Great customer service. No, seriously! Not sure if it is just this store, or a new attitude for the company. I was asked at the door if I needed a sales person to assist me. I said not yet. When I got to the tvs I looked around and then wondered by a couple of sales people at the tv check out desk. They actually stopped talking and asked if they could answer any questions. I had quite a few at that point. They answered them all and asked their own when I wanted to narrow my choices. No hard sell. No push to buy the highest price items. Really a great experience.

The girl named Bayleigh in the customer service department should be promoted to management! The best customer service Ive ever received. so helpful, happy, and respectful. she is the reason I go back to Best Buy time and time again to spend more money on electronics at amazing prices!
This store goes out of their way to make sure you have a positive shopping experience. Its uncommon to find this level of service in a big box retail store. Highly recommend it 10/10
Im Hard to Impress But Ive Been ImpressedIve purchased 2 significant ($100-500) electronic items here in the last 2 years -- one in-store and one via website -- which is a lot for me. Each time its less painless than I expect. The employees have been attentive and dont do much to upsell once Ive made up my mind. The picking up process was extremely easy as well. I thought that experience deserved note.
Over the time bestbuy retail has not been changed much and as usual they have the stock for day to day electronics you are looking for and have it seen before you actually buy.Unfortunately, I didnt get what particularly I was looking for but the sales person helped me on his best.
Best Buy used to be one of my favorite places. Were traveling cross country, first Best Buy in Princeton,NJ to pick up a Garmin I ordered on line.. I wanted the Garmin RV 1090 but could only order on line and sent it to my daughter in Los Angeles. Went to rear corner of the store looking at radios and monitors to upgrade. Couldnt find a blue shirt. I called the number listed for the store and the recording said the store doesnt accept calls and I was transferred to a national call center. I hung up. I purchased Sirius/XM Tour and home kit. Also bought a Bluetooth portable speaker. Stock in these stores is nothing. The shelves are empty. Made a comment about not finding anyone and got the deer in headlight stare. Lol Setting up in the parking lot, there were items missing from the Tour box. One of those items being the four screws used to attach the unit to the bracket. Made my trek across the parking lot (cant park a 37 RV anywhere you want lol) back inside had to explain I was just here 10 minutes ago showed the receipt and was finally allowed to return it. The manager told deer in headlight blue shirt to grab another (last one) off the shelf. His response was Im not sure where it is. I said its not a big deal Ill get it. Now lets fast forward to Monday the 5th. Stopped at Best Buy in Murrieta, CA to see about upgrading back up camera and radio. Actually found a black shirt (not blue in this store) she added me to the list and said someone will be with you shortly. Black shirt showed up within 10 minutes. I explained what I want to do and that the monitor for the back up camera should be able to be on when not in reverse. I use it as my rear view mirror. His head almost exploded. He said this may be a great question for the installers. We went to install bays showed them pictures of current set up with tape measure in the photos. Told them right now the camera is hard wired but would change to wireless if thats the only option. He thought that 37 may be to far. 🤦♂️ also told them the unit needs to be satellite ready. Two installers only one talking. They couldnt get over the fact that my existing camera was able to be used as a rear view mirror while driving. I finally said lets forget about the camera what radio can I install that has a screen. Installer gave black shirt a model for single Din but wasnt sure if it was satellite ready. Of course they didnt have it. I thanked him for his time and he went on his merry way. My wife and I decided to just replace the radio. Now this gets even better. Checking out the radios on display found one for $169 scanned the QR code. Not available in store or surrounding stores AND not available to order on line. Lol. This happened with three other radios. Finally found a Kenwood for $89 and I would pick up in San Diego area. Havent purchased because with Best Buys fabulous return policy I missed my window to return the Surius/XM Tour and the Home kit (which I still havent opened) on July 4th. 14 day return window? Whatever. On the way out we saw the black shirt that helped us and I said the radios back there on display, you dont stock them and you cant order on line. His reply was welcome to my world And people wonder why brick and mortar stores are disappearing. Wow, I just saw how lengthy this is. Oh well, Im not editing it.
The product I wanted was in stock but the customer service was awful. I was never asked by the cashier if I would like a warranty on the electronic items I purchased. Also I explained to the greeter that I tried to purchase online to get curbside delivery because I have difficulty walking by the cane I was using and how slowly I was walking in which the greeter saw.. He pointed me to the area where he said my product would be( it wasnt there). Another store employee Bill walked by and I asked if he could help. Bill said he would be glad to. He did so without me moving from where I stood. Thank- you Bill. I do appreciate good customer service but will not be back to this Best Buy in Murrieta again
Good but they are lacking in staff. Seems to be emptier then before covd. Hopefully the managers begin staffing once again.
The sales rep., was very knowledgeable and informative about the Maytag washer/dryer combo. He was very patient, caring yet spontaneous and efficient.
The Entry Infoman directed me to the exact department I needed and I was in and out.
We purchased our kitchen appliances. The price looked right, the sales person was great; she explained the terms warranty etc thoroughly.
The guy working the check-in desk was very helpful. We went in to buy Hyper X headset. He helped locate our item. Very satisfied with sale of purchase.

