Having to repair bodywork on our vehicle was not something we wanted to go through but platinum made it a great experience. The work done was top notch and our vehicle is good as new. The thing that stood out the most was the customer service. It’s tough to find businesses these days who care about their customers, especially in the automotive business. Platinum went about and beyond. They could have put the rear end of a 96’ Corolla on our Chevy and we still would have been happy. They answered all of our questions, dealt with the insurance company, and kept us up to date throughout the process. Overall, would highly recommend.

Shannon was awesome. She kept me up to date 2 times a week. Car came out looking like new. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again because nobody likes being involved in a accident, but if I do, I will 100% be using them again.

Top notch service! I received constant phone calls and text updates concerning every phase of my repairs. They worked directly with the insurance company and BMW dealership to ensure my vehicle was repaired with factory parts and standards. Paint job is pristine. I have had dealings with many mechanics and auto body shops in my lifetime and I can tell you without any hesitation that Platinum Collision Center tops the list! Shannon who assisted me from start to finish treated me with the utmost professionalism. She explained the process in detail and provided consistent and constant updates until the job was completed. My Maserati was returned to me looking better than the day I purchased it. She even gave me a container of paint just in case I needed it in the future! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Failed to deliver on time. Failed to inspect car within a week. Failed to inspect tires on car to include in the first estimate. Failed to get all parts on time. Failed to repair my car without cost when Im the victim and insurance is involved. Their 1 decent employee quit. Horrible company to do business with. Stay away. Go elsewhere.

I came in and met with Shannon, very professional and friendly. She seemed very experienced and broke down the process very clearly. The same day I went in I was met by a rental car company which she arranged and they took my vehicle and seven days later I got it back good as new. Very pleasant experience and highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at the courteous and professional atmosphere when I first arrived. I had scraped my SUV against a light pole damaging the front passenger door.They repaired the door and matched the white paint perfectly! I received daily updates via texts and when my truck was close to be finished, phone calls to arrange a time to pick it up. My 2019 Chevy Tahoe was involved in an accident, platinum collision was by far the best collision center I have ever dealt with. They kept me updated as my vehicle progressed through the stages. When my vehicle arrived at platinum, my rear bumper was hanging on with tape, I needed a new lift gate and brake light - it was less then 2 weeks off the lot. Not only was I reassured that my vehicle would be just fine, all paperwork was ready, I was offered soda, coffee or water while I waited for enterprise to arrive.My vehicle was not only ready when promised, but paperwork was again ready when I arrived, my vehicle was washed and tires dressed. When going over my vehicle it was being wiped off of any handprints, left behind. Highly, highly impressed! I will definitely be reporting there professionalism back to my insurance company! Unfortunately, I’ve been involved in more accidents I care for, and never have I been this pleased with a collision center. OUTSTANDING SERVICE PLATINUM!! Appreciate the absolute care and professionalism.
