Ordered furniture. Was told 6 months. They never once called with an update at any given time. We had to ask for updates. When we finally got told it arrived it was only part of it and was asked to accept the Floor model to complete the order. No apologize or ANYTHING to show they cared. When delivered the guys left it out from walls and did not test the electrical mechanism. Wife went to ask them to move it into proper position and test it but they had left.... They did not offer to wear a mask.(Covid) They never did wear one!!!. Security cameras show it all.. There lucky I wasnt home!

Our delivery guys were very nice and efficient with their work. They offered to help us move our old furniture to the basement, and although it wouldnt fit down the stairs, we still greatly appreciate their willingness to help. The furniture we ordered is of great quality as well.

Sales rep, Randy, was great. Let us wander throughout the store. Would check up on us every so often. If he wasnt available when we needed him we just found chairs, seating and waited for him to find us. Very low pressure. He had no problem when we changed our mind on a chair. Opting for a different pair. We ordered two chairs and two side tables.Thanks Randy for a wonderful experience.

We just moved to the area from out of state and need all new furniture. We loved this store and the customer service. There are many options, styles and price ranges to choose from. We got a couch and looked for other stores for dressers and other items and ultimately went back to Lanlois for those!

Great place to Furnish your whole house. Has alot of accessories to had class to your living area. Very friendly n helpful sales persons as well. Bought a few items myself.

Pretty, well laid out store. Excellent furniture. Was shopping for loveseats, overstuffed chairs and mattresses. Was NEVER greeted nor acknowledged. We were walking around a half hour. Sales people just looked through us. We left. So many pieces Id like to get, but I dont know what the delivery options are, if these items are available right after purchase or if they are months out for delivery. I dont know. I DONT KNOW! because the sales people were in zombie-land. Maybe I will go back. Maybe. For ideas. If Im greeted, I might purchase.

We ordered furniture back in March, both arrived several weeks later with defects (bad quality control). They couldn’t be used, so we sent it back and reordered the set. They said it would be 14 weeks. That would have been late July/early August (we are now mid-September) and they keep moving to date back. Still no furniture. It’s been one thing after another. Our first experience with Langlois and not impressed. Definitely won’t be recommending them to anyone. I get things are a bit of of whack due to the current co-vid situation, but this is excessive.UPDATE: Now they are saying I have to wait til mid November for my furniture. I told them to cancel the order and give my money back. They are currently giving us the run around, not wanting to give us our full amount back. Its been a nightmare. I dont recommend them at all.

Thought I would just look at Lazy-boys and get a general sense of style and price... but ended up getting one immediately because they seem to sell them as fast as they get them.

I purchased a Lazy Boy recliner over $1000.00 in less than a year one of the arms broke off. I called said they would be out Friday to fix it. They called without coming out told me they couldn’t fix it and had to order a new arm which still on order. I am left with $1000.00 unusable chair with no help insight. I would have thought LazyBoy and Langlois would stand behind the products they make and sell but I assumed wrong but the last time I will.

Bought a couch and the delivery guys couldnt get it in. They throw our old couch off our balcony. Went in to tell them what happen and to get another couch because we had nothing to sit on. The lady at the desk was very rude to us. Finally found another couch and was told couldnt get it until Thursday that was Friday. On. June 6th we got the new couch deliver but yet again the delivery guys couldnt get it in so the left our couch out in our apartment complex hallway and left. Very unhappy customer.Update was supposed to get the other part of our furniture in July. They called a few days ago and said the other piece was in. Will never go here again.

I was on a mission to get a mattress and checked everywhere (Mattress Firm, Menards, JCPenney) and Langlois came through for me as they always do. Next time I will just start there.

Langlois furniture offers a good selection of furniture but the customer service is poor and unreliable. I ordered a customized Amish bed in November. I was told that it would take a few months to come in since it was a custom order. We hadnt heard anything in couple of months so I called for an update on when the bed would arrive and no one could locate the order. When the salesperson we worked with finally called me back, it took her a long time to find the order and come to find out she never submitted it. Even after all this, they failed to remedy the situation. Bottom line, I would not recommend going to Langlois.

Found the exact chair we have been looking for, it will be on the next truck in four weeks.

I was able t find the furniture I needed. Staff had to assist others while I was looking, consequently, I did have to do some waiting. However I did find a shelving unit I needed while waiting. They worked with me to set up a delivery date and time.

