I have bought several appliances here. My new stove didnt work. The repair guy was a bully. He never addressed in any way the fact that oven wasnt cooking. He tried to convince me there was no problem by not letting me say anything, by talking over me. I called in a different repair man, who actually agreed with Seaways guys basic diagnosis, but he also had a reasonable explanation for the problem I had, and talked to me as if I was a sentient human. Seaways repairman made me very much never want to deal with them again.

Staying local (non-big box), I bought a dish washer from Seaway 3 1/2 months ago (January). After installation, I found one of the wheel trolleys for the lower rack was cracked. Seaway ordered a new one from the mfgr - then crickets. I called back at 1 month, then 2 months - this little part is still not in. Never got a call, never received a customer service apology. It will be 4 months in May and Seaway has not even bothered to give me a call. Taking my business elsewhere.

I received the best service ever! I had just come from all of the other big box stores and was on my way home when I remembered stop at Seaway Appliance. Not only did they have exactly what I wanted in the correct color, but it was in stock and cheaper then anything else Id looked at! On top of that they delivered it the next day. I was so embarrassed that I went to Grand Rapids and back, and the best place I found was literally a few miles from my house. Most definitely recommend.

I got all my appliance there. Excellent service and they have repair personal. And real quality appliances.

Service guy did nothing to try and fix our 3 year old washing machine. Didn’t even check underneath. Quoted a new motor and “capacitator” for $435. It’s “capacitor” by the way. I don’t think he knew how to look up the error codes. I fixed it my self for $88 plus his service fee of $69. I tried to go local but they are their worst enemy.

I went in to there store a bought all new Maytag appliances in December 2019 the guy that placed my order said I would have a 2 to 3 week wait to get them in Olmsted 5 months later I Finley received all my appliances I spent around 8 thousand dollars Now here I am 2 months later my wall mount oven already quit working !!! I called them and they said I need to call another company to do the warranty work what a joke I would never recommend them to anyone the worst customer service I have ever experienced I will be Contacting the Better Business Bureau don’t never shop there

My mom came in because her dryer was having problems and she needed it repaired. They gave her a number of a repair man. It was the number of Sex OFFENDER who molested a girl!!!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!! IT NEVER OCCURRED TO THESE PEOPLE TO DIVULGE THIS INFORMATION!! My daughter was there while we were at work. So then when my mother came back in after having found this information out and the lady that works there SMILED AT HER!! Your a small business that thrives on there consumers. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE THAT NEEDED HELP WITH REPAIRS UNLESS YOUR OK WITH SEX OFFENDERS COMING INTO YOUR HOME!!

You might find a better price at a big box store but cannot match their service. Let me give you a situation that took place on a Friday afternoon. We were packing for vacation and our full 21 cubic foot chest freezer malfunctioned. We called for service and in one hour they were here. long store short needed to replace freezer. We called the store, went in and picked one out and they arranged to deliver it that same day. Because of them we didnt loose one item and could go on vacation with no worries. Always buy all our appliances from them for this very reason.

Price is way to high you guys want between $1200 to $1300 for a set of Amana washer and Dryer .. you can get the same ones at Abc warehouse and HomeDepot for under $1000

HORRIBLE! The salesmen Zig only cared about the sale. I called after our units were installed and he was so rude to me. I had a question on pricing and he literally told me I do this everyday and you are lying. I would never reccomend them to anyone. I paid $350 more for their customer service and to shop local and I will never make that mistake again.

I would give zero stars if possible. We purchased a top of the line washer and dryer from Zig. We like to shop local and realize i might be a little more expensive. Within one day 5 days of our purchase we saw the same units for $350 less than what we paid. Factored in full delivery, install and tax and it was a $200 difference . I called to see if there was anything we could do since we are starting a family and $200 is alot. He was so rude. He trash talked the other business, told me I was wrong and they are liars. Then said there was nothing he could do because we got a good deal and basically hung up. I wasnt thrilled with his attitude when we were shopping there and that should of been my red flag. I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND them or him. He is a salesperson and sales are all be cares about.
