Terrible service. Half the time the store is closed with a paper posted saying Be back shortly in highlighter. We waited for 2 hours since we needed to activate a phone before giving up. Whoever manages this store needs to monitor its employees. Ill be posting on Yelp, too.

Edit... After the blow person reached out to me to email them I tried to reach out to them three times.And until this day I have not heard anything back.I will also be submitting a report to the better Business bureau.The people in the store lie lie lie lie. Replacement phone took 4 week, said they called and left voicemails ... odd that I do not have one single voicemail from the STORE and have voicemails from others dating back to March.... DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE FOR ANY REASON, please do yourself a favor and stay away from this one. Pay a little extra and go to a better company. I sure will

100 Stars for Angel :)I hardly make reviews/comments in any establishments that Ive been, but on the night of 12.01.2020, is an exception.I wanna point out that this review is for Metro by T-Mobile located at Madison Ave., Murrieta right across Smart & Final/Best Buy.My hubby & I wanted to merge our account: I am already at Tmobile while Hes in Sprint w/ a couple of family members we would like to take with us. Our main issue is paying so much money for phones that we hardly used the data because we have wifi at work and wifi at home. We go nowhere with this pandemic.Weve been to 2 T mobile stores, 1 Verizon store and we got frustrated because they couldnt merge us into one account because the other old account is owned by another family member, who already authorized us to do everything with the said account. We settled all obligations already in both sides, so I really believe there should be any problem, except finding an experienced, knowledgeable employee to do the job with a big heart for his customers...and that guy is ANGEL. From the name itself, Hes a Godsend!He patiently and painstakingly calling both network and being on the phone long time, in speaker, and while serving us, He was able to serve other customers who are coming in for some minor transactions. After an hour or so, he was able to port in all our 4 phones without changing our phone numbers! After everything is done, we were jumping for joy! that finally we got it done! On top of that, We got a great deal for our phone lines.It takes one passionate employee to do the job because He cares! while the rest of the guys that weve been to, just told us to change our numbers, they cannot do it because the account is owned by somebody else(even we have authorization), that we have to call customer service in sprint, that we have to do it online...etc...etc...all of them doesnt make sense to us! All of these guys that weve been to, they do not want to do extra work. They know that if they have to cater us, they have to be on the phone for hours...and they dont wanna do that, they just wanna go home (since we usually come after work hours).To Angel, I know you wont be in this establishment for long, I say Good luck and God bless in your career path. May you find happiness and peace in every working environment that you go.Thank you so much for your help. My hubby and I really appreciate it. My prayers. :)

!!!BEWARE!!! Anyone who is gonna go to this store make sure you know what you are paying for before you pay it these people that work here are very dirty they will say you are getting a case or screen protector for free with your purchase but that is not true at all dont fall for this trick these people have no dignity at all they will lie just to get a couple bucks extra in commission. Just remember you never get any type of accessories for free check your receipts before leaving the store!!! Again the people that work here are very dirty!

Bethany at this store is AMAZING!I cannot thank Bethany enough for her patience, expertise and amazing customer service!I came into the store in distress because my phone had a close encounter with WATER... While I was completely freaked out gazing at my life in pieces all over the countertop, Bethany remained calm and confident!Bethany took care of EVERYTHING... After the HAPPY dance, I left the store with a smile on my face as she fixed EVERYTHING. Bethany went way out of her way to make a MetroPCS customer very happy!I hope corporate and all management knows what an amazing employee she is. Bruce Western your post made me feel like i was not the only one who felt unworldly worthless when i delt with that guy ricky at Madison metro pcs in Murrieta. I go there all the time and most everyone makes it a pleasure to go. The way he childishly put on a smug cockey demeanor really made me want to resort to my old ways and put him back in the high school days for a day when is chores were somewhere up around his shoulder region. That counter is not a moat Ricardo and Im not Lucy... I didnt get out to deal with punks like that when Im paying my hard earned money for respect of business. If I ever going there again that guy better be yes sir no sir or my whole life will stop being devoted to anything but making sure he has everything he needs to be comfortable on a day-to-day basis even if it means I have to sit at his bedside and feed him through a straw. Ill be that kind of nice guy to him, watch your attitude Rick. Bethany you were amazing every time thank you so much for making my experience so great that I can let this go love you Metro! Just do an employee training on how to treat your customers thanks and thanks for doing so good keep up the good work

I was treated so rudely i was shocked, it was something to cast for a movie the way the emploeyee Ricardo made me a long devoted coustomer feel like i was a stray or diseased dog being criticized out of the establishment I ignorantly wandered into. I asked for information and service for the means i had available. Maybe i was not up to current metro workings this month, or maybe i was having a slow day processing information. Regardless as a 10+year loyal coustomer i expected to be held with the same courtesy as a first time metro coustomer... With importance and without fear of ridicule. Employee Ricardo not only mocked me when i mentioned a better deal i got the prior month, he openly pointed to the direction of the door when my level of tone was mild at best. I became enraged once i asked a price quote for a valid option and without looking at the computer but at me with a crooked smirk Ricardo disorderly rattled his fingers across the key board and said about the full price of a new phone. (My question was the price of a sim card+minimum 30$plan for a phone i privided). I left with the intent to turn my fridnds/loved ones away from metro. But i love metro and wont let a ripped off leach ruin my amazing relatilnship with metro. I will never return to this store. I will file many more complaints higher up(never have i wasted time like this complaining) this was that apauling. Shame on you Ricky( he was reluctant to give me his name, until I asked to make a purchase, again, wrong for a place you trust to conduct professional business). Shame on you. Temecula metro gave me full trust and concer back. They suggested i not take this act lightly. $9,765 spent with metro since they began. Im only 32... beware of that store, other employees watching seemed amused at my belittled and mocked bullying of Ricardo.

I ordered a Metro PCS phone of a Samsung Galaxy Core Prime a month ago. All of a sudden, the camera on the phone doesnt work. It froze whenever I tried to take a picture. I went to this store for the employee lady to check out my phone. I asked her if it could possible be an issue with the storage space. She doesnt know and then suggested that the store will order me a replacement new phone of the same kind. I asked her if she has an extra battery for the replacement phone so that she can transfer all my photos and contacts through blue tooth connection. She said yes, we have an extra battery; well give you a call once we receive your replacement phone. I came back to the store a week later and the lady wasnt there, instead, there was an employee guy. The employee guy said we dont have an extra battery for the replacement phone so that we can transfer your contacts and photos to the replacement phone using blue tooth wireless connection. In my opinion, those staff members at that store needs to get their communication straight. The employee guy tried transferring the photos and contacts to the SD card, and then transferred the SD card to the replacement phone. All of a sudden, SD card got damaged and I lost all of my contacts and photos. And I was pissed!! The employee guy at the store is such a dumbass. Now I have to redo everything again and I cannot get my photos back!

Worst customer service they don’t even know how to talk with Custumer and how to take care of Customer I was there to open account with MetroPCS so I can use MetroPCS service for my family plan but when I see their service they provided the store then I change my mind To stay away MetroPCS because the kind of kind of service they provide Will make you not to come to MetroPCS very impolite customer service
