I had originally given a good stat rating beaded one my initial visit. Unfortunately, the salesman lied about my service and fees and now because I didn’t discover the lies in time so I’m not stuck paying something I never wanted. Oh and they won a contest for all the money they ripped me off for.

Mary Ann was amazing! She got me the military plan after inquiring about my service. She also complemented me numerous times for being an army veteran, and the plan saved us $40 a month. She was knowledgeable and helped us with the best promotions so that we got 2 iPhone 12 with our trade-ins. Great experience! I highly recommend.

Do not go to this Tmobil they ere the worse. I went in to get an upgrade. The girl that was helping us ask us if we wanted accessories we said no. Than I notice her putting on a screen protector and I tell her we didn’t want it. Than she tells us is ok I’m giving it to you. Now I see on my bill that she put it on a financial agreement. I am so angry so I call the store and ask to speak to manager or corporate. They put me on hold and now they won’t answer my calls I been calling for an hour. Don’t let them trick you don’t trust what they say.

I had a horrible experience at this place yesterday. We wanted to go from at and t to tmobile since we heard that tmobile offers seniors a better rateThe sales rep Christian said it would take about an hour to transfer service and have phone service. He couldnt get the phones to work allegedly because at and t wouldnt release the phones. Than he said if we got him a copy of our phone bill they would pay off our phone. Anyways we had no phone service for hours. We ended up going to at and t and learned that it takes 24 to 48 hours to transfer phone service. We just kept our service with at and t after learning the truth. I spent all day at tmobile and at and t and tmobile wants to charge me a restocking fee for a pho e my husband was going to settle for!!!!!!!!

Went in here today to upgrade my phone. I was in this place for over 30 min before someone helped me. A couple of the male employees were just chatting with each other and their family members instead of helping me. The lady who did finally help me was very nice and helpful. Probably wont be going back because of those employees unfortunately.

I went in yesterday to upgrade my phone and smart watch. The lady was very helpful and helped me with my pre-order for the new phone with no issues. However her and the store manager tried upselling me to a watch that I do not want because they were currently sold out of the one I wanted. I understand sales quotas (I work in sales too), but it felt like they were not listening to my overall needs to understand that I *wanted* the smaller watch for a reason. I ended up going to Best Buy and got the watch I wanted there instead. I have been a Tmobile customer for many years now, and it was the first time I have ever felt like they were trying to sell my something.

FALSE Advertisement!!!!! Traded in my phone NEVER got the rebate!!! Only to be questioned and told by customer service that promotion had ended a week after I purchased my phone. Yet the store representative told us they had a promotion if we traded in my phone. I have never experienced this with a phone company before, simply ridiculous!!!!!

Best cellular store Ive ever been to. And you can imagine how many cellular stores Ive been to since my 1st cell phone in the late 1980s. I switched to T-Mobile on my 1st store visit after a very knowledgeable salesman, Paul, sold me over the phone the day before.

Had a terrible experience at this location, staff is extremely lazy and careless. I was told to come back because an hour and a half isn’t enough time to buy a new phone ? Wow. The person helping me just picked a random color of the phone I asked for then told me it’s basic and doesn’t make a difference. Don’t waste your time here. I walked out in frustration. Take your business to another location that would appreciate it more.

I went into this Store to upgrade my phone and Paul helped me out. My phone had a black screen and I couldn’t see anything. I backed up all my stuff on iCloud so I knew I could go in get a phone and be able to log in and recover my stuff. Paul said I couldn’t use their WiFi to back up my stuff and all he wanted to do is sell me stuff. He kept pitching things and I kept saying no. I also told him I didn’t want insurance on my phone and 3 days later I get a text that my insurance was set! First off he was lazy for not helping me transfer my stuff and second, how dare him put insurance after I said no. I actually work for Verizon and there’s no way I would let my guest leave unhappy. I take my time helping instead of trying to make more sales because this is the outcome that comes out of that.

Exceptional service. Even though corporate policy changed and they are required to use a company provided diagnostic tool, they did so quickly and also was able to explain the process. My phone was found to be defective, and they expedited the process for replacement as fast as they could doing the work in store, so I was saved a customer support call. All while being courteous, and dare I say entertaining while assisting me. I would recommend this store, and T-Mobile to anyone.

AWFUL. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING...Took over a month to get a 60 refund back that I ended up having to come back in store to get anyways. Girl that helped me had no idea what she was doing. Gave me 3 different prices. I will never be a customer with TMobile.

Had a very poor customer service experience at this store. Employee broke my wifes screen protector and then referred us to their phone Customer Service to get a replacement. I spent 40 minutes on the phone only to get an offer for half the value of the 1-month old screen protector. Fortunately, the manufacturer of the screen protector replaced it in a < 3-minute phone call - no questions asked. T-Mobile needs to think about the impact of this kind of experience on customer retention. We will absolutely consider this negative experience in making future mobile carrier decisions.

