Windows look great, workers were nice and timely. Docked a star because the front desk girl needs to learn how to not interrupt people when they are speaking. Kept cutting me off when I was explaining how we wanted to put some money down on our windows. Good customer service goes a long way, just saying.Update: found lots of stuff wrong with windows from poor installation. Messy caulking, bent frames. Getting a hold of anyone or getting responses back is very difficult. Paid too much for this kind of trouble. Poor customer service still stands. Will not use this company again.

We had all our windows replaced twelve years ago. We were impressed with the quality of the windows and the competitive pricing from the beginning. Recently, we had to replace one window and I was worried about whether the warranty would be honored after over a decade.There was nothing to worry about! The company was professional and easy to work with. They consistently reached out to keep us updated with the status of the replacement window since manufacturing times were a little longer than usual in the current environment.When Woody came out to install the window he was kind, friendly, and fast. Our new window looks so clear and fits perfectly. Thanks for such a great experience! We will definitely be referring our family and friends your way!

I needed three windows replaced due to water intrusion. Called a few places and they were rather expensive. Called Window World. There was no upsell, just an informative chat of what they offer. The price was unbeatable. The product is top quality. The installation crew, Nefi and Jaden did a great job. Then I called for front and rear door replacement. Same quality product and installation, with the same two installers. Next, Im replacing the rest of the windows and one more door. Window World is my one stop shop for doors and windows. I received nothing for this review.

Prompt bid. Came in very competitively priced and was very polite. Didnt pressure me to buy anything. Gave accurate information about the competition. They know what they are selling and are in tune with the person they are selling to (I prefer straight forward and no fluff approach.)

I am so pleased with my windows. The installers, Jayden and Neffy, did a wonderful job. They were an excellent representative of their company. I did find a tear in one of the screens, but they returned a few days later and took care of it. Jayden and Neffy did their job quickly and efficiently. I would use them again if I ever need any window or door needs.

I would have put zero stars no install trying to cancel they stayed Nov. Now it could be March or April....2022...not happy for sure trying to cancel and not getting response I thought this was family owned...

We have contracted window world for the purchase of two windows with install. $1295 was the price for everything. We paid $600 up front to get the windows manufactured.Since then we was informed that an additional fee will be charged for lead paint tests. Both windows are in the same room 10 feet from each other. We agreed to pay for one test. Due to it being the same room same paint. The tester now tells us there is a three window minimum on testing.It has been months since we ordered the windows,We are going to request a refund in full, or even buy the windows and contract someone else to install.I cant recomend window world in salt lake,

I had 7 windows installed by Window World Last week. They not only beat out all the competitors price wise but it was actually cheaper than doing it myself! The worked with my deadline so i could still take my vacation which no one else could do. The install was done in 3-4 hrs including an 8 foot window in the living room and a 5 x5 foot window in the master bedroom. They were also able to preserve the trim on the outside of the house which saved me a lot of money. The house is warmer with the heat running less than before. I am amazed how quiet it is in my house. I could not be more pleased with quality of the windows (they look great!) as well as the installation (so fast). I dont write reviews much but I wanted to share my experience. The regret I have is i should have done the windows 3 yrs ago! Thank you very much Window World.

My husband walked into this store today to look for a custom window. He was approached by an old woman who didnt even greet him, she merely walked up to him and told him that he was wearing his mask improperly (while wearing a very ill fitted mask herself, might I add). My husband has breathing issues. She was extremely rude to him and basically told him that there was nothing there for him. Rude, rude, RUDE and unprofessional. Will NEVER give these people by money because of it!!!

We love window world! They are super low pressure, top quality, and competitive pricing. We got new windows over a decade ago, and are now in the process of adding new windows to a remodel, so of course we are using them again. They are worth it!

I set up an appointment with him that I had to cancel. Then they called me three times that same day trying to set up the appointment again. Then they called every morning at 7 AM and texted for the next three days. Then when I texted him back and said please don’t contact me anymore he texted me the next morning at 7 AM trying to get an appointment. This is unprofessional behavior. No thanks.

We have loved their windows and it has made a big difference in our utility bills. Unfortunately I broke the glass in one of the windows - completely my fault. When I called to order a replacement and to find out how much it would be, they said it would be covered under the warranty. I clarified that it was my fault and they confirmed it would be covered - that it would be in in about 2 weeks and they would come out to install it. Great customer service!

I had SEVEN other quotes before choosing Window World. They were no nonsense and honest. The price was reasonable and the timeline was what i expected. I only gave four stars because of a mix up between the salesman and the warehouse. Window world corrected the challenge and gave me beautiful windows. The installers were friendly, fast and efficient. I would recommend Window world again to anybody.

