I transferred my car to Service King after trying nearby Caliber Collision and another company. I am SO GLAD I did! I have never had any company so professional and work so hard before! Service King went way above and beyond my expectations in quality of work, amount of work, and cost. About every two days, they sent me a text with an update. Integrity and reliability off the charts. Beyond pleased and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
Wow...most people dont realize that Service King (chain) bought out the original owner (1st Class Collision). Been using them through Mercury for over 10 years with no complaints. Now, Service King is the most dysfunctional business Ive dealt with. Can not call shop directly, instead get patched through a central office...kept getting patched to Marietta, Georgia 4 times and wasted 30 mins. No wonder the top accessors and painters left. SK treats you like take a number and wait your turn. The service manager JAVIER is just as NEGLECTFUL. Javier couldnt take 5 minutes to message me with a simple yes or no, had too call back 4 days later to find the answer from the receptionist!
I was happy and surprised at how soon my car was done after another car hit the back of my car. It’s no wonder that AAA sends people there for repairs. The place is easy to find and on a large well kept business district. And inside the office was so clean and decorated so nice for this holiday. The manager was so pleasant and with clipboard and key in hand he allowed plenty of time for my inspection. I would definitely use this place and be confident in any repairs. Thank you again.
Upon arriving at Service King I was met by a very nice young lady, Megan. She introduced herself with a smile and assured me my car would be in good hands. I left my car keys with her and returned home. Their communication with me was thorough via phone, text, and email to keep me updated. The service department, handled by Omar, was complete and respectful. My car was finished one day earlier than expected. Thank you Service King. By the way, their service is warrantied also.
After going and meeting the Team working on my truck. Mike Newell, Irving Santiago. Seem like good people. Treated me like a KING. So I was no longer upset about seeing my truck. I will reRATE them once my truck is done and then again after I have driven it a while.The Office & Shop are very CLEAN & ORGANIZED. It looks to me like they really know what they are doing. I had brought back my car to be re-done because there was an issue with the paint on the hood from the previous owner/company. I brought my car in a day after the accident. Wasnt expecting them to take it in immediately but they did. Will have to say that the ladies at the front desk were very friendly. One of the estimators, a guy name Ryan, took care of the estimate, and got to work on the car a day later. I wasnt expecting such quick service. Very pleased with the outcome. Very friendly and they definitely know their job. I would like to thank the general manager, Ryan Moore and Carrie at the front desk. Will definitely bring my cars back again and will spread the word about the great service receive.

SERVICE KING and CHRIS VALDEZ,Unfortunately, I needed to take my new truck in for repairs thanks to someone not tying down a load of lumber on the freeway. Chris was my service advisor and he walked me through the process. He made several calls during the process to keep me in loop of what was going on with the repairs. Once all my parts were in, painted, and ready for install, Chris personally came and picked up my truck on the install date. When the work was complete, again Chris personally returned it to me. I was very impressed with his level of professionalism and the repairs Service King provided.

Absolutely the best service Ive ever had. The got my car done super quick. Updated with texts all along the way. My new repair shop.
Not only did they extend the time of service by an additional two weeks but it is highly unlikely that a headlight comes in damaged 3+ times! And to top it off no less than a week later all systems malfunction come up do to a faulty removal and reatachment of the collision calibrator that cost me roughly 500 dollars out of pocket to fix.

This will be a two part report...First is the estimate and front desk service. Excellent Greeted with a positive and professional manner. The estimator was easy going and the first thing he said was I hope everybody was ok. He said the car is easy as long as everybody is fine. Listen folks I am a 30 year Insurance Auto and Home Claims Professional. My Estimator Chris Valdez could work at any of the A rated companies I have worked. Great Attitude and made sure my car was safely to operate. Realistic with time frame to repair the vehicle. I want it sooner but respect his honesty. So Far....Great...Next Report...The Repairs. I fill confident they will stay at 5 stars.

Our experience with 1st Class Collision was excellent! We were hit on the freeway and this was one of the shops AAA recommended. The shop is amazingly clean, professional, experienced, with amazing service. Our car is 12 years old and they managed to repair the damage and repaint, matching the metallic silver perfectly! You cant even tell it was ever in an accident. They worked very hard to keep the repair estimate within the insurance guidelines, which was difficult since the car was not worth a lot because of its age, without compromising the repair one bit. Were extremely happy with the results and would recommend this shop to anyone who wants their car to look perfect when its finished.
An excellent shop that has provided my family and I with fantastic service. I want to commend their associate Ryan, for being particularly helpful and of good cheer. The paint matches on my vehicle and the quality of the repair is excellent, like nothing happened.
Free estimates. Works directly with AAA insurance as a Premium Repair facility. They take the time to explain the work they need to perform and detailed estimate walk through. They make a good impression, even though the necessity of visiting a body shop is an undesirable experience.