Really nice store, decent pricing, friendly and informative staff, covid accommodation when you walk in, and clean on the floor. However, I gave 4*s because as soon as I walked into the restroom, I noticed it was not covid friendly. Out of all places you would think it would be 😬. (Ps, The texture of the stalls may look and seem cool, but it scrapped my finger trying to lock the stall 😏)
So far I have the worst experience with best buy. They messed up my order.

Over the years Best Buy was the place to go to for a wide selection of camera and computer equipment. They have a great choice of TVs and even kitchen appliances. I remember getting my first flash drive and digital camera through Best Buy. But myself and my wife purchased two phones at last trip, an iPhone 11 and a Pixel 4. Great service and selection continues to this day!

I’m really impressed by the measures Best Buy has taken over this pandemic. It feels very clean. There is sanitizer near the door, and less people crowding the store.The do seem a bit under stocked in the Apple department but we were able to find alternatives. People are always willing to help and go out of their way to inform your purchase decisions.

I went there for three items and left empty handed. The employee at the front told me to check for my items in the back of the store near AV, and instead I found then on my own next to the entrance, and they were out of stock. Everything I wanted was out of stock. Cables were on the wrong shelves, which was weird because most of the shelves were empty. The employees were too busy taking amongst themselves to help me or anyone else. They looked sad and demoralized.

I had bought a car stereo from them for a good price, a little marked up from crutchfield.com but it was only a two dollar markup. They do price match guarantee with crutchfield where you can find the cheaper prices so use them. I had to buy a wiring harness for like 14$ which was expected, I also had to buy a dashkit, I found the one I needed on Amazon because it was cheaper and would arrive sooner than if they ordered it. They said the appointment would take 45-60 minutes. They finished installing it in about 30 minutes! They were also very precautious with Covid. Customer service was very helpful in finding what I needed.
Love my local Best Buy, I love the point system they currently have for customers. They price match most items so even if something is more expensive I can always find the best deal and they are willing to price match. I’ve purchased and upgraded TVs multiple time, I bought 2 TCL 4K TVs and finally upgraded to the prestigious LG B8 Oled. I’ve purchased my X BOX X. I’ve also purchased countless 4K movies. Great customer service

After a long day of work I was very excited to pick up my new laptop. Got off of work and placed an order for curbside pick up. The website tells me the item will be ready for pick up the same day. This laptop is out of stock in any stores near me so I drive for about an hour. I get there at 7 and wait about 15 minutes before someone asks if I needed help. I show him that Im waiting for my item, which again says will be ready by the end of the day. After about 30 minutes, he says that he can get to it but it will take a long time and by then curbside pickup will be closed and to come back in the morning - which I wouldnt because I have work and did not want to make another 2 hour round trip. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me the same thing. Very frustrating and ended up cancelling my order. I have nothing against the people who helped me, they were friendly enough. I just cant believe the website would tell me that ould be ready and I wasted 3 hours of my time.

Just got curbside pickup here and the service was good.
5 stars for the store overall. However; when I came to pick up my online order the curb side pickup check-in system was down. So I had to go in store to pick up my order. Colin assisted me and he was not friendly. He stated that the best buy app shouldnt be a problem to check in. Great. Ill do that next time, Im not going to sit in the parking lot to download an app when theres no service within the area let alone sign in and go through the process. He didnt ask what he needed from me to pick up my order. Instead we stood there awkwardly until I asked him what he needed from me. He said your phone number, bar code... your name. Very rude. I provided my drivers license. He was able to pull up the order and handed me my merchandise. Im surprised Best Buy doesnt email a survey after picking up online orders in order to best understand what the customer need.

