TLDR: Awesome team that will work with the home DIYer! The Accent Doors team perfectly matched my existing doors, casing, base, etc. for finishing my basement. Even with delivery, their pricing still came in better than Home Depot or Lowes.Most of the supplies for my basement project, up to this point, have come from the big box stores but trying to get doors, base, etc. to match what our builder used for the rest of the house has been a nightmare. Stock has been low in-store and anything I wanted to order was incredibly expensive. My wife recommended I contact specialty shops, which I have been pushing back on for months due to past experiencewhere the pricing was either really high or they wouldnt even work with me because Im not a contractor.Accent Doors & Trim was the complete opposite of what I was expecting from a specialty shop. I explained to them what I needed on the phone and they booked a time to have Gary (the owner) come over to measure my basement. Gary was awesome! He showed up on time, was very professional, quickly measured everything, and even made a few recommendations on how to make my basement look even better.Based on the experience and professionalism displayed by the entire team, I was preparing myself for the sticker shock when the proposal arrived in my email inbox... but the sticker shock never came because Accent Doors proposal was less expensive than what I had priced out at Lowes! The pricing was so good that I actually ended up having Gary bid out replacing all of the door knobs, hinges, etc. throughout our house because my wife wasnt happy with the ones used by our builder.From my initial phone call through delivery, the Accent Doors team has been awesome to work with. I will 100% use them again and will recommend them to everyone I know for basements, remodeling, new builds, etc.

There was a miscommunication on the doors that we needed, so we ended up with wrong doors. We called them to resolve the issue and they refused returns (despite it clearly stating on the invoice that returns were accepted with a 20% stocking fee). They were standard, non custom doors. I get that its inconvenient to store them until you can sell them again, but thats why you charge a 20% restocking fee... Be more clear if you arent going to accept returns for one of your main products.Delivery was fast.

Great quality of doors, had a few mishaps and Mark, Brent and Gary were quick to resolve them and get us sorted out.

One of the worst company that I dealt with. French doors that we purchased for our new home is worst night mare that we had to deal with. From the day it was installed we had problems, contacted them by phone, email no reply. I will be reporting them to the BBB. The owner Gary never responded to any phone calls or emails. Very, very upsetting!!!

Door cut to wrong length, hinge area cut round when I have square, costing me add’l $120 for new hinges, hassle to get door returned and cut properly, came back damaged and was told it was the risk I took having it returned to be cut properly. Some doors delivered without notice and my kids let him in the garage of course assuming I had arranged it so didn’t think to tell me they arrived. Total miscommunication.Follow up to Business Reply: Actually it took you approx 3 months to get all the doors from the time I placed the order. I dont consider it relevant that I didnt attempt to install them for a few weeks after receiving. The owner himself measured the door the wrong length it had nothing to do with my home settling, eye roll.

Weve used Accent Doors and Trim for everything in our home from small projects to big. The people and products are great! If youre used to shopping at a big box store for your trim and doors, this will be a breath of fresh air. Their prices are usually better and the variety is on par with todays trends.They also do great custom projects. We brought in a smaller pantry door to have it custom made. They made it the exact size and cut the hinge mounts and door handle to match. The price was awesome!