Service King did an excellent repair on my Audi Q5 required from a rear end accident. When I subsequently had to return to repair a me bad bump, they fixed the dislocated panel GRATIS.Their customer service and attention to detail is first rate. Bravo Zulu!
Several years ago I had some work done on my car and they did an excellent work. Last year I recommended them to a friend of mine and it was an absolute nightmare. There were cigarette burns in his interior and he had to go back Several times to get the car correct. Stay Away
Horrible!!!I dropped off my vehicle for a back bumper repair after an accident. Within a few hours my husband got a call back saying the car was ready. My husband knew something was going to be wrong! Once I got the car, the paint on the bumper did not match the rest of the car. Moreover, the paint on one of the connecting panels looked scratchy, as if they had attempted to paint the bumper with the bumper on the car, it looked awful. They tried to fix the situation by putting me on a rental and keeping the vehicle for nearly 3 days this time! I found out that my car was ready because I called in and thats when I found out they were ONLY fixing the paint on the bumper... completely ignoring the sandy/scratchy paint on the side panel! Their GM said they did not touch the side panel, basically confirming that they didnt even TRY to Blend-in the new paint with the rest of the car. Either way something was done incorrectly.My husband KNEW the quote was ridiculously high as he had previously purchased custom made parts for his BMW and they were never as expensive as what 1st Class quoted, I didnt care too much because the insurance was going to cover the cost and EXPECTED 1ST CLASS service for such cost.Aside from this, I had to wait a few days to be able to pick up my car because they failed to upload the quote to the insurance company. I dont know how many times I had to call to ask them to PLEASE upload the estimate for the insurance company to waive my deductible!We will never bring any of our vehicles to this place! Not worth it!
Just picked up our car today. FINALLY. After 2 months without a car, HORRIBLE communication on their part 100%. We were in the middle of moving back up north and so gave them an extra month to repair my Honda Civic. Unfortunately due to their lack of communication, they informed us that the car would be ready the Friday before our move out date, (which was perfect) to our suprise they were closed due to the holiday. We stayed an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks in a hotel room nearby and we finally picked it up. The car is perfect, but I will definitely NOT be returning to this unprofessional place. -1/10 dont recommend.

Just a couple of days after the 4th of July 2017, my wife and were rear end while driving our 2013 Optima near where we live in Menifee. The following Saturday, we drove over to Service King after reading their reviews. The reviews turned out to be true. We were warmly greeted by staff and Matthew did a great job getting us started. We left the car there that same morning. Prior to leaving Matthew informed us when to expect the full quote to ready and his guestimate as to when the car will be ready. The quote came days later with expected completion date. Throughout the process I received weekly phone calls and text giving me repair status. Service King worked directly with my insurance company (AAA) and just as promised the car was completed on the given date and looks like new. I drove away happy with the entire process. Service King has my business for as long they can keep up the good customer service and outstanding work. I have no complaints. Thanks Service King. Greatly appreciate your help.

This is a letter of complaint regarding First Class Collision that we were referred to for our recent auto repair. Although the actual work appears to be satisfactory, the damage to the passenger side mirror is unacceptable. After three weeks of repairs, my wife picked-up our car and upon getting behind the wheel she adjusted the mirrors. She immediately noticed that she could not see out of the passenger side mirror and drove to the front parking lot and went inside and asked for Chris (the man who we talked with from time to time about the car). She told him that something was wrong with the mirror and he said that he would find out about it and left to talk with the ‘production manager’. Upon returning he said that the production manager reported that it was like that when it came in and that it had probably been like that for a couple of weeks. My wife disputed this to no avail. Later Chris called and left a message that he had talked with the paint department and they reported that the car did not have the paint baked on while on the car. I’m not sure what to make of that. The car is now unsafe to drive and sits in our garage except for short trips to the grocery store. Prior to the accident, I drove that car every day over 50 miles to and from work and would have had it repaired if it was in any way unusable. I am attaching a picture of the mirror taken the day after the car was repaired. It is hard to describe. The surface doesn’t feel smooth like glass and there are places that feel like it was picked at or chipped.I have heard many horror stories along with advice to have pictures of everything before allowing supposedly scrupulous people to do work on anything that one cannot be continually present. Unfortunately I did not foresee a mirror that was not damaged in the accident being ruined by the repair shop. Obviously someone is lying. There is no way to prove either party wrong. If one believes that a doctor and his wife, who spent most of the past decade as missionaries in Asia, would lie about a mirror, that is reasonable (to auto shop employees); but there is no one who knows me professionally or personally who would intimate that I would drive that car every day without a passenger side mirror.We are more than disappointed by this blatant destruction of our property and then accusation that we were the ones in the wrong.Sincerely,Dr. & Mrs. Kidwell

This company promised satisfaction and when something went wrong they acted like i deserved it. They wouldnt even listen to my problems and were straight up rude. They did not put my car together correctly and it cost me 1000 to fix what they messed up! I would never go back here
