yes, Even with that many wrong, we continue to go back, always in hopes that maybe the next will be right. And it is always a bummer when its not. I have started making my own at home and they are way more consistent. Maybe some more training is needed? Not sure but hopefully it changes.

The wait took a little longer than Im used to and a starbucks. However my coffee was awesome so it was totally worth the wait. I kind of felt bad for the workers because they were busting butt to get everybody served. It was awesome coffee though!