We had 6 windows replaced yesterday, and we were pretty concerned about having it done in the middle of winter, but the installation went like clockwork. The installers, Kevin & Eric were here on time and had 2 windows replaced within 1/2 hour. We were really happy with their work and they were very pleasant. A company as great as this is a rare find these days. Ive had different services companies in and out of my house over the years and gone round with getting work complete or speaking to any over the phone but not with Window World. They are always so responsive to phone calls usually contacting me before even have to call. The guys who came out to do the work on our doors left my wife happy with the work and comfortable having them in our home. The salesman who came over to give us a quote was very straight forward and offered advice but didnt make us feel pressured at all. All around great experience, they all work efficiently as a team at this company.

These windows are AWESOME! Those that work at Window World are very friendly and courteous. We did all our upstairs windows and it was a night and day difference from the old Aluminum windows! Not only were they more energy efficient, but provide great sounds proofing as well! When the windows came in, they installed them next day and the techs that came to install them were very professional and very efficiently installed the windows! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs new windows.

A little disappointed. You guys were doing an install on our neighbors house, and as fate would have it a large bird flew into one of our windows smashing the glass. I walked over and said, hey can we get a bid on this window? Could we pay you guys to remove that glass?Nope. Can’t give you a bid, can’t remove the glass but call us and we can come out... no thank you. Missed opportunity to make a customer.

The company itself is a good company. However, this was our second experience with the company and it was very disappointing. We orginally contacted the company to purchase French doors, the sales person Jared, talked us into a sliding glass door. We had previously purchased windows for our entire house from this company and had a great experience that time, and told the sales person we wanted the door to match our windows. In good faith we signed the contract not knowing he had put the door he preferred vs. The door we requested. after the door was installed it was back and forth with the office and the sales person Jared, in one conversation with him he stated this is the door I like to put in. Needless to say the office staff tired their best to be a go between, there was no happy resolution for our poor experience and while we have a good quality product it is not the one we requested and thought we were getting. Double and triple check your contract and make sure you are educated on the product so you dont end up with something a sales person thinks is best vs. What you requested.

I had windows replaced 20 years ago, and even though the windows had a life time warranty, that supplier did not honor the written guarantee. So when I looked for new replacement windows, Window World had hands down the best built windows. Due to the high demand and some personnel issues, it did take longer than expected. I will say it was worth the wait time. And I respect a company who helps take care of an employee in need. So I highly recommend Window World and their windows. 9 windows replaced, and everyone of the is a noticeable difference. Thanks Window World. Horrible communication from day 1! Had my windows replaced and genius of an owner cant read a tape measure properly. Messed up on sizes leaving 2 gap around the Windows. States they would handle it and give a discount for the mishaps. Second window arrived 4 weeks later and was ordered the wrong COLOR!! Once again apologized and said they would make things right. Well 2 weeks later they finally got it right!!!! Well just now got my bill and still got billed the original amount! Called the last 5 days asking Shay about this, said she would call me back at the end of the day all 5 time. Surprise surprise no calls. Finally talked to the accountant and all in all they dont feel inconveniences arent worth crap to a normal person for the fact Ive had to take 3 days off total for Windows, loosing a lot more than your 50$ sorry fee. Take your business to someone else who cares

The person who came to our house to give us cost estimate came out just a few days after we first contacted the company. Being a home owner at some point you have to replace items that are worn. After searching and recieving expensive bids I had put new windows off for some time. I had replacement windows in my entire home by Window World - Murray. In short, I have a leak and the owner says its not his problem. This is after they slow walked me for months. Take your money elsewhere! If I could give it less than 1- (Hated It), I would. An excellent warranty means nothing if it isnt honored!

I had a great experience with Window World. Quick, courteous, affordable.

I cannot believe how unprofessional these people are. When installing my window they completely damaged my window seal and did not replace it, the window didnt fit in the frame and they had to come out three or four times! They were blaming the window but when they finally got it right it was because they had completely reinstalled at the framing part.While theyre technicians were installing one of them stole my dogs pain meds!!! I am 100% certain nobody else was home I knew exactly how many pills were left and the bottle was completely emptied after they left!I spoke with the owner and even had my husband take a drug test just to be sure which of course he passed! I never heard back from the owner about the test that I requested he have his guys take.I repeat myself they went through my stuff and stole my dogs pain medicine!!!

Dont bother doing business with this company. I had a exterior front door installed and it took Window World three months to install my door. It was a standard front door, nothing special. No communication on their part as far as what the delay was and when my door would be completed. When I would call to inquire about the door I was told someone would be in touch with an update; never heard back from them. Now my door does not stay closed and again Ive been told that someone would come out to look at it. No one showed up or called.Take your business elsewhere.

I needed my windows replaced, so I called all around the valley to get bids from different companies. This company made if very difficult. First, the phone number they had published was invalid. When I miraculously found the right number, they never showed up for the appointment to give us a bid. I tried to give them a chance to do business, but they made it impossible. Total waste of time.

Wanted to get a window replaced and was told I needed to buy a minimum of three for a bid. NO THANK YOU!
