I would give zero stars. DO NOT trust these people with your vehicle. This is not a trust worthy company. Customer service is severely lacking in this store. Service manager is completely rude. Store manager wont contact you back. Ive paid for services with Firestone that I cant even get done.

With a shortage of workers in the front and the back they still took care of my annoying slow tire leak with grace and in a very reasonable time.

Sent wife to get tire patched they lied to her say they could not patch and the tread on the tires was low tiers where lest then 6 months old and the screw did not even go tru the tread told she need new tires that where over 900$. Got the vehicle back went to Smith tires they looked at it and siad tire were food and they removed the screw and was going to patch of need. Firestone lied to my wife and tried to take advantage for her. Nice try she not that stupid

Nice employees, great discounts just ask for one. Service is drop off and pick up later. If you have to wait it may not be as fast as desired, but would rather have it done right than fast.

Amazing service Mike kept me updated got me in quick and was so helpful with everything. The technician I believe his name was Andrew was so confident and help salvage as much of my car parts as he could! Im so grateful to this amazing team and look forward to getting more car work done here in the future.

At first on the phone no but when i got there was waited on quickly and my two tires were mounted quickly they order two more for the back thanks 😂 !!!

Showed up on day of appointment an they say they are unable to balance them due to being to big. They could have told me the 2 times I talked to them before they waisted my day

I’m rating 5 stars because on a Friday night our family car had a blown out tire, and with that being our only car a few places even open on a Saturday Firestone got us in and ready to go by mid Saturday. I had called many other places before calling them and I waited on 20+ minute holds, or got the answer of we are full for the day. We had great service and staff was very friendly. However the tires we got were a bit more on the pricy side for only 45,000 miles. But when in a bind and there was no where else to go we were still out the door with a working car paying less then $400.00. I would and do recommend this place. We will most likely give them our business again. Thank you firestone!

I found Mike and Dave to be very personable and found myself feeling as if Ive known them forever. Mike especially made my experience enjoyable. I look forward to going back this afternoon for my new tires.We all get a feeling of accomplishment when we find THAT service provider who you find to be totally reliable and good. You know the feeling as in my plumber, my electrician, my mechanic or my tire guy. Mike & Dave are going up on the refrigerator.

For over a year I spent hundreds of dollars trying to figure out what was draining my battery. No one could tell me or find the issue. BUT today firestone was able to tell me AND I didn’t even take it in for that! So not only did they resolve the issues that I originally brought it in for but fixed an issue that I didn’t even tell them about. I’m so happy with the service provided you will never know! Thank you so much for everything!

After suspicion’s of being overcharged I filed a complaint with fire stone tire. It was investigated and they determined I was def. overcharged... I was overcharged double the amount for tie rods and double the amount for labor. They did end up refunding me 95 dollars of the 525 dollars I originally spent. For an alignment and 2 inner tie rods replaced. This shouldn’t have been something i had to worry about. How many others we’re over charged and didnt look into it.

I have always gone to Firestone. Even today with a simple problem, I could fixed myself, help was given, while having a busy office. Great place!

Ive had some limited experience with them with front end alignments and the experience wasnt too bad. My son, on the other had, took his car there and the experience was very bad. He was given an estimate of $1200 over the phone. He originally gave them the go ahead. I talked to him and questioned if the car was worth the expense and suggested that he call and ask them to wait and give him the weekend to think about it and hed call back on Monday morning with a decision. He did so, called and asked for the weekend to decide. He was told that sounded good, as the parts werent in yet, anyway. He thought about and decided the car wasnt worth putting $1200 into. Monday morning, he called around looking for a salvage yard who could pick up the car. He called Firestone to let them know someone was coming by to pick up the car and was told that it was too late, that the repairs had already been done. They told him no one had any recollection of him calling and asking them to wait. He told them he has proof on his phone, showing that he called and talked to someone. He was then told that they record all phone conversations, so they have proof. He asked to get a copy of that phone conversation. After some back and forth, oops, that particular call was made on the line that wasnt being recorded. How convenient! The classic, our word against yours. The bill was paid, just to end the ordeal. This place will get no more business from us and Ill be sure to spread the word, to whomever will heed the warning; dont do anything over the phone with this place.

Dave is an excellent guy. Very kind and helpful. Great at his job. They always do a great job and get my vehicle fixed!

I brought in an F150 for an overall fluid change, oil change, tires, alignment and inspection. A representative named Bill helped me. The experience couldnt have been better. Everyone was professional, Bill took time to carefully explain the issues and summarize their findings, they finished the work promptly, and their prices were reasonable. Id definitely return.

Long story short - Broke down on 96 headed home to the Detroit area. Had my vehicle towed to this location. As a walk in customer these men were more than accommodating. They were friendly, informative and quick. They gave me all the details of the issue & got me back on the road in less than two hours. Highly impressed and more than thankful! Would definitely recommend for any vehicle crisis!

Was told it would take 60-90 minutes. Actually took almost 3 hours with little communication about why, until I was checking out.

Was trying to charge me almost 3,000 for work I knew was cheaper... ended up getting it done elsewhere for a little over $800. Pay attention to what theyre trying to charge you....

The store is fantastic. The greatest assest are the employees. The manager is the leader. His demeanor and knowledge are great. He listens, acknowledges, offers assistance, alternatives. Really makes you feel at ease. Hes believable. Which says alot.I feel very comfortable taking his advice.

Ive been taking my work & personal vehicles here for 15+ years, and they do a fantastic job. I always get a thorough explanation of everything getting done, always get a friendly greeting, and always get the problems solved/work completed in a timely fashion. I wouldnt think of taking a vehicle of mine anywhere else.

I had bad alternator in my Honda Accord making us stay overnight at Norton Shores on our way to Metro Detroit from Muskegon.Firestone was the only shop open on Memorial Day who could fix my car. They understood my problem over the phone and ensured that they got the part ready before I arrived there as my car could have stopped any time on my way to them as battery was discharging fast.They fixed my car after inspecting it thoroughly. They explained the inspection report to me before starting the work on it. They showed me the damaged part after the work was done.The associate (sorry I forgot his name) at the counter was very informative. All this made sure that I reached my home well within time without much hassle.

Have tried making appointments on multiple occasions and get emails the day before, or day of, saying they canceled it.

Told me to come back in two hours to pick up tire, returned two hours later and they were locked up and closed. Missed a day of work due to lack of information. Second Star is because they are dog friendly. Thats a plus.

Always have great service and fair prices. Dont buy tires without checking here first.

Blacks people can’t pay with a debit card with giving them your vin number? I was getting tries for my dad and was told I need the vin number and plate number cause of frauds reasons. Went to Belle Tire and didn’t have to provide vin number or nothing! Just my ID cause I used Debit.

I, was just a little annoyed that they would want to charge me twenty bucks to tighten a loose battery post instead of just tightening it.What really gets me is they let us leave with it still loose in cold weather conditions which could have affected starting our car at any given time!!! Shame on you😡

When I told them what was wrong with my vehicle the guy started talking to my mother and I as if we were 10 and then told us wed need full vehicle diagnostic and engine diagnostic and it would be about $200 for them to simply tell us what they needed to work on
