I love BBB. Always find something. However, I noticed the last time I was there(1 wk) the store things looked different and had all the earmarks of closing their doors. Is BBB going OOB? I hope not.

Horrible store Management (April) .. Was rudely approached at the checkout by management with 2 employees about another customers alleged character and actions in the store which actually happened to be the week prior and said customer was not even in the store last week. The manger (April) was very pushy and condescending to me to give him a message when the message does not pertain to myself nor him when he was not even there when said event occurred.. I would rate NO STARS if even possible.. save your money and use a different store!!!!

I hate shopping except BB&B and Bass Pro Shop. I have to dodge the scented candle area but enjoy the strange selection of inventory. Of course we have bought normal things like towels and sheets. Our store closed, bummer. Now we have to dodge traffic fo 30 minutes. But it is worth it.

Its the nest has anything you need a little pricey but good quality stuff😊 I brought a few things that I acuall needed, there stuff is nice I admit, I will definiy go back Oh!! and the emplyees there are super nice and willing to help you find what you need.❤❤😊

WHAT WAS I THINKING? .2things I saw online and you didnt have either one. Found something I needed and got in aline clear back to the back of the store. Waited a few minutes to see how fast the line would move,IT DIDNT! I put stuff back and left 🤨😒

I dont know if all Bed, Bath, & Beyond locations are like this one or not but stock is scarce. Shelves are empty... stock carts and stocking ladders are scattered throughout the store not allowing for navigating the isles. The look of the store makes me wonder if they are planning on closing this particular store. That would be awful because there isnt any other places like this close by. Many of the stores are empty in this strip mall...

Ive been here a couple different times. Never had any complaints. Today I ventured upon a deal that was unbeatable!! The Breville juicer was priced not only on the bb&b website at $299 but on my amazon prime as well!! $299!!!! We went to bed bath and beyond in murrieta just to see and came across a killer deal! Same juicer at that specific store for $179 then I downloaded the 20% coupon as we were waiting in line, which came to a total of $156 and some change after taxes!!!KILLER DEAL!!

It was okay i personally found it to be somewhat expensive! And the clearance area had trash that was still expensive lol. However there was handicapped parking and the store was clean the main aisle were wide enough for wheelchairs, when i had a question the clerk seemed annoyed with me smh, i hope it improves i used to like this store i will come back later to check since right now is not a good time for most people or jobs.

Customer service is lacking at this store. Selection is decent, but prices are a bit steep unless you have coupons.

Most of the products Im interested in does not have any prices. So hard to shop without seeing a price. I went in hoping they had a certain item in stock, they didnt but saw many upgrades which I will end up buying for quality

I know things are a bit hectic right now, but unfortunately I cant rate my visit very high. I made a purchase to be brought out to car, however, when I received the curtains they did not look like what I saw on website. I therefore, parked and went in store to see if I could find some to exchange them. After being in line for some time, I decided to go shop for an exchange which I foundI returned once again to stand in line, after waiting for one lady to complete her exchange a man walked up and when the customer who was being taken care of tried to tell him the line was behind me he decided he would step up and be waited on in front of me and the checker completed his exchange and additional purchase. When I asked her about this she replied she was sorry, she didnt see me. In addition I had received two discounts on my original order (she had trouble with the exchange) and it did not occur to me that she did not honor none of the discounts on the exchange purchase.

There were 2 kitchen rags in the shelve and the price on the shelve was written $14, while checkout they charge $39. When asked, they said, those were 2 left and placed in an empty spot :(

I am a fan of this chain. I respect that they have curbside pick up only. What I dont respect is one of their employees raising an unnecessary firm voice and harshly telling me that they are only open for curbside pick up while I was standing in front of the door reading that very thing. Please give your employees basic customer service training.

Shopping there is a bit like going through a mini Ikea-youve got to go through almost the whole store to find and get anything, but when you need (and can find help) theyre great.

Waited in my car for over 15 minutes for a curbside then I go in just to wait some more. Smh.

Recently moved into the area and got gift cards for Bed Bath & Beyond. Went here to use the gift cards and this location has a lot of variety and quantity. I normally dont shop at Bed Bath because its pricey for me, but the gift cards were nice to have as Ive enjoyed all the items Ive purchased here. Staff are nice and helpful here. And lots of parking and right off the 15S.

Had an issue at this location, that was not handled properly after calling the store directly so I filled out a complaint online. No response from BBB, either positive or negative, after almost 90 days of waiting. This is one of my favorite places to shop. I love the overall atmosphere, but training on customer satisfaction...... may benefit your employees.

There are a lot of messy shelves and products that they are just out of. I did get veggie meshed sacks that Im super excited about and it was helpful that they had a video with how to use them.

What a wonderful place to find so many great items! Lots of their stuff is over priced, however, their coupons never expire. I collect 20% off and $5 off coupons that I get in the mail. Even though they have an expiration date, they will still take the coupons. Even when its years later.

This store needs to figure their stuff out! I had an extremely simple online order pick up... they are very disorganized, dismissive and dont seem to know how to handle an easy task.

Staff somewhat helpful, did not have advertised products. Did not appear to make any effort to replenish. Comments on ineptness of local management reinforced.2nd trip far worse. Inept MGMT do not have clue.Orange county store Asst. Mgr. figured it out in minutes.Lake Elsinore store, closed after this store opened. Too bad, never had anything but good experiences at Lake Elsinore or Tustin stores.
