Seriously STELLAR customer service. I hate shopping for clothes, I hate being approached by salespeople, but this was seriously the best and easiest shopping experience I’ve ever had. They took the time to find me the right size and style, were very easy going and didn’t seem bothered at all to open a zillion packages to find me the right shirt.

Ive been avoiding UNTUCKit, mainly because I find the concept a tad corny even though I do wear my short sleeved shirts untucked. But my wife got me some shirts for fathers day that were just slightly off in size, so I made an appointment to go in. I appreciate that I was able to get some reserved time with someone to find the right fit, though he managed to get me exactly the right fit first try so maybe an appointment was overkill? Then again, is skill of a salesperson ever a bad thing? Probably not. Anyway, it was nice to browse what they had, though the concept of looking and not trying on was a little weird. I have trouble mentally envisioning how a shirt will look on me. But, I cant complain with the results of some nice short-sleeved shirts that look great, feel great, and fit great. I shall certainly be giving them a look again when I need more shirts.

Their current sale makes the shirts more affordable and appealing. Very clean. Friendly staff.