VERY SLOW CUSTOMER SERVICE! But price is half of Verizon. Still kinda wish I stayed with Verizon (how much is your time worth?). Ive already experienced some dead spots in the city of Temecula. Not even in a rural area (Killarneys). Been over a month and Im not even properly entered into the system for the promotional rebate Im supposed to get that I spent over an hour with people at this office location to start the account and it wasnt done correctly which is why I have to go back to the office in the first place. Incompetent staff, short staffed, genuine I dont care attitude...unless of course you make an appointment, which the availability of appointments is not mentioned anywhere on their website. I even talked to a staff member on the phone before coming in...did not mention I should make an appointment. After wasting nearly an hour of my lunch time I left the store. Spoke to Manager Maria later...she had plenty of excuses and suggested I make an appointment. I tried to make an appointment with her directly because I wanted to be sure the problem got fixed correctly...she tried to pawn me off to the guy that did the original screw up, but I insisted to get someone more knowledgeable, she again refused to speak with me directly and set up an appointment with her assistant manager. So now I have an appointment. Well see how that goes.

Manager Julie refused to check imie on a t-mobile phone to see if it was clear. She stated the they dont do that after having me wait 20 minutes. I told her theyve always provided that customer service in the past- and she proceeded to argue with me. I decided not to buy a new phone from this location...ever!

You have to wait for ever to get someone to help you.Really rude customer service.T-Mobile should look over this store and close it or make the owner hire more people not be a Cheapo. Try to avoid going there. It took more than one hour and finally end up going home with not even anyone tried to help.

Always a wait :( and typically only 2 people on and both times I went people were breaking for lunch and changing of the guards was in play. I was greeted immediately but with a youre 3rd in line.. My phone crashed and went dark where I couldnt see anything but a blue light that it was on. I had to pay $175 insurance even though it was the device itself that broke and not the crack on the back that I myself did trying to get the battery out. The over the phone service is much better than in person service. Not a lot of one on one.. how are you today, how are we doing, etc.Then went back for my sons phone and they had again only 2 people on but more helpful and friendly. I upgraded to a better score.

Niko the manager is the worst manager and liar he said I had to put 80% down on a phone with my credit class for my business because I would not let them run my personal credit but yet I went to another store and I only put tax and 10% down . If you are a new small business dont even bother its not worth it. I cannot believe this guy. Also he said remarks about how my business credit class is the worst they have and yet 3 other stores I called including Temecula stated that for a business my credit was the best . Personal and business credit are different . So maybe he needs to just get retrained. When Tmobile runs credit it shows up as a hard inquiry Im buying a two houses and did not want any inquiries on my credit . But he could have been honest and said he just prefers me to put that amount down not that I have to and all the extra stuff he added. I waited for about an hour to be seen here as well. Or if you do go then dont go with him there.

First time at this store was told I would be next. Then the salesman went on break waited another 5 minutes and I walked rt over to starbucks. The salesman was their on his break he noticed me and asked how it went I told him and he said what plan I should get. So I went back over still no help after 10 min. I left again. They werent even busy.

Employees at this location are more interested in upselling you, rather then dealing with the actual reason youre in the store. Been to this location 3xs & had the same experience. I like T-Mobile but would not recommend this location.Upgraded my account to T-Mobile one, it was supposed to be in effect starting on my next billing cycle. When my bill reset on the 17th I lost my LTE connection, I called 611 (customer care) & they informed me that no changes were made to my account.

Horrible experience and customer service I have ever received in all my years being a loyal t mobile customer if I could give them 0 starts I would. I went into the store to pre order the Note 7, which I thought I was getting. After signing the paperwork online and logging into my account I noticed the guy at the t mobile store ordered the Note 5 for some stupid reason and on top of it all he charges me $170.00 saying I will receive my new phone on the 18th no later than the 19th. After I notice the mistake, I called the 611 number and I was told that they couldnt help me that I had to go into the store and have them correct the problem. Went to the t mobile store again thats located on Murrieta hot springs, for the manager to tell me there was nothing she could do for me and it was simply human error. Seriously, thats the best you as a manager could come up with just amazing. A manager that supposed to know the rules and regulations about the 14 day t mobile return policy, well I guess she didnt. She has no business being a manager, her rudeness and incompetence was uncalled for . It was an easy fix that she just didnt want to deal with, and didnt have a clue on how to fix the mistake. Our family will not return to that store again, we rather go to the one in temecula they seem more competent than the one on Murrieta hot springs.
