I cant really say that just like going there but the place is going out of business and they dont really have anything right now. We are mostly there for my daughter who was buying a couple of shirts for herself but the place is mostly deserted with 90% off sales. I really dont have anything negative to say about the place and Im really only giving you three stars because its closing and it really doesnt matter anymore whats their rating is

It was nice to be in a store again, and I felt safe. Everyone had a mask and the store was pretty empty. Great sales and I feel happy to have started my Christmas!

Great little store. Went in for the Tall man section. They had a good selection of Fall shirts in stock. Found a couple of bargains on the sale rack. Friendly associates.

They never answer their phone. Fitting rooms and bathrooms are closed since Covid-19. Selections aren’t that great. But Ina small town like Murray, you really can’t expect much. Most of the employees aren’t friendly or helpful at all. Rarely ever interact with me when I’m there.

Well kept with friendly staff. They offer a solid selection of clothing at competitive prices, I exclusively buy my blue jeans from here. Childrens clothing selection is diverse as well. I recently had a return and it was no hassle at all to exchange. If there is one major retailer I hope stays with us in the changing market its this one.

Well all sales are final and no dressing room I dont buy clothes unless I can try them on and the signs on the wall outside say 70%off everything in the store you get inside most things are 50%off, I call that false advertisement I thought that was against the law😞

I shop at JC Penneys a lot. I understand that covid has made things difficult But I really think the JC Penney should open their bathrooms. I have children when we come to shop its hard to leave a store to go to the bathroom.

Sad to see the store closing.

JCPenney has been my favorite place to be able to get formal suit coats and pants and shirts the past two plus years and also other informal clothes since I have become so overweight. It would also be if I was of lesser weight now, too which I hope will be what I will be over the next several years.

Very small store, but the sales were good and I was able to find most of what I was looking for. Its an older store and was not that well staffed (I had to hunt down a salesman for help) but it has most of the basics Penneys is known for and will work if you need something now or as a convenient place to return or swap out online Penneys merchandise.

Large clothing store with all varieties of clothing. They have athletes sneakers, dress shoes and sandals. They carry Jewelry, Belts, ties, purses and other clothing accessories. For Men, Women, children and babies. They also carry bedding and bathroom products. A very friendly and helpful staff. Makes this a go to store in Murray, KY.

Went there to buy some of the same awesome towels that I bought there on Black Friday last year. They had a great selection of colors and only $1 more than BF deals.Found a fantastic bra there too! BOGO!!!RITA was a wonderful help finding me those bras 😁

Store was very shoppable not to busy in the am. Found some decent clothing well priced as well

Bad first. Store was messy and seemed to be short staffed. However when I finally did get assistance, they were polite and quickly helped. The store actually had what I was looking for and in my size. Which never happens. FYI the Big And Tall department has a decent selection of styles and decent priced.

We were very impressed with everything. All the staff and employees were very helpful and polite. The merchandise was all in order and presented very well.

Walking in was nostalgic.

I visited J.C. Penny in Murray yesterday and the entire experience was awful. First, the quality of their product is in serious decline. Second, their A/C must have been broken because it was extremely hot in the store, particularly in the fitting rooms. I know that this problem is temporary but it made me want to spend as little time there as possible. Not a positive buying environment.

Too high priced

Found what I needed and checking out was fast but there was no one to help me retrieve something off a tall wall rack.

Always a wide selection of clothing and always a good sale.Please support our few remaining brick and mortar stores. I buy online also but clothing and shoes should be seen in person, felt of, and tried for size before purchasing.

JCP in Murray, KY is an excellent store. The customer service people are excellent, helpful, and happy. I enjoy shopping here and the money saved and the rewards program are un real. I had 30 rewards points once and they translate into actual dollars saved. Its an amazing store and they have preserved their quality and prices through the toughest of economic times. The quality is superb for the excellent price. I will be back, again and again.

They have excellent sales and great clearance prices. If you have a jcp card you get awesome coupons.

I went in looking for jeans which i thought I couldnt find any until I tried on the Arizona stretch pants. I was willing to pay 50 bucks for a pair and the cashier notified me they were bogo! Buy one get one deal. Ended up with twopairs of pants I was going to buy one forthat price. Worth it!

I love shopping at JCPenneys they always have something beautiful that I can buy I dont always look good in everything cuz Im overweight but thats my fault not theirs theyre handy I have one of their cards and they usually have discounts so I really enjoy working there nice clean building and their sales people are really nice I have no problem getting to the register and get getting paid and I just love shopping there Yvonne Gardner Kirksey Kentucky

Department store. Great choices for all ages in clothes.

They do not have the styles or colors that I like and everything is expensive unless there is a sale. Hardly anyone in the parking lot ever.

Went in Friday to pickup packages that I ordered online. They only had one of my items ready, even though it was the last to arrive to the store. Tried calling Saturday and today to see if my packages were ready and nobody answered.

In a town with limited options for mens clothing, they are okay. For women there is a ton to choose from.

The hours online showed they closed at 9PM drove 45 minutes to get there. Once I was at the door they made hand motions that they were closed. They need to train staff on customer support!!!