All sales people were with other customers....but not one even said hello, we will be right with you. I went out to my vehicle and came back in and was ignored a second time....I was in the store for almost an hour and no one even acknowledged me.

Langlois is a nice place. Clean and friendly not overly which is a good thing. A lil expensive. One chair I sat in was 900.00 it was very comfortable but I noticed it kind of sunk down toward the back of the chair. Can you imagine what that chair would be like in a yr from now. No thank you

Excellent customer service!! I ordered a beautiful sectional, only to find out it wouldn’t fit through my door. Was totally embarrassed but the delivery guys were super sweet about it and I went back to the store to find one that would fit through my door. We now have a beautiful sectional that creates a nice, homey feel in our new house.

I purchased a Lazy Boy Power Recliner from Langlois in Muskegon, May 17. I noticed the seat looked worn it was the only power model available under $850. My husband had hip surgery May 20 he needed it during his recovery. The Sales Woman Laurie said she would order the seat replacement and it would arrive in 2 weeks. I called her after 2 weeks and she was short with me and said it was being made, and could take a month. I was told the recliner was new, However we I think I was lied to and it was a floor mode why else would it be worn and squeak when we use it as a rocker? When the replacement piece wasn’t in by week 3, I asked Langlois to order us a brand new recliner and take this chair back. It has a warranty. They ignored my requests. It took a month for the seat to come in. I’m waiting to find out if the delivery truck will bring it to our house. I paid $60 for delivery on the chair. So I don’t see why not. Waiting this long for the chair to be repaired to top condition would have affected my decision to buy it.Now we are stuck with a used squeaking $800 recliner. If the replacement seat doesn’t match in color when it comes I will have to pursue the matter of obtaining a refund through my credit card company.Disappointed with the quality overall.

Went there to look at new living room furniture. Associates were polite and helpful but the selections were sparse as most (75% or so) were marked either sold or over sold. Associates explained that it was the pandemic causing an extreme slowdown in the supply chain. Upon finding a suitable chair that was marked with the over sold sticker we found out that it really didnt mean anything. The associate said that it just meant that they didnt have it in stock. Ok lets order one..... Ahhhh ok we can get it in the color and fabric you want as long as you can wait until mid-March of 2021.... 4 months... thanks anyway. So if you can wait ⅓ of a year or more fir delivery go check then out.

Good amount of inventory; unless youre looking for traditional furniture.Found a chair, apparently marked down from $1,700 to $999! It was a nice chair but, not for that kind of money.In the past, wed spent $1,600 each on lift chairs for my parents and a recliner for $600.Not sure what has happened to there pricing but, there are better prices elsewhere.

Always a nice store to shop. Good Selections and good prices as well. Fun fact: Their prices were better than the Mega store liquidation sale price. (Without pushy sales folks) Salesmen are friendly, not overbearing

I have been here twice to purchase my furniture. I love the environment. When you walk in, you arent attacked by a nosey salesman. They also dont treat you like just a number. They really do consider your needs and try and work with you. I loved that they price matched without hesitation. Great business!

The entire experience with Langlois has been the best. The initial assistance and sales experience was straight forward and such that our needs and satisfaction were obviously important. The delivery was timely and done carefully by courteous professionals. We bought La Z Boy furniture, and it seems to be of very good quality. And, we like that we have a place now where we can simply get all the furnitings we need.

First time in store and I loved it. There was so much to choose from and they helped me find the perfect set. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We have been buying our appliances from Langlois for at least a couple decades and we dont go anywhere else for expensive appliances. About 12 years ago we needed a new refrigerator STAT (it was just before Thanksgiving). We ordered the one we wanted from Langlois and the store delivered a loaner (a brand new scratch & dent) that we used until our fridge came in. I will NEVER forget that kind of customer service.

Happy with my new mattress n box spring.Vary comfortable and Im getting a much better sleep. Price was just wight, and the staff was vary helpful and friendly.Twin mattress shown here come from Langlois. The daybed from on line at a nother site. The two seated love seat is electric recline with adapter to plug in your cell phone. Vary vary nice love my two seater recliner.

Furniture is not quality. Our leather sofa is peeling less than 4 years after buying. The warranty that they sold us doesn’t cover peeling leather. They offered to send a technician out for a fee of $75 to look at our furniture. We already paid $300 for warranty. No thank you. We will buy furniture elsewhere.
