Visited this location yesterday afternoon because I needed to do something with my account that required me to go to an AT&T store. When I approached the doors, the doors were locked. I looked at the hours of operation and they were suppose to be open till 8:00pm...it was only 5:45pm. I saw only one rep helping a customer inside. When he was finishing with the customer he must of called on someone in the back because another rep came out. At that point, the rep who was helping the customer finally came to the door to inform me that due to staffing, they were already closed and told me that the closest store was the one by the Temecula Promenade. Poor customer service! He didn’t even ask me what I needed to do and that point he could have told me what the rep at the Temecula location told me and saved me gas and my time.

This is definitely a store I feel comfortable visiting. It was easy to make an appointment and they were very very careful. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst service ever! Went to switch my boyfriend phone from metro to AT&T the rep LC was so into texting on her personal phone she act like our questions was bothering her texting. At one point she told my boyfriend to “ just download app and you can figure it out yourself” . I asked for manger and was told “ he not here” no business card or hours to reach him . This is my 2nd time there and both experiences have been awful . They are so into there texting when you walk in it’s like a library- everybody’s head down and reading not good customer service at all!!!!!

Visited att store murrieta..to get a new smart phone..i am a customer for many years..i asked several questions..about what phone would be the best for my budget and specifications of different phones..well..NO PHONES TO DISPLAY!!!only the most expensive samsung..so..in the store..i had to pick one of some.. ..only online..its so hard..but..thanks God..i always do my ..research ..online first..the worst answer you can have from a ...customer service person...is i dont know...!!! well if they dont know..Who knows ??so i took action..and decided to buy one..50 dlls..only in taxes...and with a card...no asertive language..for an old customer..and old aged too..what a cold kind of training these persons have...oh..blame to the Virus..!!!So frustrating..really..!!!😧😮😶its

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Second and last bad experience.. They told me it was a short 40 min wait. I get a text saying I was next. 5 people are sitting down getting help. The staff goes from 5 to 2 people. Then someone goes before me when I was next. This is because they had an appointment. Fine, but being told it was only 40 mins wait and 2 hours of waiting later I get a call saying they are ready. Wasted my Saturday afternoon. The staff goes from 5 to 2 people while a few of us are waiting outside. No consideration at all for peoples time.

Kat was UNBELIEVABLY helpful to my father and I. We needed her to help us with two different transactions and she was very informative, helpful, and compassionate towards our problems. She was providing perfect and exceptional service to us through the hours we spent together. We felt so connected to her that we felt comfortable enough to share recent personal information with her. This store and at&t as a whole is a joke. The manager Michael when I got my phone there a couple of months ago said he would help me get a phone and said Ill do a little trick to get you the phone never said anything about putting me on a business account, adding a tablet that i never asked about or received and telling me there would be a $500 down payment (never paid the down payment but having him add the tablet is currently screwing me over) I wouldnt have gone with at&t if he was being truthful when I was there instead of doing his own thing. Also the service and customer support is terrible. They will not fix the issue but keep transferring me all over the place and also breaking up or I cant hear them because it sounds like static or keeps going in and out on the call.

Don’t Trust them, what they tell you at this store when you switching to AT&T whatever they saidTell them to write it down as statement otherwise they will rip you off, Because I trusted them when I was switching my number from Verizon to AT&T I was told your bill for 2 line would be $112 +Tex if set up Auto pay when time comes to the bill AT&T charged my account $265.94, I came to the store to find out why my bill is $265.94 instead of $112 Which I was told by Samantha when I was switching to AT&T Do you have me sit outside the store and nobody even talk with me to sort out what’s going on with my bill so please don’t trust this store