Don’t fall for their next day shipping. I’m very upset I paid an extra 20 dollars for the next day and I get home and get an email it’s delayed. Best Buy needs to refund the money back for next day if you are still gonna deliver it on the date for the free delivery.

Turned us away an hour before closing. Sign saying only curbside pickup. When called asking about hours of operation there was well over an hour left. Online also stated walk in and curbside pick up available. Would really like to know who to contact about this location seeing as this is the only one we have issues like this with. Everyone other location follows the time frames stated on the website and of it was curbside pickup and walk in welcome. Also curbside pickup is extremely long. Almost 45 minutes for 1 item. Targets pick up was way smother and faster.

Ordered online a hard-to-find microwave oven appliance that our local store had in stock. In keeping with the new COVID-19 style, we rolled over to our local Best Buy to pick it up. It was all ready for us, no muss no fuss. Within 90 minutes of ordering, we were enjoying a fresh, hot test bag of microwave popcorn. :D This is a GREAT country.
Have visited location on regular basis. Employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for any electronics purchase.

They’ve always had great deals and wide range of options, but they’re getting 3 stars for the customer service... not really stoked to be waiting even two days past the original estimated date of pickup for one of my orders to the store but after two days they’re saying 2-3 more days, which would now be double the original amount of estimated time to get this computer. I was told it shipped to the store Saturday which was the original pick up date then on Monday they said it was shipped sunday... I’ve also had some poor experiences with their military discounts but that’s just more frustrating that they advertise it but it only covers a few things 🤷🏻♂️ would still recommend all electronic purchases through them but still frustrated.

Visited the Murrieta best buy location today to purchase a Mavic drone and a phone. Walked in to the phone counter and the sales person said we would be next and to check in at the door and give my name. I did just that and waited just shy of one hour at the phone counter. There was three workers in the phone department and it still was an hour wait. Bad service. Itll be worth the trip to shop a different store.
Went in to see about upgrading our TV in our RV. We ended up finding one and a soundbar, subwoofer and brackets to hang TV in RV. They are coming out tomorrow to check and see if what we ordered will fit and install well. Then they will be back to install everything we ordered. Aranvir Grewal was the associate that assisted us in finding the right upgrade for us. He made it easy and answered all of our questions plus gave us the pros and cons of what we were considering for our families best fit for entertainment. Great customer service. Were even going back in to finish up any extra things we might need or changes in our order after they come out to our RV to check on what were replacing. Yes, hes worth it.
The store was clean items were not in stock because of covid there is a lot of empty shelves especially in the gaming and electronics areas. The staff was very friendly, helpful and happy to order in what could be, since shelves were empty. I highly recommend Best Buy for all your electronics, gaming, TV and appliance needs.

Said they had a specific item in stock when we checked online, went in store ciuldnt find what we wanted and asked an employee. Still one of my go to places. Somehow they keep me coming back even with amazon being out there. They do the whole proce match and thats a huge bonus. They also do good rewards if your a member and have a credit card from them. I recently bought something online and went to the parking lot pick up area. That was new for me and super fast and easy. Right now with covid I feel like their selection had gone down a little but Im sure that will come back. I will be coming back to shop here without a doubt.

Good deals. Quick shopping to buy new washer and dryer. Out the door in no time and free delivery two days later. Very happy with new purchase. After delivery I noticed dryer door was not reversed as I requested. They were back early next day and switched door as per my order. Love Best Buy for their deals and service!
Horrible costumer service, they need either more employees or better ones. I waited in line for 45 minutes trying to get a screen protector in the mean time there are three employees helping one customer, and to try and get a phone fixed you will have to wait for a week minimum

I was able to find exactly what I was.lokking for. However upon checking out 1 item came up $3 more than the display showed where I got it from. Thinking perhaps I had not seen something properly, I paid but ched back at the display and saw that I had seen what I thought I saw. I asked a nearby employee about it and they said the display was wrong. I remarked that this isnt a case of 1 item not being in the right place, but that there was an entire rack here, 8 hangers of product, all priced wrong. Went to customer service as now I believed I the customer was misled. The employee apologized and said they would fix it, but that was it. I asked for a manager as I believed I was owed the $3 plus tax. The manager didnt address me at all, which was rude, and just told the employee to refund the difference. Thats great and what was right, but I really felt it was done begrudgingly and not with a sincere feeling of apology and like they wanted to make things right with the customer, me. Ill still shop best buy, but probably not this one again.
