Went to get my birthday drink today I got one free 24 oz drink but not only did they take my birthday drink reward but they also used my 12 points I saved up.. so I basically use my rewards and my birthday drink for one drink because Grace the store supervisor today (8/23/21) rang it in wrong and wasted my points. Pretty disappointed

Drinks are really good!! Just wish there was a way to have there drive thru line move faster, 20 minutes in line.

Gave one of our drinks to us hot when we asked for frozen. When they gave us the frozen remake it just tasted like coffee when we had asked for one of the specialty flavors.

I just stopped at the store on Henry Street and asked for a fresh brewed iced tea and when I pulled away and took a drink it was coffee, I hate coffee, so I dumped it. I am very disappointed but the line was too long to go back through and their phone is out of order. There wasn’t anybody behind me when I ordered it so I’m not sure what happened. 🙄

This Biggby location always has fantastic customer service and fast service. The Mocktails are great and full of energy.

Just way slower than any other Biggby and they get my order wrong all the time.

Great coffee, tea, and hot chocolate! My favorite drink here is a Mint Tea, Latte, with Coconut Milk! Great for a quick stop, a short date, a business meeting, a place to do homework, read, or work on your computer. Great staff, beverages, and small snacks! A little pricey, but well worth it. You can even get coupons for this place!

Clean cafe with good coffee. Open a lot too. Google hours seem a little off, though.

Specialties are generally way too sweet. They do offer low cal which is nice. Its pricey for what you get tho. If you enjoy the taste of coffee youre going to want to order a specialty drink with less pumps of syrup or an iced coffee or regular coffee and jazz it up.

Open up already! We miss going in and sitting down to sip at our delicious drinks.

Overall satisfied with Biggby coffee. My go to drink is an iced mocha mocha, and I get it warm on occasion. Every once in a while if I get it warmed it tastes watered down. Never had a problem with customer service and staff is always friendly and nice. Its a great place to do some work on a laptop or to stop in for a cup of coffee and a snack.

Ordered a coffee and bagel sandwich. Coffee was good, but the bagel sandwich (I thought) needed a little salt and pepper. I looked around and found no salt and pepper shakers anywhere. I asked the young lady where they were and she replied, We dont do salt and pepper here....Is this a little strange, or is it me?

Pleasant service. My favorite is Costa Rican with a little French roast and hazelnut mixed in.

One of my favorite coffee stops. The brew is fresh and the staff is friendly.

I always prefer Bigby to Starbucks. The atmosphere is better for me and mine to hang out and chat at.

Quiet coffee shop. The baristas are flexible. If you want a drink that isnt on the menu, just ask for it! Service is great.

Nice employees and good coffee but the drive thru is ALWAYS slow. Dont swing by to get a coffee unless you have 20 minutes to spare AT LEAST.

I work near this location, every single time they get my order wrong. When trying to call to ask for my correct order they dont answer. Called the location on Apple to ask what to do...they took my name and number and I have yet to hear back (waited 2 wks). Normally wouldnt complain but as a manager myself this is not how to give good service.

I’m huge on supporting businesses with great customer service. That’s why I like this location. They also have a rockstar on the team because Kelsey is such a gem!

Great service but they need to remove some of their dated merchandise.they are selling cards that dont even have envelopes and are damaged.

Love the coffee. The employees are so nice and they are very helpful. Got a chai tea latte sugar free and the cashier explained that they cant actually do sugar free because the chai isnt sugar free. But she suggested that I get skim milk and that if I like it to order it reduced calorie next time so they know exactly what I want. It was very delicious. New favorite drink.

Love the BOGO coupons! Good frozen coffee. I usually get decaf, which Ive noticed doesnt taste as good as the regular, but its still good.

I love having a Biggby in my neighborhood. The store is clean and the staff is often pleasant (occasionally someone has an off day, but that is to be expected--we are all human after all). My complaint for this location is that the drive thru area can end up pretty congested with people coming from multiple angles and sometimes the customers can be jerks about who is next in line due to this congestion. I love stopping here for my caffeine fix before a morning shift at work, or before a long drive.

The Henry store is awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I do not care for the Apple Store tho. They always have grounds in my coffee.

I made a mistake and forgot to tell them frozen not hot so they remade my coffee for me bless them. That to me is good service 😊

Good coffee, unremarkable baked goods and poor service. Much the same as other Biggbys, staffed by young people more interested in talking to each other than providing good service.
